This week we saw an incredible ammoubt if growth thanks to the beautiful sun we’ve had. I had to cover her over with a tarpaulin to give some shade at the highest points of the day as she was having some heat stress issues. Had the chance to give to do really Useful LST. As you can see in the pics the canopy has opened up well. Looking forward to seeing how she goes. Also this morning I noticed there are some pistils this means we are now entering flowering stage so I will begin to add some biobizz bloom and a little extra fish mix. During the first weeks of flowering all plants usually have a growth spurt! Autoflower a may only be a week or two but photoperiods can go upto 5weeks.

Welcome back to the conclusion of the Lemons! Day 56 from seed on the dot and these two girls came down, which is crazy fast! I had originally planned to let these girls run for another week, but the stem snapping on LP#2 put an end to that as she wasn't recovering well by the next day and I thought better to harvest now. The trichomes are in a good spot anyway, so I don't feel like I've lost out at all. The wet weight is good, but massively inflated due to the stems, so I expect to lose at least 75% of that, but I still think these girls yielded reasonably well. I like to dry in 2 stages in order to slow down that initial dry as the humidity is naturally quite low here. By leaving the stems and most of the leaves until Stage 2 I can control my dry time a little better. I leave the buds on the stems until they go into jars. There's no hard rule to how long I leave between stage 1 and 2, it depends entirely on how a particular dry is going and I judge it as it goes. Dry took 6 days total, trimmed large leaves at day 3, the rest at day 6.

Week 7 let's go ! Day 152 - 04/11 : The plant symptoms have seemed to slow down. The soil is also starting to dry out a bit more which might have been a problem. Day 155 - 07/11 : She was flushed in the morning with about 4L of water and 2L of a 30% strength microbial+trichoderma tea to innocculate the soil in case the microlife took a hit. The run off was 1L. I also switched the 400W MH for a 400W HPS to finish off with a little extra boost of light + different spectrum and see if it makes any differences. The light were moved up by approximately 20-30cm. They are now at about 70cm from the plant. I wondered if the light were maybe too close and caused all those strange symptoms. Let's see if there is any change in their behaviour. Day 156 - 08/11 : It seems the plant is a lot happier. It has only been a day but I feel like she is fattening up faster suddenly. Or it could be that she has recovered from the slight chock from a few days ago. Day 158 - 10/11 : Yep she is definitely happy again. I am convinced it was the light or at least it was part of the problem, I am seeing a lot of growth all of a sudden, on all plants and not just this one. Trichome are up, pistilles are up, calyxes swelling, everything is running smooth again. She is looking ready already, from a bud general appearance I could almost harvest now, but the trichomes are still mostly clear and I have a feeling she has a little more in her. I suspect the reason for such large amount of already brown trichomes might have been the light excess they went through.

Jeez this girl is just going off. I gave her a haircut so the light can penetrate further. The buds are stacking up nicely. The dark devil did not like being topped. This girl was my topping mainline/fluxx experiment. Proves it's possible but the dark devil I left alone as the control plant looks much denser with bigger fatter buds growing. I'm excited to see her continue on.

The plant has finally stopped stretching I believe. The plant is now focusing on bud building. The plant needed a top dress. My OG Kush plant is a medium-sized beauty, but it's definitely the star of the show when it comes to growth. The nodes are nice and tight, and it's just exploding with new growth on every branch. I've never seen anything like it! Okay, This past week has been absolutely fantastic! The weather has been incredible, and I've been able to keep the windows open almost the entire time. My plants are thriving in the humidity, and the VPD has been perfect. Everything just feels so balanced and in check.

Flush - 5 day dry-back straight into harvest / Skunky

Hey guys. For this week i upload some videos 1 video per plant. I am not giving any more the bio nova autoflower supermix, i m thinking on let them going only with water until the end, but lets see. Plant 5 is close to harvest i think on the end of this week. Plant 1 and 4 are doing good on flowering. Plant 2 is slowly flowering Plant 3 is still in middle of the transition to flowering, is going very slow. I think she probably is blocked because of the size of the pot and light . When i harvest plant 5 the others will have more space, and i can bend some branches to increase the bud quality. The big question is, when harvest? its the first time im doing this and i am afraid of doing that wrong. Hope the videos can help someone to help me :D I have also made a video of plant 5 on a more close look, not to much quality but for now its what i can get , sorry 28/05 day 69 small trichome update of plant 3,4 and 5. Plant 1 and 2 still on pre flowering analysing the trichomes, i would say, Plant 3 and 4 need almost 2 more weeks Plant 5 - probably only 1 week more, so up to almost week 12 plant 1 and 2 - will take much time as fotoperiodic LOL

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . Day 60 11/27/20 welcome to week 10 I had a busy week last week trying to counter my cal/mag problem but I feel I'm making headway and she looks to be still growing good. I have been making changes to the nute level's that I think will work out for the best.
