Im harvesting the amensia haze next week!! i’m really excited! i wonder if the painkiller will make it tho. spider mites and thrips somehow got to the plant even though it was inside. and all the pests collectively decided to leave the amnesia alone? Also got new seeds! only paid for 3 lol

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. This week we should really see these colas blow up and start stacking really strong. The mixer of 7 hours of sun and 17 hours under my LEDs has really helped my girls grow strong. Nothing compares to good old Mother Nature.

I can only say that the rate of growth im getting is amazing. Out of all three of the purple punch seems to have the most potent smell I am not sure if it's just the genetics or if it's what I'm feeding but we will see once the other start to develop. Touching the purple punch stem leaves a strong smell on the fingers and giving the bud small pinch smells strongly of grape chapstick. Stay tuned 😜

Ciao a tutti! Ho saltato le prime due settimane di crescita, perciò partirò dalla terza. Il giorno 15 ho sostituito la mia vecchia lampada Niello crew cob da 600 Watt (falsi) ad una MarsHydro TS2000 da 300 Watt (reali). In soli tre giorni ho potuto vedere una crescita incredibile degli internodi. Come substrato ho usato BioBizz, 35% all mix - 65% light mix. Per le prime settimane solo acqua con pH 6.2/6.3 e all'occorrenza 2 ml/l di olio di Neem (ho avuto un infestazione di moscerini proveniente dal sottosuolo, al momento sotto controllo). Sono sprovvisto di umidificatore, perciò all'occorrenza bagno le pareti per avere dei valori migliori (senza intervenire l'umidità si stabilizza al 47%, bagnando cerco di mantenerla >50/55%).
