Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green. The FastBuds Blackberry is a beautiful shade of purple. I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine for one more week then I'll flush for a week before cutting her down. The 2 Blackberry's I cut down last week were kind of scrawny, but I did smoke one of the main cola buds and it was tastier than I expected, very fruity. It also got me HIGH AF!! I'm looking forward to how this last one finishes up. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Green Gelato coming along nice and steady, loads of bud development since last week and still 4 days left of this week. Looking to start flushing in the next 4 days. Will see by day 56. She's smelling beautifully, can really smell a sweet fruity apricot/orange aroma which to me would be the sunset sherbet lineage in her but terps are still developing and changing so we will see. So it does not reflect the reality. Who am i ? until last november i have always grown hydro for a little over 11 years. But growing started to look more and more like work because i was more busy with programming my controllers for the ph / humidity / lights / co2 / temperature. Also the realization that i have 2 children and my own house made me nervous for the authorities because where i live growing is not allowed. So i decided to grow smaller where i previously had 200x180x200 space i opted for 70x70x160 with the result that i can only grow 1 strain at a time. The intention is to remain self-sufficient in this way and still be able to exchange or give away something here and there at a party. Although I am sponsored I will not be able to grow every strain because not every strain can deliver the result I need to remain self-sufficient. If you know of an auto strain or photo strain that takes at least 11 to 15 weeks I would like to know so that I can grow it in the future and of course I will try to set a record for that grown strain. Because during the 4 grows that I can do per year I can only try to achieve a record since I cannot show you multiple strains at once. Arrancamos con la artillería ligera y media booombastic y green sensation irán alternadose en los riegos de las semanas y el sugar royal y atami flavor igualmente. Una vez estemos más avanzados sacaremos la artillería pesada monsterbloom,k boom y p boom. Para darles el empujón final.

Ladies are doing fabulously. Today I did some defoliation and added ScrOG - they started to lie down due to weight of the colas. Mimozz and Grandpa's Cookies are smelling super duper great - one of the best I ever smelled. Cherry Atomic is fire as always - big, fast, sticky and kush-y. Strawberry Cough is TALL as sativa should be - also her colas are stacked like crazy - they are 40cm / 15" in length! She is much slower than her sisters - will need extra 3-4 weeks probably to fully mature after I'll harvest rest of the tent. But I can't wait to see results. This will be something good 😎

A lot of TLC this week and she has bounced back! 😁Really had to dial in and give her the best environment possible. Flowers started to pop up below the canopy so I’m guessing all the defoliation was successful and she is coming back stronger than ever. Will watch for fox tailing as buds form to see if she is reacting from severe light stress early flowering days. Notes from the week: 9/15: Cut burnt tops off her today. Trimmed a lot of the burnt leaves. 9/19: She has recovered nicely from the light stress/burn. Flower stage does not seem to be affected to much. I have noticed some purple calxys and upper leaves near some tops seem to be fading and showing some purple as well. 😈

Rolling into Week 5! We had a bit of a weather shift this week—the sun was mostly hiding, we dealt with some rainy days, and the nighttime temperatures dropped down to a chilly 10°C. But no need to worry, she handled the colder nights like a champ and kept right on progressing. I’m continuing to work her with some LST, making sure to keep all the growing tips at the exact same level to encourage an even, flat canopy. For hydration, I'm still keeping it simple and watering about twice a week. Appearance & Flowering: She has definitely widened out this week! While she’s spreading her wings, she isn’t quite as densely bushy as the Black Orchid, which is actually going to be perfect for airflow and light penetration. Week 5 of flowering 10/16/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 5 Buds are getting bigger and thicker. Defoliated plants. Watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff) hand watering to full saturation of the media with 20% runoff at the end of the week. Checking runoff EC every 3 days. Lights now at max height and 90% power. After replacing the exhaust fan timer, didn't notice ant issues. Adding 2.5ml/gal of H2O2 (35%) to the reservoir to keep bacteria away.
