7/13/25 - 7/16/25 Flipped the tent to flower as I got worried I might run out of space for another strain in the tent if I let them veg for longer. The clones have established themselves beautifuly. Now I am waiting for the first pistils. She is smelling creamy and sweet drinking a ton and I am struggling to keep up with defoliating. 7/17/25 - 7/19/25 All going well, taking up water and nutes like a champ. Glad I took some cuttings for a mother. The outdoor "mother" I took the cuttings for the dwc is also going crazy, cant be mad about a thing for now.

Week 6 (Feb 8 - Feb 14) Tea Time! This week we introduced our plants to compost tea, made from 1 teaspoon of Roots Organics Bio-Force by Aurora Innovations. There was either a water leak from the humidifier, or way too much humidity in the tent, because the floor was covered in a water. Had to vacate the whole tent, which gave me an opportunity to arrange the plants just where I want them to get ready for the SCROG net in a few weeks.

The strain is really good. I harvested it when the trichomes were milky and it had a very energizing and uplifting effect. I'll definitely grow it again now with better care and the knowledge I've gained. I harvested around 20 grams dry.

We're still away, but the plants are being well taken care of. 📸🌿 The ladies are getting noticeably bushier, and my suspicion from the last few weeks seems to be confirmed. The stretch definitely seems to have kicked in, and now we're starting to see the first signs of flowering. The tomatoes are happily growing as well, producing plenty of flowers and already setting lots of fruit. 🍅🌱 Things are getting very crowded in the Balcony Jungle, but that's making the whole thing even more interesting. 😅🌱 Let's see how the plants develop from here — it's getting exciting. 🌸💚

Gold Sativa is growing good. Still running high on her tds. She actually broke a branch pulling on anchor. I imagine I need to apply extra anchors vs moving it to prevent this. Plus my silica level is probably too strong since everything else lower drastically. Makes the plants tougher, and not as flexible. Always learning as I go. Will be doing a solution change likely tomorrow. Will reduce silica and cal mag in it. She is growing in a New Level Hydro 5 gallon bucket. Under the Spider Farmer SE5000. Links below. Beginn 3. Blütewoche Ausser ab und zu zu Entlauben wird noch nicht viel gemacht. Ende der Woche werden sie dann soweit für die restliche Blüte fertig gemacht (lollipoping, entlauben..). Bisher entwickelt sich die 3 recht gut🥀👍 Und beim entlauben kommt einem schon ein leichter Duft nach grünen Äpfeln entgegen Tank reicht im Moment noch knapp eine Woche (mal gespannt wies in der vollen Blüte ausschaut). Außer ein wenig Phosphorsäure damit ich ca. bei 6.3-6.5 Ph bin, kommt nix dazu.

Great growth this week. She is looking fine, really strong pheno from great genetics. Starting to give off a small scent. I’m feeding every 3 days at the minute.

Week 3 update and all systems go for launch. We’re flipping to flower exactly 21 days from seed and so far, the mix looks to be impressive. Counting about 4 males (one that won’t make the cut), 2 indica leaning phenos and the rest are sativa leaning. Side branching has also been impressive so we should be able to pull some rootable cuts within the next week or two. If we got the sexes right (it is a little early to be certain), then the dutchy cabinet will be full up for bud testing👍. Next week will tell the tale🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Well has been it’s. This fine looking Mango saw a pot upgrade. I moved her into a 45 gallon pot of my custom super soil mix. The 10 gallon pot she came out of looked so tiny when I took the root ball out and put her in the 45 😂😂 She has taken well to her bigger home and I expect her to really start packing on some size in the coming weeks. I have been doing a lot of defoliation of the inner and lower portions. I will likely do another round of topping and more LST to really spread things out and maximize the canopy structure. Onward!! 😎🍿🍻

Week 4 of Vegetation It was a wonderful, sunny week.☀️ And the Frostbanger really enjoyed it to the fullest. I didn’t add any extra nutrients. I don’t have any experience with this, but I think the Sonnenerde hemp soil works very well in terms of its composition. It also retains moisture extremely well. Unfortunately, the coming week will be a bit cold and wet, and temperatures will drop below 10 degrees again at night. I’m still looking forward to seeing how it develops.🔝?

11/16: A few of them are in a bigger hurry than the others, and that's just fine by me....very tired of buying weed to smoke.. I fed them again today with about 1/2 gallon each and put a couple of 24w 3000k bar lights under the canopy to increase light to the lower branches. I also took some photos and a video. 11/17: A few of them are protesting about their proximity to the lights, so I raised them as high as possible, which was only another 4 inches. Hopefully that's enough! 11/18: I checked their moisture levels and rotated the edge plants. 11/19: I watered them today with about 1/2 gallon including bembe, signal, cal-mag, myco, and started them on cha ching. At least one of them will get flushed for the first time at their next feeding. Already fading... 11/20: I rotated some edge plants and started decreasing humidity in the closet. I set the AC Infinity to come on whenever it gets up to 45% RH., plus the new dehumidifier I ordered will be here tomorrow. 11/21: I fed them today with about a half-gallon each. I started cutting back on everything except cal-mag, bembe, signal, and cha ching.

Really loving the development I’m seeing on these buds in the past week. Plants are growing vigorously, banana purple punch seem to have a slight deficiency possibly a magnesium deficiency, just kept feeding with pH. Perfect trio seem to bounce back more from it. Both plants are very healthy looking in my opinion. No signs of mold or powdery mildew Trying an experiment of using foop mist into nutrient regimen

Cruising. Kept the nutrients the same as last week as the plants are going a bit slower than advertised by crop king and Sonoma seeds. Looking like flowering will take ~10 weeks when all said and done. Minor amount of defoliation done. Will be the last time to make sure I don’t stunt these autos. And ONLY defoliating. No pruning as I’m too afraid it will stunt the plants. Lots of buds forming now. Plants looking great. Noticed that the sun shines through my windows for several hours and directly onto the plants so I have started opening up the tent everyday and letting the sun shine on them. Helping to ripen the lower buds and have them be less larfy when all said and done. This does cause the plants to drink water like no other so have had to up the volume on fertigations. I’ve been using a LUX meter to check and make sure top colas aren’t getting too much light. The thing works great! Well worth the purchase. My mothers on the other side of the tent are big so need less light and as a result I have been able to move two of their lights in close to the flowering autos. The additional light is definitely helping bulk up the plant. Currently over the two plants there is (as listed) an HLG 135w Rspec, an HLG 100 V2 3000k, an HLG 65 V2 4000k and a Mars Hydro TS600. Tons of light! I’m in isolation as 2 of my housemates got COVID. As a result, I have a LOT of time to spend babying these plants and it is paying off. See you next week!
