It was another two beautiful, sunny weeks that have now come to an end. To be on the safe side, I examined Durban Poison, Shaman and Frisian Dew more closely and found that all the ladies, with the exception of Frisia n Dew, which are in the garden, had initially developed mould in the flowers. In addition, some green caterpillars fell out of the Durban Poison when the plant was shaken. Durban Poison had also completely stopped flowering, which I found unusual. I therefore decided to harvest all the ladies, except for Frisian Dew in the garden. This Frisian Dew is only now entering its main bloom and is not yet so susceptible. Durban Poison has developed very thick and heavy colas, followed by Shaman and Frisian Dew. See the picture with the scale. I was able to weigh a part of the harvest after the raw trimming, then at the weekend the batteries of the digital scale were empty. It will take a few more days until everything is dried and stored in jars for maturing but one thing is for sure, it's quite a lot. The plants are still standing with remaining flowers to see how they will handle the coming bad weather.

Fruity Pebbles #1 has sprouted after I thought she was a dud. So I will be growing 2 of these plants in different nutrition through the grows. #2 has its own diary. She is getting acclimated currently. With the rockwool on the side of the basket, she should find the solution quickly. I have been testing if this is more efficient. So far it looks like a better option. Everything is looking good at the moment. At this point, I’m wondering if there was something I could have done earlier to avoid the significant height difference between the two plants. Jack Herer turned out compact, while Northern Lights grew taller, with buds more scattered and spaced out. A few weeks ago, I did some lollipopping to remove very low, underdeveloped buds, and also some defoliation to help light reach areas that were shaded. I’ve been really struggling with the Berlin summer. I can’t get the tent temperature below 28°C. Sometimes the humidity outside the tent is higher than I’d like, but since I don’t have a dehumidifier, I usually just leave it as is, especially since it rarely stays above 55% for too long. Just a quick note about the nutrient Vegan Phosphor Boost: I’m following the recommended dosage of 3g per 10L of pot size (not per liter of water). Unfortunately, GrowDiaries only allows nutrient input based on volume per liter of water, so I can’t log it exactly as used.

Another good week in the books down in the tent. Carl 1 and UKBS 1 are both developing some nice buds, Carl 1 with the bigger buds of the two. Carl 1 had to have a few more buds tied up today, as they overweighted what the stems could handle and started sagging like crazy, creating a lot of empty space in the canopy. Timelapse for the week is out, of course. Updates as they come; per usual. 6/11/2021 - Got a video of how the stem's degenerated, it's mainly on that one side. Somehow an entire branch snapped off of UKBS 2, upon further inspection I noticed it was barely attached to the stem at all and did not attempt to re-attach it. Additionally, some of the clones are doing alright and others are shriveling and dying. Not sure what the inconsistency is caused by. It may be the medium; being soil, stays wet for too long. I can't really think of any other reason. I'm misting them, the humidity stays high now that I have a dome for them, they've been dipped in stim-root and supplied mycorrhizae. Will be submitting a grow question as I'm completely new to the whole cloning concept. Also today: more bud shots using the fancy EOS T5 Rebel. Stay tuned! I may have to get a PVC greenhouse or something to flower the outdoor plants in, as they're giant and I don't know how they'll stand up to the high winds in the area.

Hey everyone! Welcome to our second grow journal! We're growing the same strains as in the first journal, but this time, we plan to only top the plants. They're in 18-liter pots, and you'll be able to follow their progress here as well. These plants are 20 days younger than the ones in the first grow, so it'll be interesting to compare their development. Stay tuned for updates!

Light intensity was increased to around 1000 PPFD under stable conditions.☀️ Temperature stayed at ~25°C with ~50% RH. Both plants remained in their 20L final pots. Watering was done every 2–3 days, based on pot weight, using RO water + CalMag.💧 Additionally, the plants received 1x BioTabs Bio PK during this week. By the end of Week 6, the stretch was basically finished.🌿 Apricot #2 remained the tallest plant in the tent. Apricot #1 stayed more compact but looked overall better structured and more balanced. Bud sites were clearly forming, though still relatively small at this stage. A large number of pistils were visible, showing that the plants had fully transitioned into flower. 🌸 The first trichomes were already noticeable, but aroma was still subtle. Leaf color remained a healthy green, and overall plant health looked stable and strong.

In an 11/13 light cycle, some might expect earlier preflower signs, but not all strains respond immediately. And honestly? I’m loving this slower, more intentional rhythm. 7-10-2025 . je commence mon rincage aujourdhui,le 9-10-2025. je prévoit de coupe rla plante en pot le 18 octobre. je surveilles les trichomes avec le microscope. il ya eut de tres grosses rafales de vent dû à la tempête... des rafales de 70,80 kmh.. une petite branche a cassé sur celle en pot. j ai coupé cette branche et nettoyé les buds pour les faire sécher... l'autre plante en pleine terre, une gross ebranche à cassé, mais hereusement pas totalement cassée... la seve passe encore dedans. les feuilles et buds ont l'air bien. pas fané ni rien. donc le 18 octobre je serai à la 8 eme semaine de floraison pour celle en pot. celle en terre à 2 semaines de retard comparé à celle en pot... je sais que c'est pas top de filmer quand il fait noir, mais c'est + impressionnant. ;-)
