NOTES: Keeping the pH between 5,8-6,0 and EC at around 1,4-1,6 depending on system. EC at 1,5 seems to be optimal and my measurements are staying pretty steady at that level. Humidity is lowered to around 50% if I can. The tops are now at around 45-60cm height from the soil. Continuing the last heavier defoliation/pruning process that I started yesterday at the end of 2nd flowering week. I saw no signs of mold or any other issues as I went through the plants. After this week I'm going to change the nutrient solutions on the tanks and fill them with fresh nutrients with minor changes: Dropping the amount of Grow from 1,5ml to 0,5ml and increasing the amount of Bloom from 1,5ml to 2,5ml. After the change I'm only going to refill the tanks without adding any Grow and will instead increase the amount of Bloom to 3ml. Propably a one more change of fresh nutrients until flushing with Final Solution prior harvesting. Day64 (19.12.) Some more defoliation focusing on the upper growth revealing bud sites below them and keeping off the moisture. Already got a trash bag almost full of leaves since they've been pretty bushy plants on average. Day65 (20.12.) Continuing the last defoliation process. Day66 (21.12.) Continuing the last defoliation process, pretty satisfied with the results so far. Light penetration and airflow have increased greatly so I don't have to worry that much about humidity or possible mold any longer. Each strain has started flowering, all plants are females and buds have started to develop. Defoliating didn't seem to stress the plants as much as I thought it would. Day67 (22.12.) Day68 (23.12.) Refilled and added some nutrients with a stronger Bloom/Grow -ratio (~4:1) and left my girls to enjoy the Christmas Holidays as I did. I'll be gone for around three days, after that I'll change to new fresh nutrients as I mentioned before. One Ayahuasca Purple seems to be ahead of others, and a few other ones have clearly started to develop some buds too, rest of the plants are following closely behind. Each strain has some truly astonishing individuals, and I think Ayahuasca's have shown most variety between different plants. Overall everything looks pretty good I think. They are sharing the deck with the big Durban Poison photoperiods, soaking up that high-altitude Colorado sun, and stepping right into their own spotlight now that the new deck infrastructure is fully operational. Key Milestones This Week 1. Dialed In with the New Halos Just like the photoperiods, Charlotte and Makayla got their first taste of the newly completed DIY automated irrigation manifold this week. The Treatment: The green hose irrigation halos coiled inside the rims of their 10-gallon bags worked flawlessly. The Impact: The sisters received a thorough, uniform 15-minute soak. Getting that edge-to-edge moisture spread across the containers is going to be a game-changer for keeping the organic living soil evenly charged, especially as the summer wind starts to pick up on the plains. 2. Height Check & Structure (Featuring Charlotte) Autoflowers move on their own rapid timeline, and keeping them tight, stocky, and structurally sound is the main goal out here on the exposed deck. Current Height: Pulled the tape measure out to check on Charlotte today, and she is sitting perfectly compact right at the 7-inch mark. Architecture: She is displaying that classic, rugged Northern Lights indica heritage—short internodal spacing, broad fan leaves, and a sturdy main stalk. The top growth tip is perfectly centered and pushing up healthy new growth right above the irrigation line. Wind Readiness: Keeping her this low and close to the soil at Week 7 is a massive advantage against the Eastern Plains gusts. She’s building a thick, solid base rather than stretching out thin. 3. Root Environment & Airflow (The PVC Advantage) Unlike the massive 25-gallon bags on wheels, Charlotte and Makayla are dialed in on custom PVC risers. This gives the 10-gallon fabric bags a rock-solid, stationary foundation while maintaining that crucial air gap underneath. The 360-degree airflow ensures that the bottom roots are air-pruning beautifully, forcing the plants to concentrate a dense, fibrous root mass right where the organic nutrients and halo-delivered moisture are richest, preventing any pooling or stagnant zones at the bottom of the bags. Next Steps Now that the soil is fully charged from their first automated run, we’re going to let Charlotte and Makayla coast for the next couple of days to monitor how quickly the elevated 10-gallon bags dry down in our arid climate. Charlotte is entering a crucial window, and with her and Makayla's roots completely happy, they are primed for steady development.

Update Blütetag 45 Hey Leute, hier mal neue Bilder für euch! Leider sehen die Pflanzen langsam alle bisschen abgerockt aus, aber die Blüten find ich ganz ok. Hab die Woche nur Wasser gegeben und davon auch sehr wenig, hab mir n Messgerät zugelegt und würde mal behaupten ich hatte sie überwässert (Stony hatte mich noch davor gewarnt). Sonst ist nicht viel passiert ausser dass die Mädels heute nochmal einmalig meinen neuen Zaubertrunk probieren durften, dann weiss ich schonmal für den nächsten run ob das in Kombination so passt. Good week no nutrients still but had to cut a branch down to lowest nodes on shogun, it responded well and I don’t think I will lose much on her just a little weird shape, next week will be using home made compost and marine cuisine to boost veg while I can, they small greattt!

Can’t believe I got 78g of bud of her! That’s nearly double what I usually get of 1 plant 😂 maybe it was due to giving her 7 weeks of veg, rather than the usual 4 weeks!? Either way I’m buzzing She’s coated in sugar and stinks!! The high is strong giving a massive couchlock and the munchies! She smelt and tasted like usual cheese but obviously much nicer and stronger 😌

The smell of these 2 girls are amazing , smells like berries / fruit , and really fresh , I have trained them quite a lot so the flowering has delayed but the amount of bud sights are unbelievable and are all really starting to fatten , said it once and I’ll say it again , blackberry 420 fast buds best strain/seeds I have ran to date I have loved watching this plant grow and bloom into what she is now carnt wait for some more colour to come through

Week 5 flower is progressing well. bud sites are getting bigger with more pistils and trichs on leaves everyday. This will not be a 8 week strain I'm thinking 10 but will calibrate if necessary to get the full potential of this genetic as I can see she is a special one already!

Feedings during this period were alternated with water and calmag+. Everything ph'd to 6.5. Started watching my VPD. I try to keep it above 1 and below 1.6

Have fliped the switch to 11/13, as suggested by Dj Short, the blueberry strain creator. I’m experimenting a bit with light schedules, in veg I have used 6/2 x3 , so the lighting was divided in equal periodes of 6 light 2 dark, that provided a more stable climat, girls responded well. The ignitor to try that was a few articles that suggested the plantas have a limited amonth of light that can be processed and that helps absorb and process more since they have fragmented rest periods. I’m wanting to experiment with some deep red diodes, IR and UVA diodes. I have taken some clones of this mistery strain that is growing great, and the veg tent will be their home for two months Until I harvest the girls. The HLG leds are working great, and was very fun to build, I’m not sponsored by this guys, by the way, but the outcome is just amazing by what I has used to... My next DIY project is a Aeroponics cloner machine!

Week 3 / flowering The stretch is going very well, with numerous tops developing. I’m feeding with a combination of two different nutrient brands; we’ll see the results. The light is at 100% since the temperature is ideal ! The plant is growing very healty and fast. Very happy with the results so far. Will keep documenting as this is a DIY project 😀

10/29 Week 9 and she is doing great Continue to keep an eye on the trics not there at all yet Increased her light by moving a plant to another tent and focusing the the 3 LEDs on her. Time to change the nuets she is entering the home stretch. Dropping koolbloom increasing Peak and fish shit/recharge leaving bloom nuets as is just for now. The plan is currently to shift nuets to organic-ish and then just go on water only through finish, couple of days. Will continue to runoff twice a day so all salts continue to be removed. The idea is to allow her to finish clean without starving her, see how it goes. 10/30 Biology should be established, dropping recharge reducing fish shit she is ready to shift. Adding Organic Bloom nuets, strong dose initially (15 ml/gal) then 5ml/g from there. Cocotek reduced today gone tomorrow. See what happens shall we? 10/31 Nuets switched A single feed of heavy nuets and bugs then listed feeds twice a day to runoff as a flush - this is to see if any advantage, watching buds closely, still building, trics not ready still far too many clear of course. She may be a little slow but she needs to finish next week space is at a premium so hoping she finishes faster this way for one thing. Enough stress in the change so should get similar responses from the plant. PH to 6.2 Going to end the Si, no further need of it 11/1 Bud growth really popped over night, noticeable which is great considering the late stage of flower. Continuing on with this feed for today, see how it goes.
