This week I focused only on bending and tucking the branches under the scrog net, trying to fill the entire space as evenly as possible. No other changes were made — just guiding the growth and keeping the canopy level. If everything continues like this, I might flip to flower next week 🌿💪

Flowering is in full effect and things are starting to get sticky. The strawberry gorilla has not streched much so i raised her to keep up with the tropicana cookies. She has grown so high that my light is now all the way up in the tent and cant go higher. Unfortunately she is showing leave deficiency which, i think, is ph lock out or overfeeding. Decided to flush her with TA Flash clean and go on from here. Nevertheless she is growing awesome buds, and god the purple colours are amazing 🤩😍

I don't think much more will happen in case of Bud thiccness, just getting more ripe. But i hope im wrong, wouldn't mind if they get a little bit more swollen. Since im Colorblind i can't say for sure, but i think RG #1 is turning kinda Purple? RG #2 has still the biggest buds and starts to fade now. There are still a lot of white pistils and Trichomes are also not ready yet, still not milky and i surely want some amber in it also. So i guess at least another 2 weeks, mostly 3. Don't want to harvest them too early, they should have the time to get ready. This week they also got again 10ml of Bio PK, next week will be the last time, then only water for 2 weeks. I trained her pretty much in the last week with LST. I also constantly trim her leafs and cut off fan-leafes to improve the airflow and to let the lower branches get more light. Update 18.04.2024: Yesterday I cut off a few fan-leafes. I want to improve the airflow and I hope that the plant got more energy for growing branches because of that (I thought it would might work like lollipopping). I also turned the pot because one twig is significantly smaller than the others and I want even branches.

First time ever germinating seeds. All sprouted within 24 hours of being placed in the damp paper towel.

Their first Neem oil leaf drench massage. Their first fertigation or watering. For the Og kush the third week Biobizz nutrient dose was followed. The only addition to the third week All Mix dosology was the inclusion of Alg a mic. At the above rate + Great white + bactrex. The above list of nutrients correspond to the OG KUSH Allmix schedule and doses. Fot the amnesia haze the watering had only Bactrex, White sark and Pro symbiotic at the doses listed above. No pH was adjusted nor measured and no EC either. *03/29 UPDATE* Since no option given for "breaking down" each strain individually ragarding the Nutrients section I ll update the irrigation/fertigation/nutrient regimen for each week in this section. Each time something changes on the Nutrients section it ll always be the last used doses of nutrients only for the OG Kush strain. For the Amnesia only CalMag treated water will be given in alternate irrigations along with a twice a week bacteria introduction to the system. So, today both plants got 1.8 lts of RODI CalMag treated water to .340EC with a controlled pH of 6.3. The Amnesia had a significantly higher runoff which I didn't anticipate nor understand but I'll find out why for sure. Some light LST directional guiding was given to the plants for forming purposes and future canopy levelling. In the Grow Hut since day one the plants are continuously enjoying the company of Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia s music. They love it! *03/30 UPDATE* The best possible outcome regarding live phytoprotection by beneficial insects for pest control. As of yesterday I have two unidentified tiny sliders, possibly common garden ones and as of today a Coccinellidae sp. larvae running around the canopy (check the video) Hope for many more of them sweet protectors. Neem oil along with DE has successfully helped in deterring some Gnat "congregation". *03/31 UPDATE* Plants are growing strong and vigorous. Some LST done and their new canopy hairdo can be seen in the pics.

Week 2 (08.29.2021 - 09.04.2021) Nothing much to report this week. The ladies are looking fantastic. The canopy is from wall-to-wall. The stretch seems to have slowed down quite a bit. However, I've raised my light up as high as it will go with the rope ratchets. If the canopy gets much closer to the light fixture I'm going to have to figure out a way to create some distance. Tying down some branches at this point would be a real pain in the ass, so I'm trying to avoid that. This week is great the smaller one is growing. They both self topped and have branches going everywhere! I'm using lst clips to help direct them. Video will be added. Did use some soul nutrients as a booster to the dots.

I am harvesting Ztrawberriez autoflower. She grew in a 1 gallon perlite Ice cream bucket. She did excellent under the Spider Farmer SE3000. The worst issues I had was keeping her moist. She did really well. I am eager to try her out. Week 7 there hasn’t been any changes for either of the girls. Girl #1 is still looking the same. It seems she has finally stopped stretching. Looking forward to seeing her bulk up in the coming weeks. Girl #2 still hasn’t showed any signs of flowering. I’m gonna continue to be patient with her in hopes of her just being a very late bloomer. Everything has been running smoothly. I will start to introduce bloom nutes in the next coming weeks. I didn’t expect girl#1 to get so big but I’m not complaining. This has been such a pleasing and educational experience. Thank all of those who have viewed my diary. Thank you again for your support.

Hello. This is the end of week 10 and the beginning of week 11 of flowering. The first pictures are of the tent opening in the morning. And I put it back each night. That allows me to go into flowering when I want. One more week of veg to go, before I turn it over to flowering. And it will be around August 7th to August 15 when I'll harvest. The plants have filled out their space now. and most are growing over the edges of the table. I plan to get growing tips going up this week. with a big prune/trim about 3 days before I switch. I like to let the plants heal for 3 or 4 days before going into flowering. To get over the shock I caused by trimming them up. Then they can go into flowering easier and turn over faster if they don't have to heal first. The smell when I open the tent is like slightly metallic, a bit sour ish, like some good Afghani hashish smells. Each plant got an extra minute of nutrient solution in the morning this week with no leaking out the bottom this week. And they will get another minute in a couple of weeks. That will make 4 minutes a day of food, and I feel with my fingers, when they feel dry around the edges they get a gallon or 2 of rainwater. They look healthy. No signs of bugs or pest. When I was opening the tent a few days ago I saw a ladybug, just sitting under one of the lights, getting warm 😉 and helping. My friend Jerry, who you've seen in other diaries, gave me lots of bamboo, some 7 feet long, to make a sort of netting to hold up the buds rather than tie them to the tent pole roof. OK. Stuff to do.
