Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend,. It was a good week for all five ladies. The Red Hot Cookies is slightly ahead of the Sundae Driver and Durban Nights. The Green Crack is the slowest growing so far, and the Sundae Driver has some holes in the leaves that I am thinking are from bugs, I have sprayed her twice with neem oil so far so we will see what happens. I topped all five ladies on day 23 above the third node as I am going to build mainlines out of all of them. I am still not able to list my nutrients for some reason, but I am feeding with all GH, Silica, Cal Mag, and Maxi Grow at an EC of 1.2 and a ph between 5.5 and 6.5. I use an auto feeding reservoir with halo feeders set on a timer to feed every 5 hours for one minute. I am hoping to get the second toppings done sometime this week, and then the final toppings done the next, and then flip to flower around week 7 or so. I am still using this Spectrum X from Medic grow, and have it cranked up to about 50% power and they are seeming to love it. We are in the midst of hopefully the final heat wave of the year and I am looking forward to cooler temps and lower humidity by the time I flip to flower. The start of week 5 is going well. Blueberry is smelling nice and my seedlings should be showing preflowers soon.

This week, I encountered a few issues after switching them to 12/12. The plants have shot up to an extreme height, and it feels like things are getting a bit out of hand! I'm trying to manage the situation using some super cropping techniques to control the excessive stretching. Thankfully, as we're now approaching the end of week 3, the plants are starting to focus on bulking up their buds. As you might notice in one or two photos, a couple of tops touched the panel in the last 24 hours, and I didn't catch it in time. This resulted in a small loss, with part of a top getting a bit scorched. We'll have to wait and see how it recovers. If anyone has any suggestions on why they've stretched so much, I'd really appreciate the insight! Catch you all next week!

the cycle has come to an end, the plants have been harvested and are being cured. the mother yielded 421 grams of dry flowers the clones yielded 303 grams of dry flowers. the variety changed its smell during curing, it became even more pleasant, the smell of garlic is not felt, fruit spices, very complex. the variety is generally very strong, not suitable for beginners and for daily smoking. I am very glad that such a rich harvest came out.

12/15: Plant is looking real good, the roots are soaking with water and air, increased to the normal nutrient schedule, and have been adding ph down every day to keep it under 6.5. I also just lowered the light about a few inches, the taller bud sites were about 20 inches, I wanted to lower ones to get more light... the leaves haven't had any effect, the other bud sites seem to be thrivingg now. 12/17: water level down about 1/4 inch. Everything looks ok.

Day 64, all defolitate, and a few cut on Cream Cookie that I try to clone... Tangie Matic is doing her shit, loving the photoperiod.. 😎 The others are slower but I'm optimist about them 😅 See ya next week ✋

Just chopped these 3 girls! Drying day 5: damn I’m so amazed of the thricome production on this one! Looking like sparkling diamonds covering the buds! Tastes good, earthy/woody flavor, will need to dry some more and cure then it will be a 10/10 smoke!! Day 8 drying: okay 2 of 3 plants are finished small bud sickest buds I ever seen and smells amazing

So I definitely fucked up this week and missed some crucial water times. I passively knew in the back of my mind to but I was just having busy and stressful days.

for a week now they have started to take root. you can see how the plants consume their nutrients and turn yellow. in the next few days they should start to grow. the system runs perfectly and is ready to grow. :-) a few have already been sorted out until there are 4 plants left at the end.

QUESTION TO EVERYONE READING THIS: My tap water is pH 8.3 (yes I know right ?!) Adding the BioBizz nutes brings it down to pH 6.2 - 6.4 depending on the amount which is great. Now, I dont really care about runoff pH that much, doesnt tell me a lot imo but I measured it twice, last time it was 6.8 this time it was 7.1. Is there anything to worry about or is that just irrelevant? Thank you guys :) Day 48: Watered the Liberty Haze with 750ml Water and 2.8ml / l BioGrow, 2.8ml / l BioBloom, 0.7ml / l TopMax which is the equivalent biobizz week 7 feeding schedule with 70% strength on BioGrow & TopMax and 90% strength on the Bloom. Therefore, dont mind the leaves hanging down, I just watered before taking pictures. Also tied down one or two branches a bit more to make the side branching even again. I dont really realize how much the plant actually stretches, the Liberty Haze seems to start budding already while the G13 Haze is still a bit behind. Day 45: I really wanted to try serious and "professional" training methods. Defoliation was obviously needed, I couldnt even see what was going on below the plant. Removed all leaves except on the top 2-3 nodes of each branch. Then I did some heavy LST to move the side branches to the outside for filling up space. I hope the center will grow some branches at some point. Unfortunately, I couldnt supercrop the main branch like I did with the G13 Haze because the stem is weakened due to the partial break. It looks a bit fouly (the break wound itself) but at the same time it looks like the plant just "abandoned" the damaged tissue and continued growing using the remaining part of the stem diameter. Sounds really weird, but it definitely makes sense considering that the plant didnt even stop growing at all. ~Watered 650ml today, too Day 44: Everything seems to go well. Apart from the snap though LOL. But seriously, it doesnt seem to have affected the plant at all :D I did some LST and was very careful ! The Liberty Haze seems to be a bit stiffer than the G13 Haze so I was extra careful which was a good choice. I decided not to train the main branch anymore at all, just the side branches to keep them even. Lets see :) Also the Liberty Haze is quite smelly for not having buds yet. If it was just the G13, it wouldnt smell AT ALL and I wouldnt even have to use my carbon filter !!!

Now here we go !!! This girl is just starting to take off, as for every gorilla glue lineage strain I have done , they really pack on weight at the very end . Just when you start to feel disappointed, it will explode. She has reached above the light (light is 72” above her nutrient tank) I supercropped a few of the tallest branches but she’s still in the light. She is developing flowers very well and she has nice tight internodal distances. I suspect she will fill in most of the runs in her tops.
