Smooth sailing on this batch deep into flower! Were sitting at 85 days today and they are looking fantastic! Steady feeding flora bloom and flora micro. Also giving them 5ml/gal of advanced big bud. These ladies are FROSTY! Cannot wait till these ladies wrap it up! This dinafem cheese xxl is a beast. She isn't close to finishing just yet. Not gonna be a huge yielder, but one hell of a pretty plant.

Her root issues have completely resolved with her peroxide routine. (I cup in the tote Daily and spray roots with 3% hydrogen peroxide to control root rot and fungus gnats. 6/9/22 Not alot of change today. But man is she a doll 😍 6/10/22 Can't wait to see what week 8 grow will be like🤗

March 13: Now that there is more space in my SOG the two Cheese in advanced bloom will enjoy more direct light. Both plants have developed a long main cola and branches with large buds. The plant placed at the edge of the sog is over 140 cm high and has just begun to show the pistils. The Cheese that I'm growing under the LED lamp is a nice thriving bush and although I wanted it to finish its full cycle under the LED it is overhanging the other plants in the grow room and so once the last three are harvested I will move it under the HPS .

End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.

getting very close to harvest now. i think this diary showcases exactly what can happen to the inexperienced, careless and unlucky growers out there. im not even sure i could call it a transplant survivor its that small ahah. but yeah day 56 almost there! im gonna check the website to see harvest estimates but another 2 weeks and we should be done :). i cant even say that ive been adjusting much for this grow, ever since i stunted it hard ive just been feeding it the same as my other diaries (slightly less water per feed) and it isnt getting burnt by nutes, it just keeps flowering at its own slow pace. ive smoked the lowest pistils and flowers, leaving about 70% of the plant intact and growing :) and it has definitely got me almost more stoned than the street weed at home, its insane that a undeveloped plant is stronger than whats going around. bearing in mind its damp, not tasty and slightly harsh compared to the street stuff. Smoothie seems to have quit growing in height and are budding out. Pineapple Express seems to keep growing and bushing out, slow to flower. Sweet gelato is bushing out and began budding this week.

I still found a few places with bud rot and I keep removing every spot I see. The plants have been doing fine beside that, they are looking and smelling great, they are super dense and I can't wait for them to be ready. Most trichomes are still clear so I am awaiting for the first ambers to show up, aiming for around 5% amber and 95% milky.
