Nice progress this week with the left plant. The right one is showing some deficiencies on some leafs. A few bugs were also spotted, nothing major but I placed a couple of sticky traps. The smell inside the box has increased quite a bit, but still no smell outside.

Sep 13: almost done. Doing a chemical flush this year using Final Flush from Grotek. It uses citric acid as a chelating agent rather than EDTA (which I would rather avoid). Sep 16: this is getting exciting as the buds are getting nice and big and hard, and there are lots of them. This harvest will be way more than a pound (454 g) and possibly over 600 g. Fingers crossed.

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. hey guys sorry for the absence but in this period I have had a lot to do with my work and I have not been able to bring a good detailed diary, but finally now the holidays will start and I will be able to dedicate myself 110% to a new crop and new ones diaries. having said that, I think I will leave him a week at the most and finally reap the benefits 💚🌳💚🌳maybe my fault the RQS slow release nutrients did not perform as much as the ADVs in my tent, you can see it from the video of 27/07/22 where you can see that 2 out of 6 plants are visually leaner and less compact to the touch , I wanted to try on the same varieties in order to have feedback. I think it could also be caused by the crowding of the tent but with the ADV I have not encountered any problems. I will definitely try them again, giving them much more attention.

Man, that plant is really taking off. It's finally starting to look just like the good old Gas House Parent. I can almost smell it already. Can't wait to see how much bigger it gets! Week 10 Update – Full Throttle with Advanced Nutrients 🌱 I’m now feeding 100% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule with all components. I noticed a slight calcium deficiency in the AN plants, so I’ve increased the base nutrients from 75% to 100%. Advanced Nutrients CalMag Xtra remains at 1ml/L, and it has been reliable throughout the grow with 0 EC osmosis water. BioBizz#1 – BT42 The trichome ripeness is mixed—there are both amber and clear trichomes, so it’s not quite consistent yet. CalMag issues show up occasionally, but nothing that’s throwing me off balance—she’s doing fine! 🤞 AN#4 – BT42 She’s asking for a bit more calcium here and there but continues to dominate BioBizz#1 in terms of development. EC: 2.5 pH: 6.4 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil). AN#3 – BT38 This plant is visually about 2 weeks behind the others. The space between her and the lamp is down to 1-2cm—a disaster, but there’s nothing I can do at this point. PPFD is off the charts (1200), but she’s handling it and developing beautiful buds. Helllllo! Fuck that storm! Almost had no power, luckily... and I mean LUCKILY, the power stayed on, but dayyyum was it nasty. Had issues with 1 plant not getting enough light... so I got another 600w. The 450w is great, for 1 plant. No longer a problem, but had some leggy ladies on 1 plant due to this issue. Buds are forming nicely, but non-the-less, MOAR LIGHTS. Advanced Nutrients is fuckin' ridiculous. I can't say enough good things. Just keep up with the diary, it's gonna get nusto pretty soon. 8/19: One of my AK-47 seeds all just showed their taproot. She's been put in her jiffy pellets and I will be creating another diary shortly. The rest is on cruise control bayyybayyyy! ***At this stage, being my first grow, I finally visualized what and why the "Scrog Method" works. It's fucking insane how you can build a canopy to bush out and be so top-friendly. I'll be sure to use this method... eventually! It was just a nice "lightbulb" moment of understanding reality vs. research.

05/19/2021 Week #7 flower. Gave her a good rinse today she was covered with pollen from nearby trees, drinking more water took 2 full two liter bottles before any runoff, soaking it up like a sponge. Couple hours later fed her some (1-3-3-1.5) N-P-K-calcium I anticipate two more weeks till harvest but we will see. Just got to keep her hydrated for next couple weeks. Apparently she is perking up! after taking a rest for a week or so. And putting on new flowers, and Tangie parentage is very identifiable in her SMELL! WOW Enjoy the videos.🙏 Ps. I decided to fix floppy stem, hopefully it will now put more effort into finishing flower! Will she swell in last weeks??

Week 6 already, we will add some extra PK until week 7 more or less as this strain has a little longer flowering, the buds are starting to look great, they are getting bigger and longer week by week!

So things are getting serious! The smell gets stronger and was amazing when I defoliated the plants. The G-13 is forming very nice buds, but the reason it is a bit later than the Strawberry Banana is I accidentally used Strawberry Banana auto, so as soon as the first pistils appeared and I realized what was going on I switched the light schedule to flowering to have it on a similar time. This is also the reason why I started flowering them so small. Looking forward for next week!

Great stuff, all the seeds are up. One still has it's helmet on, but it'll grow out of it soon. The Carl #2 seed seems to be a mutant of some kind as it has way too many cotyledons. Gave smaller amounts of water while they were seeds, gonna slowly increase to normal now that they've all popped up. I'm gonna start with a very light feeding of bloom ferts to promote rooting, and then use no nutes for the first couple weeks. The plan for these plants will be to try and create as much lateral growth as possible while the weather gets nice outside, then I'll transfer one of the best phenos and one of the not as good phenos to 25gal pots and stick em in the sun. I'm gonna be trying to do pest control with a combination of predator insects and deterrent plants. The main goal of the outdoor grow is to test and develop my IPM skills while trying to grow the biggest plants possible. -2/6/2021 Been a solid week so far, the growth has been fairly vigorous as of last night; it would seem that the root mass finally reached an acceptable size. -2/7/2021 Watered with a bit of bloom nutes and some VeloKelp, shot a timelapse.

It's the 4th week! Stilling doing the mainlining, for some reason I found myself training the branches to form a bull horn shape, maybe I'll mount it on the wall after this first grow, lmao. I added more CalMag this week, as now I'm thinking the rust/brown spots and tips are from a Calcium deficiency since I am using distilled water. Time to watch these leaves, and if it continues to rust it might be the VPD. Some of the leaves are still showing problems but I'm confident that the plants will do just fine as they haven't stopped growing new growth. I'm working on setting up another tent so I can give the girls some more room to gro properly as I'm seeing a lot of crouding in their current home.
