Green crack came out today , her stems struggling to support the heavy dense buds falling over herself to get smoked 😂she’s such a beautiful plant , purple and green smelling so fruity and sticky as this is no doubt my best grow and just so happens to be my fave strain , dry weight in a few weeks should be a cracker yield .

I uploaded longer vids this time for the Vlogs, you don't have to watch em they're there for ya if you're interested :) ~Update~ To start off the girls look great, I'm excited that I'm back where I was when my "First Grow" failed. What's interesting to me is seeing the big difference in the SSH, the 2 previous girls I had were veracious growers, 3 1/2 days of germination and they had a tap root longer than an inch! This one is not so aggressive and has stronger sativa genetics, thin not phat. The others have been doing well, no pest yet which I'll be doing a bleach wipe down of my side of the garage to reduce the chances of an invasion. ~Note~ I'll be updating later this week with a short vid showing the progress. Week 8 Veg – Go Big or Go Home! 🌱💪 Hey, Grow Fam! 🌿 What an intense week it’s been in the grow room! This was one of those “go big or go home” moments, and I decided to take it to the extreme. I’m holding off on flipping to flower for just one more week because the plants are filling up the space beautifully—I can’t help but push things to their limits and see just how much these ladies can give! 😎✨ This week was all about maximizing growth and creating the best canopy I can. I did a light defoliation, just here and there to open things up a bit, and then came the bending—LOTS of bending. 🌱 I’m working hard to create an even canopy, though with all these different genetics, we’ll see how close I get! 🤞 Regardless, I’m giving it my all, and I’m super pumped to see how everything will respond in the next stage. The final touch this week? I ended it with a bold 36 hours of darkness to prepare for the big flip next week—flower mode, here we come! 🌸 What Went Down This Week: 1. Canopy Work – Bending and training all over the place to try and keep things even. It’s a real challenge with different genetics, but the payoff is going to be worth it! 2. Defoliation – Just a little bit of leaf removal here and there to help with airflow and light penetration, prepping them for that final veg stretch. 3. 36 Hours of Darkness – Closed out the week with a full day and a half of darkness. The 36 hours of darkness is a technique I like to use to help signal to the plants that it’s time to transition from veg to flower. 🌒 By giving them an extended dark period, I’m mimicking the natural shift from summer to fall, when daylight hours start to shorten. This kick-starts the plants’ flowering hormones (phytochrome), helping them shift into flower mode more smoothly and quickly. In my experience, this method helps speed up the flip, reduces early flowering stress, and often leads to a more uniform bloom across the canopy. It’s like giving the plants a little nudge to let them know, “Hey, it’s time to bloom!” 🌸 This technique is especially useful for growers like me who want to maximize the efficiency and performance of their plants. 😊 4. Hi Friends, - Day 10 - 1st water change - One leaf looked a little crisp so we removed it and reduced the light from 24hr to 18/6 - Started to increase the nutrients and introduced florilicious - Healthy root structure - Beautiful fan leaves - Responded positively to some topping earlier this week and LST training -PPMs we’re a bit higher than the GH feeding chart suggested (500-600) ours read 720- not too worried at this point

Hey yall! Happy New Year!!! 😊 🎆 🎇 🌟 🤩 Hope yall are having a great Holiday season. In an attempt to finish this harvest early, as stated previously, I am switching to 12/12 lighting for the flowering period this week! Super stoked as the girls are looking good and have a canopy that is mildly acceptable to me, if I had more time and a larger tent, and not a baby on the way I would veg more. But it's all good, because I wasn't the most confident in Beaver Seeds, although their genetics looks good, there are so soooo many great breeders out there. Anyways I topped the shorter girl early this week and topped the taller girl just about 3 days ago, she has recovered enough for me to feel comfortable to switch to flowering. Also the leaves on my tall girl's right side was getting burnt from my humidifier being too close and the moisture droplets started to fry under the bright LEDs. Temperatures are almost always fluctuating, that and trying to maintain an ideal VPD has been most struggling. Although I haven't dialed in my grow area, and changed where I was growing twice. Get it dialed! Get it dialed! I did at Fermented Irish Sea Moss, I obviously did not collect this from the ocean since I am nowhere near Ireland. But I had it on hand and it was going to waste. Use what you have locally or what would go to waste. Also made some new Fermented Aloe, very easy and I highly recommend it! Also just ordered a C02 meter, adding some DIY C02 with yeast, water and baking soda. Will let yall know how effective it is and get back to you on recipe info.
