Die Chocholate Mint wird wohl die beste Pflanze des grows, weniger Thripsbefall, minziger Duft und echt schöne Buds!

Haven't uploaded week 8 so here's a few words about then. I couldn't do much else since I was waiting for some supplies before transplanting them. Overall, it was interesting to learn more about watering. I was definitely underwatering them and I think that contributed for them looking "sad" on week 7. After increasing the amount of water, they started looking better and growing more too. I also sprayed them with bauv. for IPM. About week 9: Supplies arrived so I mixed some Bokashi in the soil mix, filled some 7L vases (made some extra holes on sides, lesson learned from the first weeks hahaha) and transplanted the plants. After that, I watered them some Shrimp FPE to increase microbial life, phosphorus and chitin content in the soil. 2 days later and two of them are looking really happy ( plant 1 and 3)

6/8 Haven't had to water yet (besides the two tens and I should've held off). It's an overcast day. Perfect for the plants. I've noticed more off shoots of 3 pronged leaves so a few plants will reveg but thats fine. I'm happy with how things are going thus far. These are certainly very resilient strains. I've done some SLIGHT LSTing. EDIT: IT'S BEEN A NICE DAY TODAY. A LITTLE OVERCAST BUT SUNNY AT TIMES. PERFECT WEATHER FOR THE GIRLS. THEY ARE LOVING IT OUT THERE! 6/9 And the girls are lookin' Fiiiiiine. In all seriousness everything is doing pretty good. Even that overwatered pink kush runt in the 10gal is coming out of its little funk. Some of my FIM's turned out amazing! With the reveg of some of these I'll definately have my hands full. Very grateful for smart pots and well draining soil! We've gotten some harsh rain but the girls all seem fine. It's the wind today that's a little worrisome. I may stop over later. I COULD put up tarps around the cage as wind blocks (and have before in the past) but it increases the humidity of an already extremely humid day. These girls are strong. I'm sure they'll be fine. I've found that the tarps typically hurt worse than they help.

This week I have changed the 400w HPS lights for a 240w Leds, and I have seen great improvements for the rust burn that used to plague me for quite some times seems to have stopped and repair to the parts still viable started, now I know it was due to hight intensity and heat for 12h on those fan leaves that turned them dry and eventually burned them... I still have to watch out because those Leds are powerful and loaded with Deep red, IR and UV! They are at 45 cm the closest and 70cm the furthest no bleaching is seen so far, I am keeping a close eye on those leaves tip and if I see bleaching to those I higher up the lights for a while... I feel like I am dancing around those marvelous plants, sometimes pulling the lights or dimming them, tucking those fan leaves shadowing lower growth whenever I feel they need a break or a hand! Trying to be a cannabis whisperer lol Added 2 tablespoons of fish blood and bones to top layer with worm castings and bat guano a handful. Lots of spiky hair on one and the other those are curly. They look almost the same, lots of trichomes, at least 16% covered and smell kushy and flowery, very nice. Let's hope the leaves do not get worse and the repair continues, not to forget to offer a prayer to Marie Jane so all goes well! ☺️🌹❤️

13. Woche, BW 7. Nectar Drip performt ordentlich, meiner Meinung nach die schönste bis jetz was die Buds angeht, macht auch ordentlich Tempo, muss nächste woche schon mal die Trichome checken. Ansonsten sieht sie wirklich gut aus, Geruch is ziemlich süß aber schwer zu definieren nach was 😅🤣.

Diese Woche gehts nach draußen, denn das Wetter ist gut und die Eisheiligen sind durch. Die Tropicana Cookies hat ihren Endtopf bezogen und darf jetzt als erste im Außenbecken schwimmen. Das System besteht aus 2 Solarzellen. Die linke betreibt eine kleine Luftpumpe und hat sogar einen integrierten Akku, sodass sie auch nach Sonnenuntergang noch weiter pumpt. Bis zum nächsten Morgen schafft sie es allerdings nicht. Die Leistung ist eher mäßig, aber ich habe durch einen anderen Schlauch und einen durchlässigeren Airstone alles rausgeholt, was möglich war. Die rechte Solarzelle betreibt eine kleine Teichfontäne, die ich direkt gegen den Deckel spritzen lasse. So läuft die NL am Deckel und am Topf entlang bekommt dabei viel Oberfläche. Ich hoffe damit die NL zusätzlich mit Sauerstoff anreichern zu können und die NL an sich so weit in Bewegung zu halten wie in einem RDWC. Die Zelle ist nicht besonders Leistungsstark und dadurch pumpt die Pumpe tatsächlich nur, wenn die Sonne scheint. Ob das reicht werden wir in diesem Experiment feststellen. 😅 Dann habe ich zusätzlich noch den Eimer Isoliert, indem ich einen 40L Stofftopf drüber gezogen habe. Der Schatten schützt den schwarzen Eimer vor der Sonne. Die Steine auf dem Deckel schirmen den Deckel ebenfalls ab und halten abends ein wenig die Wärme, sodass der Eimer langsamer und hoffentlich etwas weniger in der Temperatur schwankt. I’m so excited to show you guys week 3. These plants are huge!!! Even though I’m watching them grow right before my eyes I’m still shock as to how big they are. I browsed through other growers diaries that’s growing the same strains as me and I haven’t came across none as big as mines. The plants are responding well to their nutrients and TLC from me. I was planning to scrog this grow but I’m curious to see how big these autos are going to get so I’m going to just let them ride it out. Plain sailing this week , just water for the Sweet n Sour and the Blackberry Gum, the Cheesy auto just had one last feed of Iguana Juice and PK booster BAC . Few more days and the SNS and BG should be done.

I killed 3-4 bugs around the tent and dont see anything else for the moment. Both of the Gorilla Zkittlez’s looking good and frosty and all of them except the tallest Gorilla Cookies, I think it was meant for bigger spaces :D Anyway assuming last 2 weeks before chop

Day 36 Stretching has slowed but not stopped. 28-29” today. Feeding 3L per plant now. The orange haze seems to be flawless, the other 2 needing a little extra calmag and N, but early flower can be expected. Humidity holding at around 50-55% little higher than I want but plenty of air blowing inside and strong extraction, so no problem. Would like to see the bud sites fill out over the next few weeks, before swelling. White pistils everywhere very exciting to see these blossom. Lovely mild fruity smell already from the tent. Day 38. Heavy feed on day 37 including big bud added to the nutrients, nute burn on one off the plants which I think I’m gonna flush soon, and maybe a slight N deficiency and calmag still on the other 2. Stretching looks to have stopped, Bud sites filling out nicely now Day 41 Left the pots 24 hours too long and the extra thirsty girls caught me out with the soil being drier than the desert and leafs soft and droopy as a result. With a slow heavy feed following this, they are back to their healthy self’s overnight. Lesson learnt - check daily. Drinking 3L every 1.5-2 days now.
