It's harvest time and it was a great run! Nice genetics by Barneys Farm as usual! I already smoked the Runtz Muffin and boy this stuff is powerful! Nice hybrid buzz with a sedating effect. My face felt numb after the first 5 puffs really great for pain relief! I was high as fuck but still abled to get stuff done but I would recommend for more experienced smokers! Really nice taste already even though I did not cure the sample at all. Sweet, fruity on the inhale and earthy dough-like flavour on the exhale. I'm gonna do a harvest conclusion soon.

What to say about this week? For starters LST was started this week. Initially I used garden ties but soon after replaced them with 6” garden staples . 2 of the 6 girls began throwing pistals resulting from the LST starting around day 15 YIKES 😬. The Zkittlez & the Runtz both from (Expert Seeds ) began giving the 5x5 its first smells . The LST so far has been a pleasure no ooosy daisies so far & the girls are showing what they are made of . The secondary shoots have great potential to form a nice round bush that I can train out into an even-as-possible canopy . Today is day 21 & day 20 for this bunch . They are only using Gaia Green dry amendments for feedings but I decided to take some advice given to another grower & supplement my girls with some compost tea . NO I DONT THINK THEY NEED ANYTHING ADDITIONALLY IM REALLY HAPPY SO FAR WITH MY NUTES bbbbuuuuuttttttt in the short chance that my ladies may take a liking to an occasional tea & reward my pampering with large , long , frosty, stacked cola’s . . Thennnn I’m supplementing , I consider this all “4-play” for my ladies Ik a giver 🤷‍♀️😭 My only concerns are racing against this clock to get as much size & solid structure before flowering sets in I’ve really got my heart set on a certain outcome & I’m one for a good challenge. Finally , atleast as much as I can remember, I increased the dimmer knob on the light from 65% to about 78%. I won’t increase the watts any higher until bloom sets in fully & at that point I’ll be turning it to 100% raising it a maybe 6 inches & watching patiently for my girls to start praying 🙏 to it . Week 3 in the books !

The plants are getting more trichomes every day and the smell is getting stronger—I'm getting more and more excited! Next time I might just do three plants with this setup though, it's getting a bit cramped in here 😄

Overal a nice relaxed growing cycle

Their first Neem oil leaf drench massage. Their first fertigation or watering. For the Og kush the third week Biobizz nutrient dose was followed. The only addition to the third week All Mix dosology was the inclusion of Alg a mic. At the above rate + Great white + bactrex. The above list of nutrients correspond to the OG KUSH Allmix schedule and doses. Fot the amnesia haze the watering had only Bactrex, White sark and Pro symbiotic at the doses listed above. No pH was adjusted nor measured and no EC either. *03/29 UPDATE* Since no option given for "breaking down" each strain individually ragarding the Nutrients section I ll update the irrigation/fertigation/nutrient regimen for each week in this section. Each time something changes on the Nutrients section it ll always be the last used doses of nutrients only for the OG Kush strain. For the Amnesia only CalMag treated water will be given in alternate irrigations along with a twice a week bacteria introduction to the system. So, today both plants got 1.8 lts of RODI CalMag treated water to .340EC with a controlled pH of 6.3. The Amnesia had a significantly higher runoff which I didn't anticipate nor understand but I'll find out why for sure. Some light LST directional guiding was given to the plants for forming purposes and future canopy levelling. In the Grow Hut since day one the plants are continuously enjoying the company of Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia s music. They love it! *03/30 UPDATE* The best possible outcome regarding live phytoprotection by beneficial insects for pest control. As of yesterday I have two unidentified tiny sliders, possibly common garden ones and as of today a Coccinellidae sp. larvae running around the canopy (check the video) Hope for many more of them sweet protectors. Neem oil along with DE has successfully helped in deterring some Gnat "congregation". *03/31 UPDATE* Plants are growing strong and vigorous. Some LST done and their new canopy hairdo can be seen in the pics.

The color is amazing,we are talking about a real purple color,the smell is so sweet and smells like a banana tree with milk and fruits.You need a good carbon filter for this strain

Week 7 Flushed my plants

Sorry for the delay on the updates guys I am a daddy of a newborn baby boy and it's really time consuming plus the Mary ladies but we keep on the great work nothing wont stop us we go all the way up! Alright here you go Day 87 Starting week 13 Day 88 Gorgeous grapefruit smells like heaven Day 89 Again sorry for the late update but being a first time daddy leaves you without time Day 90 She's gorgeous isn't she? (alright guys so what happened here was that I started flushing too early and took advise from other canngrower and instantly added again all nutes, that's why I left her a lil longer until week 14 when I started to flush again, we are going to show you very well what we did, since it was our first time we were unsure if flushing at week 11 was alright but then we decided at week 12 that she could stay longer and she did) You might say we wasted some nutes but in terms of reality we did not, because we have a full bottle of 3.7gal mix with flora nova grow and flora nova bloom in the other, measuring ppm always to make sure we got the correct amount, otherwise we add more water or more nutes depending on the plant needs but we never waste away all precious nutes are precious resources, in this part of Latin America is really hard to find anything good, so we got to bring everything from Europe or United States that's why we doing the best we can with the money we got. Keeps growing too close to light. Have now raised light as high as can get it. Doing HST to keep top of branchs at least 10" from light. has now been stretching for about 5 long weeks. please make it stop.
