My first grow has been a great learning experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. The ladies had another great week, I got the Durban Nights, Red Hot Cookies, and Sundae Driverr's second toppings completed on day 26, and I got the second toppings done on the Green Crack and Bubble Runtz on day 27. Right now I have 4 mains on each plant, and I will top each one this week, probably in the next 3-4 days which will leave with me 8 mains. So the mainlines will be completed during week 5, and I plan to flip to flower around week 7. I will just continue with LST to try and keep all the tops level heading into flowering as to prevent any top from becoming dominant. I am still seeing a couple holes on the leaves of the Sundae Driver, but I have treated her twice with neem oil and I don't see any new holes since the last application and I can't see any bugs even with magnification. I am still not sure if it was a bug issue or just a genetic thing. Either way I am not too concerned at this point because they all seem to be very healthy. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. got bitten by a spider and realized i was always wondering what my spiritual animal was, and realized it was spiders after that awakening of asking mother natures help me and spiders made a blood pack and since then nature has been helping me out by protecting my plants, from thieves and bad rotten people. and nature gave me spiders to protect my children. one of my spiders thats protecting the rooibaard is called GREGGK.

Fractal week 17 7/ 22-28 This week has been rainy so the outside girls only got watered and fed once. with all the rain we've had, all the girls grew a bit. I top dressed all girls with Bloomin Soil from Elm Dirt. Photo Fractal is now 49 inches and stacking nicely. Happy girl means happy mom.

This week I had to remove my red light (sad because red leds are the most efficient one in terms of pffd per wattage) the reason for that is bleaching of the tips. Scientists found out that cultivars start bleaching if u hit 600 umol/m2/s red light (just red photons and not every strain bleaches). Besides that I did nothing to them. From now on I will try to keep the temps low but with a pretty small day/night temp difference. Now preservation of terps and maturing are my points of interests. Some nice colours are getting through … that was supported by some nitrogen deficiency. This was Not on purpose but better than burning them with nutrients. (Nitrogen is required to produce chlorophyll, which is Green. If u reduce the nitrogen towards the end you can support other pigments to come through.) The two super-cropped plants healed up nicely and have grown more bushier in week 8. The top of the main-stem is showing sidewards now and the buds on it have turned upwards, towards the lights. The two SANlight EVO4-120 are dimmed to 100% and hang 30 cm above the top of the plants at this stage. My genetic gems LOVE the spectrum and intensity of these LED-fixtures and grow like hell under them, its amazing to see. The BIO-NOVA nutrients are still given at half strength from their recommended SOIL-CULTIVATION schedule and the plants have a nice healthy green color. Only the CHEESE-plant from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS starts to show some symptoms of overfeeding (gets rust brown spots and yellow leaf-tips). I will have to keep an eye on this plant. The amount of flower-crowns that are developing now is ASTOUNDING! In the close-up pics of the flower-crowns you can see, that the trichome production has started already! The plants start to smell more now and I can't wait for them to get the fruity aroma I expect.

Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants are filling up more and the first pistils start to get brown, which shows the plants start to ripen and go towards harvest time. The smell they exude is STRONG now and VERY PLEASANT. The aroma is sweet, peachy with sandalwood undertones and is MOUTH-WATERING. The plants are TRICHOME MONSTERS and are covered in crystals, any little touch and your fingers stay sticky for hours.

Final Harvest Metrics: Yield Efficiency: Achieved an impressive yield efficiency of 15.92 wet grams per watt, underscoring the efficiency of our light setup. Area Yield: With a productivity of 3583.33 wet grams per square meter, our cultivation space was maximized for optimal output. Plant Yield: Each plant contributed significantly, averaging 573.33 grams, highlighting robust growth and development. Density: The garden hosted 6.25 plants per square meter, optimizing space without overcrowding. Ambiente em 70% umidade por umas 10h das 24h nas demais vai decaíndo até chegar entre 50 e 40 onde volto o ciclo... Para não ter problemas de pragas e mofos por excesso de dias umidos sem processo de secar como no solo...

7/19 I’ve come upon the realize that I had been under watering to an extreme degree. I have since adjusted accordingly today and hope they look better tomorrow. Did remove some leaves and then found out I really shouldn’t have, hopefully I didn’t stunt them.i believe they are now flowering and next watering I will be adding some tiger bloom at very low strength. the newts I’ve given them have shown tip nute burn often and I have been very minimally watering so my conclusion is my soil was so full of nutes I could have waited until now most likely to start my first feedings. I’ve read about this and w ocean forest this seems to be the trend. Still really happy about the progress. Peace

I removed the tops that will not get enough light started some basic opening of the canopy and some defoliation. This topdress should help the transition to flower in a weeks time.

Day 90 The Sativa plant is beautifully swollen at the top. I've watered it minimally for the last three days. Today I'll mix up the solution and add a 1 g/l Bio Enchanter. It's alkaline (pH 8), so I'll first dilute 15 liters of the solution with 2 ml/l CalMag in the aquapot to 250 PPM. Then I'll lower the pH to 5.0, as recommended by the fertilizer manufacturer. After that, I'll dissolve a capful—one and a half liters of black powder. These 15 liters should be used within 24 hours. My slightly drying bushes will appreciate a third of the pot's volume being watered. The stems are showing red spots—it looks like I need to add 1-2 g/l Bio Bloom to the coco and mix 2-5 liters of the coco into the top layer. After bending and pruning, the plants feel stronger and healthier. To correct the nitrogen deficiency, I'll also add a liter of Simplex Start Up 4 ml/l. Day 95 They're doing well after moving to their new space. I didn't change the photoperiod to avoid stress. Yesterday, I didn't water them at all because they were experiencing water deficiencies. Today, I watered each plant 2 liters of solution, 10% of the solution before draining. I also added a weak concentration of Simplex Coco mineral fertilizer, 1 ml/l.

One of the plants has a slight pie dough smell, but still very minimal smell when I open the tent. EDIT: the smell is actually making it passed my carbon filter, and I am not sure why it is only 1 of the 2 plants giving off the heavy smell as well. The chunkier/darker colour one is the one that smells real heavy, smells really creamy/doughy. UV/IR has been on for the past few weeks, and will stay on until the end. The plants have gone through a bunch of issues so far, and are still going strong. Gave a tablespoon of power bloom to each, on day 31.
