Day 64. Girls are just brilliant !!! Smell, view - pure joy ! Both fades nicely and i would love to push them two more weeks, but i think i gave last watering and this Wednesday they are chopped, but maybe ... ;))) Day 66. Last light and last photoshoot, nothing to add, they are - Beauties !!! Smell is driving me nuts ;))) Even with carbon filters you can easy smell them 10-20 meters away. Had to order more powerfull and bigger ones ;))) All remaining updates will be in harvest week. 24 hours of darkness and Chop Day !!! P.S. sorry for off-focus, my cam is still faulty ... 8/17 Week 5 Flipping Lights set to 11-13 for the first few days then 12-12 Nuets will transition accordingly Reducing feeds to once a day during the switch Intro Cocotek Bloom a/b at 5ml/gal each Reduce Grow to 10ml/g each Next feed half and half 8/19 Switching to 12-12 from 11-13 think its done its work changes are afoot 8/20 Colas forming quickly may have to flip the week to Flower, lets hope so 😉 They getting a dose of Kangaroots 5ml/g and Fish Shit 2ml/g at intervals during transition purely as plants seem to need. This week a few different things happened . 1. After I flushed to remedy all purple stems Runtz & Zkittlez developed deformed leaf sets. The runts leaf set didn’t form on 1 side of the vein. The Zkittlez formed leaf sets with a missing finger . Instead of the being 5 fingers on the 3rd set there were 4 fingers . 2. Day #10 plants looked really sad & droopy the leaves of my plants where pointing downward & the 1st set of serrated leaves began to yellow . 3. To rectify the “super soil” dropping the PH of the water I fed the girls I purchased some PH UP & experimented with a few cups of my soil & found if I put in water at 9.5PH the “Super Soil” balanced out at 6.5 . My tap water PH is about 7.5 with a 200ppm (yes , yes, I know , tell me about it) if I put regular tap water in my soil drops it to a 5.1 -5.3 which led to the purple stems in the 1st week. Granted I’m kinda working backwards to work with what I have in order to utilize my investments it’s a means to an end I suppose BUT I AM OPEN TO SENSIBLE THOUGHT OUT ADVICE THANKS. 4. Day #11 I transplanted all the girls into full strength super soil . If I hadn’t had to flush i could have held out another week tops in my solo cups . I could have gotten to atleast the 6th maybe 7th node before transplanting into full strength soil. Currently I’m at the 4th node & noticing slight canoeing of the leaves . This is my first grow in this “supersoil” also my 1st time mixing my own amendments to make said “supersoil” so for the time being I’ll just keep an eye on it & hope the plant establishes quickly enough to be able to consume the quantities of nutrients in this soil THUS my generous generous use of Mykos . Today makes 2 weeks for Runtz & #1 GDP the the remaining 4 are at day #13. I’m still hoping by day 16 I can start LST’ing . All but 1 or 2 of the girls have began growing secondary shoots along the nodes so I’m getting more an more excited . I’m just envisioning the plants I want to have until it comes to fruition. I am by no means an expert I’m not even a reasonably decent grower . Out of the 3 runs I’ve done so far only one produced smokable poor quality buds . Each time spawning more research & a tweak to the setup . THIS TIME I AM CALM COOL & COLLECTED as I’ve ever been & have my eyes set on a lofty yield of high quality buds I’m aiming to get a QP p/plant but honestly I want to push them to get a HP p/plant . Which sounds like I’m in Narnia NeverLand with such high expectations .. I’ll just shoot for the starts & if I land on the moon instead I’ll be happy with that as long as the end results in me being high . Week 2 in the books 📚

Week 6 has been a goos solid week of stacking. No problems to report and everything is moving along as expected. Subscribe to follow the journey.

-05.09.2024 The twelfth week if you count the seedling phase has begun. The plants look good and are getting nice and frosty. The pistils are mostly amber-colored. The small trichomes are observed once a day with a jeweler's loupe. So far most of them are still quite transparent for me, occasionally you can see milky and amber colored trichomes. But I think this will be the last week for the ladies. They are only watered with clear water. The lamp is running at 75% (225 watts) the PPFD value according to the Photone app is around 900. -07.09.2024 A few of the popcorn buds were removed today. Trichomes also look good, but they can still do a bit. The plants were watered with 750ml of water per plant. (water without nutrients) I think it was the last time watering but let's see what the days bring. The light intensity has also been reduced again to about 65% (195 watts). The DLi value is about 50, PPfd about 800

Back into Veg again, never Lollipoped anything before. Was tough not cropping them buds lol the few I did have to were delicious! In the big square green pot to the left of the little silver haze X critical XXL is several different cuttings off three different zkittles plants. One showing bright purple buds the other is less colourful. The silver haze X critical XXL has had the lowest branch converted to produce male sacs for seeds wasn't very successful so I'm lollypoping to try again. The other Greenhouse has my favourite large Zkittles which I had a few buds off! Superb taste. Three chocolate skunk in the same pot two smaller one where fully converted to male. Had all the best cola buds of her also delicious smoke. Aim is to cross chocolate skunk with zkittles hopefully with more success this time round!

Am Wochenende haben wir das Netz gespannt. 2/3 der Blütezeit hat sie jetzt ca. hinter sich gebracht. Nach dem ausharren und dem neutralisieren des gekippten Wassers, trat sehr schnell auch ein Mangel sehr vermutlich ,,Schwefel,, am Haupttrieb im obigen Bereich auf. Da wir aber so oder so in der ersten Woche mit erhöhtem Mineralien bedarf (Top- Max) uns befinden, ist dieses nach dieser Situation ein absolut positives Anzeichen, da es bedeutet das sie die Nährstoffe benötigt und somit auch verarbeitet. Auffallend und auch nicht mehr zu ignorieren sind die Thripse. Um diese kümmern sich aber ab Paketeintreffen die neuen Florfliegenlarven. Ansonsten haben wir beim Netzt Spannen noch kleine nachwachsende Stins weggenommen um wirklich alle benötigte Kraft in die Cola´s zu bekommen. Wir Gießen im Moment ca. alle 24 Stunden 4 Liter Nährstofflösung inkl. 0,08 g Co2_ Tablette und 4 ml PK14/15 Wir wünschen allen Growmies viel Erfolg und eine angenehme Woche! Seit dem 16.10.24 wird Sie nur noch 11 Stunden beleuchtet und statt 4 Liter mag sie im moment eher wieder die 3 Liter pro Tag Nährstofflösung.
