So far the autopots are doing their job. Havent manually watered the plants over a week and they are just blowing up with growth... Been keeping track of how much water the system has been using .. and just over a week they used about 4gallons of water .. My nutrients are still the same , nothing changes in the veg state ..Topped last week and Started LTS this week and plants are looking great .. I might veg for 1 or 2 more weeks

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

gave plant a good spray down with warm water to dislodge mites. Also treated with castile soap and vinegar wash under all the leaves. Applied predatory mites the next day. So far no sign yet, fingers crossed.

The buds have really bulked up over the last few weeks. I did a flush before switching to Athena, but it seems the coco medium still held onto a lot of nutrients. I don't think doing another flush is feasible since I only have one week of feeding left—I'll be lowering the EC next week anyway. So, unfortunately, some leaves are bound to get burned... but that’s just how it goes; I only had issues with these two plants. Aside from that, the smell is great and they’re really resinous; the density has improved significantly. It’s a shame I didn’t switch back to Athena sooner—there’s no comparison when it comes to yield. ✌️💪

Exciting news my Lemon Haze Auto has officially entered her flowering phase!🌱 She's also started stretching, although so far it's mainly the main stem that's showing significant growth.💚 This week, I also adjusted the nutrient schedule with Biobizz fertilizers to better match her new needs during flowering. 🌿 She's looking healthy and strong, and I’m really curious to see if the side branches will catch up or if the focus stays on one big central cola. 🌞 Let's see where this journey goes! 👀✨

Plant has been developing nicely over the past 6 weeks. Fimming was not very successful, so I continued with super cropping the plant. She was switched to a 12/12 schedule a week ago and was fed flower nutes for the first time this week. She is definitely stretching, so I installed another scrod at 50 cm to distribute the canopy even further and add some support. She has been receiving ph balanced RO water and is at this stage continuously via drippers. Roots are al over the tank again, which has however proven as an advantage in the past.

LST started only on the Northern Lights and one of the Lemon Shining Silver. All nutrients only being applied to the automatics (N. Lights and Dwarf). The Lemon still being fed with Grow, Fish, Heaven and Acti-vera plus small portions of Call mag as preventive. Quantity of water was reduced to improve the drainage and also to raise the amount of watering in a week. Before 2 times, now 3. Notes: The N.L 02 is growing in a pure soil as an experiment. Dark green leafs and fast growing terpenes. The N.L 01, she's growing with only the fingers leafs. Dwarf is the most beauty and healthy between them. All those three Lemon are growing beautifully and look going pretty well in hers vegetative phase. LST applied only in one of them as an experience.

So she was chopped (wet trimmed) yesterday (F74) and is now hanging up to dry at 55% RH and temps between 15 and 18ºc. I made fresh frozen dry ice hash today using a 160 micron bubble bag, a flat surface, 8kg of dry ice and a couple 5 gal buckets. I already have the weights for that, which far exceeded my expectations. Those figures I will post once she is dried and in 1 quart screw top glass jars. People suppose dry ice hash is inferior quality vs bubble hash. I am not experienced enough to comment on that but must say it is extremely easy to make hash with dry ice, it took 40 mins to process 995g of trim which included sugar leaves, some stems and popcorn buds. I then pressed it into 3.5g briquettes for storage using a pollen press. As you can see from videos, this stuff is all blonde - and after already trying some today with some friends, it knocked our boots off! Will be back in 5-7 days with harvest figures, smoke analysis and other details! Happy growing all! I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS
