Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. This grow started as auto flowers... But someone in dinafem was smoking weed when he was packing my seeds and put inside some photoperiod. After 50 days at 20/4 and with my plants not flowering i decided to switch my lights at 12/12. The plants indeed started to flower. I am very disappointed because i spent so much nutrients for vegging 50 days for no reason, because i spent so much electricity at 20/4 and because when i started this grow, with my calculations it should be over at 1-5 of june. Yet here i am at the middle of summer in Greece trying to deal with the temperatures and it is very hot. Anyway, things going well.

This is the feed schedule for the week. 11/12/21 Watered all 3 plants 3/4ml ph down Ph 6.3 180 Ppm Solution temp 71.3°f 11/16/21 Critical purple #1 1ml ph down Ph 6.36 180ppm Solution temp 73.2F Pineapple auto #1 1ml ph down Ph 6.31 180 Ppm Solution temp 71.3F As you all know I pulled critical purple #2 last week and this week I pulled pineapple auto #2. This is what's going down in wackyland... 11/11/21 put critical purple #2 in 48hrs darkness 11/13/21 Chopped critical purple #2 wet weight 158 grams and placed pineapple auto #2 in 48 hours darkness 11/15/21 Chopped pineapple auto #2 wet weight 465 grams So with these 2 plants and my 2 from first grow I have 4 plants drying right now for a total wet weight of 25oz's!!! With two monster plants still to harvest! Critical purple #1- was my slowest grower but will be my shining critical purple as it is huge compared to critical purple #2! This lady is thickening up very well and is prob a week or 2 out! Pineapple auto #1- This is my biggest plant to date and has many bud sights so I am pretty sure she will be my highest yielder. Casey's Rollex OG is making good progress. I topped her today, and pruned the root tips. I also removed the first node branches. I left the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th nodes for main branches. She has some big leaves for such a small plant still. Everything is going good. The second week everything is going alright

Hey everyone! 😊 I hope you all find the title fitting for my upcoming grow, which I’ll be starting soon. In my past grows, I've been using BioBizz with my tap water. Some runs turned out great (especially with the S.A.D. strain 🌿), while the current grow has been a bit mixed. This time, though, I’m ready to try something totally new! I’ll be using three plants of the same strain but with three different fertilizers – BioBizz, Green House Powder Feeding, and Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Sensi. 🚀🌱✨

Day 35 to 37 is showing rapid hydroponic growth. The roots are getting very dense at the bottom of the container. There is much less tendency for the roots to grow up into the available space. This makes it more difficult to crack loose and raise the root mass from the bottom of the container.

Week 8 starts and 2 of the girls is frosting up real great and one is a little behind. There is some nuteburn in the tips of one of the girls and a burned top on the tallest girl. Nr 1 is 53 cm tall, Nr2 is 112 cm tall and Nr 3 is 40 cm. Added new videos and pics.

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.

Final 2 weeks for this huge massive blue dream the smell is so fruity now

One more week and they have grow really good this week nice buds and I hope 🙏It continue to grow more and more and more .I put a net because my gelato is to branch and she can’t kept the buds height ,my fault. Very happy with this grow 🙂

I raised her in a skull, but most of her life was spent in neglect. I left her outside in burning heat, then in sudden cold, dragged her indoors, then abandoned her again. She suffered thirst, darkness, and the bite of spidermites that stripped her leaves — though strangely, they spared the flowers, as if something in her bloom commanded a grim respect. When her time came, I did not cut her. Growing is usually a preparation for harvest — you nurture only to take, always before death arrives on its own. I chose the opposite. I carried her down into the cellar for her final weeks, set her skull in the stone-lit dark, and simply let her decline. There she stood, a crown of fading flowers above hollow bone, turning slowly from bloom to ruin. I left her to wither not by accident, but as proof. To show that a grow without harvest becomes its own message: that life, denied the cut, meets death as it is, unshaped, unclaimed. And in that cellar, in her vessel of bone, she embodied what I wanted to see — beauty not ended by hand, but surrendered to shadow.
