At 91 days from seed, 36 days into bloom, she is drinking about 2 liters (1/2 gal) per day. It has been a little warm in the tent which has caused her to drink more. Since she is drinking more than normal, the tips of her leaves look a little burnt. I think my nutrient levels would be fine if she weren't drinking so much. It's only slight burn though so she'll be fine. She still smells great but is actually one of the less pungent plants I've grown. So it’s a nice smell but its not overpowering. It looks like its going to be a bountiful harvest. I upped the terpinator added to the minimum recommended dose suggested by the manufacturer. Not much to do but wait and watch her put on weight.

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

Day one of week five! 19th September! Small amount of defoliation today as some leaves had been laying on the soil and were turning yellow. Other than that the girls look good I think. Wasn’t sure if my water filter was much cop but looks like it’s better than I thought. Wish I’d gone with my gut and started the CalMag earlier! Other than that I’m giving them a couple more weeks of veg and then we’re going to flower 🌷 all being well 🤞🏼❤️ Day 4 UPDATE: 22nd Sept. More LST to keep things all the same height and encourage more new growth sites.. Fruity Pebbles in the Blue Planet nutrition Is bulking now. The Athena one I am harvesting tomorrow. Big size difference in the 2. I think it was 2 different phenom types. So back to this plant. It has gotten a bit close to the light. I think she has gotten some wind damage to the upper leaves from being hit by the fan. I rather that then she get too warm. Everything is doing its thing. Hi all. Welcome to this run withbthe Viparspectra XS1500 which i was kindly sent to try by their helpful rep Valerie. As I have a fairly good space to use for my main grow , it seemed an ideal time to explore a few options while I wait for space to appear following upcoming harvests. The opportunity hit at a good time and has now driven the future play time. lol The light is a full spectrum 150W( at the socket) , Dimmable and very well made unit. As summer is here now , my concerns of more heat being an issue have stopped me from adding my other light so the smaller 2ftx2ft area covered by the XS1500 is a good option , The heatsink is built into the case design with a finned top to dissipate the heat so no noisy fans. Switching it on to full power was a nice surprise as the footprint was way wider than I had expected and the actual coverage is even better for my Nursery to harvest plan.... I am growing autos perpetually at present and have been able to throughput the plants with just 2 lights and using the overlaps at the edges to bring seedlings along to veg/flowering, as harvesting is finishing. The timing had been working well but the plants were getting smaller towards the last runs . I gave it some thought and Rh % came to mind. With the perpetual runs not having a higher rh in their veg periods due to other plants needing a lower Rh% in flower , the vapour pressure deficit (vpd) was not within veg periods healthier range. This current run has exploded and filled my normal space very quickly which in turn means I cannot use the same principle as the last perpetual run of bringing the next ones along ready for the exchanges. The XS1500 takes care of this issue with it being perfect for an initial nursery light that is easily covering all the new seedlings but is also able to cover my experimental "5 plant 1 Pot" attempt. I have placed 5 of my own autob seeds from a previous seeding in a single 60 L pot and intend to strip them to their 4th nodes and only allow 2 mains per plant to develop and flower. Inam hoping to have 10 mains growing in it that will be under the xs1500 solely as the other plants outgrow the lights footprint and space they are in. They will go into the main grow space once able so i can really see how well this new light can flower with the 10 mains to fill the space. Until that point , I will diary as we go and see what we can achieve.

Back again, growth is nice and quick even still after topping her. I wasn't going to train her initially but my green fingers couldn't stay away. I've started by topping her and some LST tying down a few branches and defoliating a few leaves. She bounced back well the last time. Im due to defoliate her again, so might do that today. Just to let some light through abit more. So far so good. Shes drinking as she should. EC and pH pretty stable, taking the nutrients she needs and some occasions just water being uptaken. Its been about 7 days since last water change, ideally id change it but plant not showing any reason to as thjngs are pretty optimal right now. Back with an update soon. Day 36 - Defoliation. Day 41 - bounced back, not a problem. E.c. not being pushed and at around 1.1.. pH 5.8 fluxing to 6.2. Nice clean healthy big roots.

I'm starting to see top leaves starting to change colour on the plant to the right, I hope the progression of this problem does not kill the plant. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 5g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. There goes another week for the Wedding Cheesecake FF and it won't be long before she begins to show signs of pre-flowering!
