The cones have learned to be quite dense. The aroma can be considered strong. I liked how they grow.

This week was another great week for the ladies, we are in week now 3 and did not have time to start this diary earlier but het better late then never. We are growing 5 out of 6 due to a fuck up did and accidently broke the stem in week 2 so 1 died but the others are striving like i haven't experienced before. I am pretty sure its because we choose are great genetic from Dutch passion but we also changed to Green House feeding and i must say that the results so far are great and their slogan keep it simple is exactly that super simple. Since we (We as in My Son and I) are already in week 3 they are slowly starting to show flowering and i see super healty plants that look different by the day. In closing i fucking love this hobby and sharing our experiences together on this website.😍

(Have been thinking about it, decided to just do both runts under one diary and just using the Green Sensation on them both. Had only used growdots on the other one, but will be bringing the other runtz into this diary aswell) Beginning to add the Green Sensation nutrients this week. Really curious to see how she looks in the next 2 weeks now that its being added!. But these Runtz are growing well, looks great to me so far nothing crazy , bit different pheno then my other grow but I'm happy with both .. Can't wait to see how they flower fully. Not much else was done, I do regret not training but wanted to let it do its thing , didn't have the space for anything big (I never go for massive, one of these days I'll veg longer tho just for the experience of it) Had cut off a handful of leaves that were laying on each other. Did alil form of lollipoping but not extreme. And only plan besides Green Bay is the Recharge will also be used 1x weekly. Lights are currently around 32 DLI roughly 700/750ppfd off the top of my head. I'm thinking around 40 I may push to peak but we will see, no added CO2 besides environmental atleast its above 500 pretty steady raises to 8/900 amd alil higher when I'm in talkin shit to them. The water input is picking up in frequency aswell. Watering every other day still due to how cold it is they are drinking slow but their just about 3/4s of a gallon currently.. Temps have been way lower this run then I really wanted just last heater I had decides to quit on me.. big area so tough to replace that thing and of course it was just out of warranty lol by 2 months. The one is getting some purples on it this one's pretty light green , ec is in range after a quick lil media test, had been curious if she was hungry so decide to check did alil runoff when watered prior to feeding the plagron. Ec was fine and PH was alil low so bringing that up as I feed. Besides that tho , their smelling really sweet.. literally like a pack of runtz already ...anxious to get to smoke some of my first try at a runtz plant! I tried to let her bloom for 2 more weeks..but she had some mold and had to cut some away. Sow shortened bloom by one week. However she is ready do.last so.

Day 128 it’s good smells sweet and every time I walk into my room it smells like gas Even though quantity is lower then I expected, the trichomes are crazy

well 2 big plants were sick and i don’t think they are getting recovery.. so i put them aside and let the strong one dominate the light!

Hello all! I am finally back online and so here is a proper update for the Queen! Citronella has suffered terribly during the house move and following weeks, a few days ago I took her lower third off and defoliated and removed underdeveloped nodes. I dried the popcorn I took off during this process and got 12g (dry). The rest I am leaving on her and hoping and praying those buds swell. The smell is absolutely the greatest thing ever, she is stunningly pungent - even the quick dried popcorn is really beautiful to smoke - so whatever I get from her, whatever little it will be, I will certainly enjoy. Anyway she is now being taken care of a bit more regularly and properly and moving forward until harvest I expect this to continue. Day 109: Fertigated 10l Day 111: The queen is maturing, but I am not sure her buds are going to get much fatter at this point. She is already struggling to hold them up, they must be really dense if they are so heavy this small. I am really at a disappointed stage with this grow, and I must do better next time I grow this strain. I am not impressed with this LED light, I think I need to grow a full tent under my better light and see how they do. Anyway she is trundling along and I don't think too far from the inevitably disappointing harvest.

The girls are moving along nicely just watering with water ph to 6.4 this week as I top dressed with Gaia green 4-4-4.Spider farmer Se7000 dialed in at 30 percent and to the ceiling.Noticed some minor deficiencies Day 12 and check soil slurry 50/50 soil/water and the ppm was at 780 lil high at this early stage and the culprit.Going to work on lowering that a bit this week.I did add a top layer of fox farm ocean forest as well which runs a little hot with nutrients rather than the pro mix.I have to remember with these beautiful auto flowers less is better :)

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun.
