I also watered her with 1L of RO tap water, with defined nutrients mixed individually in order and then pH'd to 6.3. I will now let her settle in over the next few days before she's watered again. 🙏🏻

First signs of side branching so was able to begin LST on day 20. Plants where waters with dechlorinated water pH to approximately 6.3. The tangerine dream auto may have begun to shoot out pistols already 🙃

Woche 4 ist jetzt ungefähr durch. Die Pflanzen haben weiterhin unglaublich gestretcht. Ich habe mittlerweile hinten 2 Stränge leicht runter gebunden damit die Lichtverteilung gleichmäßiger ist. Da ich die Lampe ungern noch höher hängen möchte. Aktuell gieße ich etwa alle 3-4 Tage , 30 Liter Regenwasser , nach dem Standart Düngeplan von Hesi. Ich habe keine Probleme mit Nährstoffbrand . Die 30 Liter werden im Normfallfall schon über nacht aus dem Becken weggesaugt. Ich hab bis jetzt keine Probleme mit Wurzelfäule und die Pflanzen wachsen wie bekloppt dementsprechend werde ich so weiter machen. Im video kann man unten rechts meinen großen Ventilator sehen , die Pflanze die direkt bei diesem steht ist durch den Wind so gestresst, dass sie leider nicht so gestretcht ist wie der rest. Naja ich brauch diese starke Belüftung, dementsprechend nur die harten kommn in Garten 😂

There were a couple of passing light rain showers today which didn't provide a lot of rain so I went ahead and watered the GG4 Sherbet FF with approximately 5g of well water just to make sure that she didn't get thirsty. There's a month in flower for this beautiful fast flowering cultivar from the experts at FastBuds and all I can say is WOW! I can't say enough positive things about this strain and will, for sure, be running it again! Day 29 Veg transplant day

Trying to keep the day temperature a bit lower. The growtent is located in my shed. First time in hydro so if you have advice for me I would appreciate. 😁

I have been using LST in the form of a fan on medium speed to try and strengthen the main stalk of the plant as well as planter rotation to strengthen the main stalk for tie down LST. So far I've been impressed with the rate of growth and the overall experiment. For what it's worth, the growth wth is very very similar to a hydroponics growth. I'm sure as the experiment continues I'll notice some big differences. It does appear to have either a minor potassium deficiency or a little too much nitrogen. Will monitor and update as needed. The above signs may have been trying to indicate the main stalk was weakening from too much weight from vertical grow rate. This would ultimately lead to a fractured stalk. Is this what happened or is it a fungus or disease problem? Plant C sprouted within 48hrs and will be 6 days behind Plant A. End goal of harvest is still 360g from the two plants combined. Both plants are looking very happy regardless of the toxicity or deficiency. Strong strain nonetheless.

Wedding Cake, also known as Pink Cookies is a stellar Indica strain created by the result of crossing Girl Scout Cookies and Cherry Pie. These girls are getting bigger and bigger every day. I’d say week five is the beginning of pre-flower. I started with a very low dosage of nutrients to see how they will respond. I’ve had to tie them down quite a bit but it has helped branch out new nodes and Bud sites that are comparable in size to the main cola. With the small environment I’m growing in I’ve also had to do a large amount of leaf tucking. The EC and PH of the runoff was pretty spot on, I was around 800ppm, 1.6ec, and the ph was around 6.0. Overall I’d say that these plants are a hell of a lot happier than my other plants in the different medium. This is the Miller soils organic ammended soil, which is pretty decent but I prefer to control most of my grows so next time around I will be using either bio bizz light mix or light mix with 40%-50% coco and added perlite or pumice. I want to really see the full potential of these advanced nutrients products and see how they compare to other brands/amending with basic dry organics. I have so many seeds to play with so I will have a lot of diaries coming soon after these are harvested 😉

Continuing flush. Planning on harvest this week. Started the flush a bit early on the CBD and probably should have chopped a week ago, but lesson learned. Both plants have a bit of yellowing on the sugar leaves and the tops of the buds (especially the CBD feel a bit crisp and are browning. Hopefully won't affect much other than appearance since this is just for personal use anyway! Will update soon with the harvest details once the initial drying is done.

My other grow was growing into the light, so I had to switch them. This light doesn't have the greatest coverage, but it had to be done. The humidifier is still down, and I'm going to have to move house with it on one of the coldest days of the year, so this grow does not have everything going for it. Smells strong, like candy apples and the buds are getting very dense.
