8/3 Went over to treat the 10th planet that needed water with plant doctor around 10:30. I was in the garden at 6 but didn't have much time. That plant seems to be curled up or "droopy". It DID need water. I defoliated a few sep leaves off it but I didn't see any today. I guess I don't ever really see the leaves "up" or praying like I do with the rest of tge plants. It's starting to flower like the rest though. Today is the day everything is supposed to get its second or third plant doctor dose but I decided to wait until they need the water. I don't think 24hrs will mean much. I've been staying on top of defoliation but I'm seeing some pillar damage. I'd like to spray bt but what my buddy said about spraying with septoria is still in my head. Maybe I can use citric acid. That way it won't "wash away" spores it will just eat them. At least I think. And I hope lol. Birds get most of the pillars but I hand pick some too. I need to pick up nutes. Wondering if I should just get grow big again. I don't use much but plants are switching to flower and leaves are fading. I have big bloom and kool bloom bit neither have nitrogen. I still need some sort of nitrogen. Especially since that could be a deficiency. Not sure if it's the transition or a condition with the sep. I see some interior small leaves bleeding out and some dying. I'm wondering if what I thought was earwig damage years prior was really a combo of sep and they just ate the evidence. I'm super grateful though. I've got some resilient girls and they're doing well. The special kush in flower is gorgeous as well. Looks like I'll have an early plant. Short flowering time on this strain. ITS BEEN HIT AND A FEW OF HER LEAVES ARE TACOED. SHE GOT HER FIRST "PREVENTATIVE" DOSE OF PLANT DOCTOR WHICH WAS HALF A TSP/GALLON. IT REALLY SEEMS TO BE DOING SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER. EVERYTHING IS. IM HAVING TO LOOK HARDER AND AM HAVING TROUBLE FINDING LEAVES EFFECTED BY SEPTORIA. KNOCK ON WOOD. IM EXCITED. THIS IS GOING BETTER THAN I THOUGHT. IM STILL GOING TO BE MONITERING LIKE I USUALLY DO. 8/5 Watered the 10th planet I dodnt get yesterday. Looked and didn't see any sep leaves. Phone was dead so I vouldnt do a video. Went back over at like 130pm and did a quick video and checked out the girls. Everything is looking good and transitioning well. I WANT to use a diy Dr. Zymes with citric acid as I've noticed a few pillars. Only reason I've hesitated is because my buddy said not to spray it. But if what I spray it with "eats" it I would think it's ok. But what do I know. Birds get a great deal of them. I watch them on the camera sit on the cage and wait for one to stick it's head up before snatching it up. Still need to get either more grow big or a bloom product with nitrogen. I was able to defoliate that other 10th planet of anything suspect. It's hard work but it's worth it in the end. 8/6 It's like 81 at 4pm. I didn't have time to video this morning but i went back over. WATERED EVERYTHING THIS BUT THE 50 AND THE 10TH PLANET I GOT YESTERDAY. Temps are supposed to pick up soon and it will be in the 90's again. We've had like NO rain. I searched for leaves that had signs of sep to defoliate. I may find one or two but for the most part things are doing great. Overall I'm happy. 8/7 Bought a new bottle of grow big. Wanted to switch to the roots organic teas but I cant do that invthe middle of an already complicated grow. I'll switch nutes next season. I'm noticing some pillar damage. Not much amd I've been hand picking them. I've found a few in curled up leaves. I watered the 10th planet in the front corner that didn't get it yesterday. I hope the watering yesterday will hold them until the morning. I'm still thinking about doing an application of diy Dr. Zymes to clear up any random pests. I'll ask a question and see what other growers on here have to say. EDIT: MY SPIDEY SENSES STARTED TINGLING SO I WENT OVER TO CHECK ON THE GIRLS THIS AFTERNOON. IM GLAD I CHECKED. The ONLINE cannabis community can be such a joke. There ARE good groups but this places sucks. I put a question up as PART of the research I was doing and ive received some dumb answers but this was aggressive too. I had it figured out prior to reading the answer but it caught me off guard. I figure it out and log on and I get some smart ass response from an INDOOR grower. When I SPECIFICALLY asked for EXPERIENCED OUTDOOR growers (as the question is unique to the outdoor environment and indoor growers seem snobby and seem to get jealous when they see my massive plants a quote what they just searched on the internet). I can read shit on the internet as well and had prior to posting. I'm sorry if my success with a product (that you are unaware of "but can't see how it could work" (despite not knowing the active ingredients by your own admission) and lots of hard work have prevailed. When I have to ditch a plant it's 1/4 to a full elbow. Not an 1/8th. So I won't be burning shit. I hate when people say that. There are cases for it but many new growers have been led astray with stupid advice like this. ESPECIALLY if everything is going GOOD! If a plant was less than perfect I'd put it in my concentrates bag. Not much fits through a 25 micron screen. But by all means burn your plants. I have no idea how I have ZERO wpm this year but I would hear shit like this for a couple leaves "with gravel on them" on a 10ft tall plant that yielded like a pound. So I don't know why I listen or why I even responded. Even if it WAS wpm I would've kept it and washed it. It must be nice to be able to work 20 weeks on something numerous times a day put a bunch of money in it and when you hit flower burn it because you don't want to do the extra work. You can easily tell the people that don't grow outdoors. It's a completely different game. But since I've already written it I'm leaving it. One more thing. You didn't even know what the active ingredients in my product were. How can you make ANY statements about the efficacy of ANYTHING without knowing what it is? You said "unless it's a bunch of silica" that provokes an immune response. It's not silica hun. I've been hunting for years for something that works. Go back to your closet. 8/8 The Lion's Gate Portal. Watered everything but the mk ultra and 10th planet upfront I got yesterday. I was going to feed but I ran out of time. I may still feed today I'm not sure. I found a couple septoria leaves on that pink kush that has "some" soil from last year in it. That is a mistake I won't make again. I'm checking a few times a day and defoliating anything suspect. The girls are looking good. I'm proud of them. Very resilient. They've withstood pretty much everything nature can throw at them. HAIL, torrential downpours, 30mph winds, disease and still they are thriving. There's really jo way to explain the feeling that I get when I come to the garden in the morning and see everything looking good and smell that familiar odor. Serenity I guess. Pure serenity. I'll update if I feed or do anything else.

Day 80, 22nd of October 2020: 3rd week of flowering! Happiness she needs a lot of boost hard to keep up. She loves fertilization too much..... I mean before always craving for nitrogen now qould need more potassium and phosphorus hard to keep up. I also detect deficiency based on the leaves getting lighter and brown spots but I do feed her as much as I can really. This week i have relised the first nice trichomes started "sitting" on the leaves as well and the pistils coming out nicely pre flowers forming. Let's go.

calyxes are swelling. pistils are starting to ripen curling inwards and turning orange. Trichome production is getting higher. I committed a mortal sin and squeezed a bud with my hands. It was pretty dense. I was pruning a few fan leaves on the main cola that were blocking a lot of light and accidentally cut a bud off. I dried it and concluded that I lost about a gram 🙁 The nug was pretty dense for being only 5 1/2 weeks at the time.I hope they are rock hard when ready. There are some of the most unique terpenes I've ever smelled. They smell like sweetened condensed milk with a sour earthy smell with a hint of skunk. My cat loves cannabis leaves....

So week 2 lets see what this will produce ,transplanted few days ago and looking good so far ,they enjoying some root juice and Dynamyco

Week 13 : Six Shooter So i've been looking into these plants' trichomes daily, sometimes twice daily, they're all really really cloudy, like full white, completely curled in. Some have a slight beige tint to them, so i'm guessing that's the first few ambers ! That means it's time for the chop ! these wrapped up their second week of flush with three x additive flush. To flush you water until run off then add 20% which is just about 4 pints for me. Now i'm at the end of the grow i can say that the full tent is a good idea, but it does get crowded and that will surely affect my yield as there are a fair few colas that are totally f-ed in the sense they are thin, skinny, a tiny bit of flower with just a few pistills... so those are useless and they're going into my bubble hash project, so let's see, maybe i can extract value out of the trim , the popcorn buds, and the rest of the plant ! Started giving full strength nutrients and added big bud and bud candy at this point. Dropped my room temperature slightly. Been having a bit of an issue with room humidity and I’m too cheap to buy another dehumidifier so I added a second fan to keep everything dry. Starting to get a nice purple on one of the plants too :) Also have some orange sherbet autos going in the back of check my other diaries :)

Hulkberry went into flowering and is stretching now. Purple Queen should follow soon. I turned up the light to 100%. Since PQ is a lot lower it should be fine even though it's not flowering yet. Friday, Day 32: Hulkberry stretching nicely, now at 52cm. I noticed some brown spots on the tops leaves. Wondering if this is a nutrient problem. Recently these leaves also started curling upward, so it also could be heat stress or light burn. Increased the distance to the light to 45cm. The timelapse also made me realise the leaves start drooping quite early each day, about 2-3 hours before lights out. So I extended the sunrise/sunset period to an hour. If this does not help I will reduce the light intensity and/or duration. Update: Just gave Hulkberry some extra Bio-Grow to counter the Nitrogen deficiency. Calmag is on the way, which will hopefully help with the brown spots. Thanks to everyone in the replies on my grow question. Looks like I underestimated how hungry she is. But it makes sense, since it is a rather fast Auto (RQS says 8-9 weeks from seed to harvest). The Bio-Bizz nutrient schedule was designed for up to 10 weeks of flowering phase. Purple queen still taking things slow. Probably needs another week before flowering. As suggested in the comments, I have propped it up to counter the height difference. Day 34, Sunday: Hulkberry got a bit of its color back after getting double doses of Bio-Grow to get some Nitrogen in there. The lower leaves are as good as gone. Also started giving some Calmag. Purple Queen looks like it's about to go into flowering phase.

so i put a screen down. the light can only concentrate power in such a way that if i let them grow tall i will just have a huge central cola that stretches, which this was. i trimmed off some of the lower shit and everything that is more than 8cm below the top... would love to get a proper tent, im sure the reflection would boost my lights usefulness.. i persist..nutrients are by feel at the minute.. following bio canna guide but still adding a couple things like a drop or two of calmag or whatnot... now drinking a litre every 3 days. nice buds forming now. switched to flowering nute cycle now.... sort of... mad scientist shit. keeps me occupied. TENT

Day 15 Update : Decided to grab a tape measure to check canopy heights on a whim and discovered that my light was hanging 35 inches from “Cellie” Cereal and Milk . Wowzers 👀! So I raised the plant to be 26 inches from the light that I also dimmed down to about 40% . It works out that I can try to get the most out of the end of flower stretch for the older gal who shall no more than be mentioned for reference to accentuate the great glorious glamorous “Cellie”. The humidity plummeted after I did a major defoliation of the older gals so I adjusted the airflow rate of the lower in-line fan and the upper inline exhaust fan with the carbon filter . I lowered them both to the lowest setting & the humidity returned to “normal” Let me explain my reasonings/thinking behind my adjustments which are experimental at BEST. It’s worth also mentioning without having to preset a single thing on my 70pint Dehumidifier located inside this tent it is legitimately only plugged into my PRESET humidistat controller which is set to 50%-46% RH WITH an alarm on highs of 55% and lows of 43% . In real life what this translates to is when this humidity controller triggers the dehumidifier ON @50%RH immediately the fan of the Dehumidifier begins running. However this does not help the rising humidity that is occurring (it will reach 55%-60.2%RH ). Given a fixed amount of time , the condenser(atleast what it sounds like . .again, it could be anything) turns on . It is when this “condenser” “sounding” component begins working that the humidity IMMEDIATELY plummets down to my low point of 46% So to make a long story short the humidity gets vacuumed to 46%RH & the dehumidifier turns off, bc of the PURPOSEFUL EXPERIMENTAL TWEAKING making all air exchange fans low leveled the humidity slowly but steadily rises to 50%RH then the dehumidifier is triggered on but only the fans initially and the humidity eventually reaches 55%RH-60.2%RH & then the humidity gets all its hair snatched out by the dehumidifier and drops back down to 46%RH. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 with all that said of anybody was even interested per my tents leaf canopy height temperature average good to great OR LITE GREEN TO DARK GREEN VPD for my temperature begins @ 60 & ends @ 52 which is kind of a perfect storm for OUR GIRL “CELLIE” oooooooorrrrrrrrrrr sssssssoooooo I think/hope . She still hasn’t needed watering since being transplanted, she should now ready and willing to stretch those toes and we need the opportunities to top water that soil a few times to make those dry amendments available to her . More pics of later the week coming as we go . . Hopefully . Diligence is a practice Day #17: giving her some water today, no specific amount just until she feels the right amount of “heavy”. She was given 3 different batches of water once ph’d to 6.3 once ph’d to 6.7 one ph’d to 6.5. She’s grown an inch in 2 days. Also swapped out the smart hygrometer system to a different brand . So far it has all the capability I was looking for but I need to run 2 more experiments to know for certain it lives up to my needs and its price tag 😁 Day 18 Update: she grew an inch taller nice 👍 The smart hygrometer system has reported/experience Bluetooth failures twice already(although I don’t know exactly what that means considering I purchased this for it’s Wifi capabilities ) I didn’t think to check it whilst I was away so I cannot yet say If it meets my final expectation/need I bought a soil ph meter & it indicates “my mix” is at 3.1 ph 👀 hmm 🤔 I’m wondering if this is a must fix or can I get by .eventually she will be transplanted and at that time I can use my new digital soil ph probe to construct her new blend moving forward but I am curious is I mixed another batch at 3 something ph would it matter ? In the beginning I wasn’t ph’ing any of my watering just because I assumed my soil mixture was highly acidic because of the 70ish pecernr peat moss base . I also assumed that it would be acid fixing for the water I put in it and therefore wouldn’t need to ph it and I did just fine just giving plain old tap water when thirsty until I experience VPD issues & in an effort to pinpoint what my exact issue was and how to fix it I of course eliminated all the variables and dialed in on my ph of my feed water and now my soil so it leaves me wondering does the soil need to be relatively 6.1 ph or is the 3.1 I’m flying at alright also . I checked the other 3 currently in here getting through flower & two of them are in the 3’s for ph & one of them is 6.2(the largest of them all) how ever she was the largest of them all always and oddly enough I mixed one big batch for them and transplanted them at the same time so I get two of them having the same ph as “Cellie” but the other that is in ph heaven is an oddball Should I top her here or supercrop later hmm I need to decide my vision for this thing Day 19 Update: ponytailed her youngest internode for about 16hrs she aggressively popped out of it twice ! It didn’t even work for 24hrs when I try it again it’ll be before the internode is so strong . Also rigged up a 16in oscillating wall-fan that currently being held with 2 zip ties , 2 rubber bands , & a smidget of duct tape and MAJORITY OF FAITH keeping it in place . The biggest plus to my added circulation is that I got the 16in fan for ! A win is a win . Pics uploads will be held for the next 3 days until the end of week 3 upload . Drop a thumbs up Day 20 Update : THE FAN FELL! But no one was damaged or injured . I re-rigged it . This time with duct tape , 3 popsicle sticks , 2 heavy duty zip ties & 1 regular strength zip tie . Also I forgot to turn my A/C back on before leaving the house so temps and humidity skyrocketed and swung for 9 hours until I got home . The temp in the tent was 84.4 and the humidity went from 42.4 to 57.5 to 42 every three mins. Day 21 Update : SHES A PRETTY GIRL. RQS says Cereal Milk is a slightly sativa dominant hybrid but the pheno of this particular seed seems to lean more towards indica I’m not mad at it ! I’m getting more stoked to see what she can do. She still hasn’t received any additional water since day #18.
