6/28-7/4 W9 F6 Hello Friends, We have had several thunderstorms this week due to the heat. We are under a heat advisory with temperatures reaching 100 with a heat index to 110 the rest of the week. I defoliated a few yellow fan leaves. I top dressed with azomite and rose and flower fertilizer and watered well. Trichome formation is well underway but only a few pistils are turning brown. I took some microscope pics to see her progress. She remains mostly clear and some milky. So far, no pests (using mesh bag) and no mold issues. This week I changed the whole tent. I switched over to a MarsHydro TS1000 and have it cranked up to 100%. The light came in and I immediately had to separate the controller from the light and fix the mounting hardware. But that led me to realize I can have a much more temperature controlled and consistent environment. This light is a cool running light. The buds are fattening and getting covered with trichomes very well, most of them are healthy and flowering at the same stage, orange pistols are already popping out, thinking about harvesting in a week or some.

Beginning of week 6. Northern is getting very thick and burly. The gorilla clones are all iced in trichomes, very sticky. I love it, but very fluffy for some reason. I mean they look awesome and smoke is incredible too since these are clones and I remember they looked exactly the same at 7 weeks under 400w hps lumatek setup. 3 weeks left so hoping for better results this time :) CBD danceworld is doing ok, like I said in comments somewhere I don’t expect much from cbd strains in terms of yield. In few months I will be running medical mass just to see if I can get a decent yield as RQS advertises this strain as heavy yielder. Will see about that :) other than that no probs whatsoever.

Definitely would’ve been better had I not moved but nonetheless it was a great run overall, super frosty and sticky with not very dense buds which made for a difficult trim but I didn’t mind.
