Week 8: Day 50-53: Things are looking ok here, could be better. Still assuming my soil is too acidic certain nutrients to lock out. I now believe what I thought was a calmg deficiency on 4AM#1 was actually a phosphorous lockout in combination with the aforementioned calmg. Day 50 I watered with PH 6.5 and got runoff around 5.5 PH. 4AM#3 was visibly worse off, and no real improvements to the other 2 either(both had signs of calmg deficiency in combination with various other small deficiencies it seemed like). Day 54-56: Seeing no real improvements in any of the 3 plants I decided I would flush them on with 6.5 PH'd water only with regulator until runoff read atleast 6PH. After about 4-5L the runoff was 6+PH, seemed to me like there was a slight build up in the bottom so the first 3L cleared that up quite nicely(runoff was around 5.7). I then fed them 2-2.5L feeding of calmg and regulator with some Biocanna Boost PD'd to 6.5 immediately after flushing. Runoff was pretty much 6.3-6.5 on all plants at this point. I think I am happy with the results of the small flush, this IS my first time indoors(last summer first time was outdoor and I never really dealt with deficiences), so not sure if what I did was correct, I just went with my gut feeling here. Anyway on day 56 now and they haven't gotten any worse, and the leaves feel healthier to the touch. Also seem to be liking the addition of the 150W COB, also decided to lower the lights and see if they could take it(they could). End of Week 8: I don't think I will get more much bulk on 4AM#1 but daaamn is she frosty as hell. 4AM#2 on the other hand is bulking up real nice, those are going to be some fat buds! And 4AM#3 seems to be a slower finishing pheno and seems like she will bulk up loads more, going to be a beast I reckon if the deficiencies didn't stunt her from the last 2 weeks(leaves felt dry and showed yellowing and spots, but are doing better and feel better after the flush).

Removed a pair of the larger leaves to allow for more light to hit the side branches. As the pics show I've introduced a couple of ladybugs to see if they can actually be used for pest control. They've survived but look quite passive.. Not sure there's enough for them to eat :-).

Fall weather is here this week. It has cooled down tremendously which means my grow tent isn't getting too hot for my girls. This is week 5 of flowering. The website says it could flower up to 10 weeks. I took Sexy Moma outside so I could get some good pictures of her. Take a look at her packed, frosty buds! I also used my max-see to take some close up pictures as well. She needs a few more weeks before she is ready to harvest. She smells wonderful!

This strain is very heterozygous. 4 seeds were started. The 4 phenos were very different. I saved 2 of those phenos for my arsenal, which is quite exceptionnal. I ususally save just one pheno from a strain. The Pheno #1 was mainly sativa (75%). Long branches. Lots of fluffy buds. The more resistant to mold, but it has to be with the fluffiness. The taste was cheesy and spicy, which has nothing to see with the 3 other phenos. Not a single ressemblance with ak-47 parents as well. It shares the musky undertones of the strain, but nothing else. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. Terpene profile was deceiving, just as the cannabinoid content. The Pheno #2 has more indica in it (45% indica). robust and tall plant with dense heavy buds. No mold resistance at all. Biggest producer. The taste was earthy and musky with hints of wood. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. The Pheno #3 is my favorite one. It reminded me of the good old Ak-47, with her flowery/sweet/skunky smell and taste. Pure nostalgia! Tall and quite robust plant with huge fluffy buds coated with trichomes. She grows pretty similar to Lemon Skunk if you know the reference. Great producer of top quality buds. So sticky! In my top 3 sativa for 2 years. The aroma is very close to the old school Ak-47: sweet, flowery and skunky. It tastes like sweet lemon on the inhale, with a sharp touch of spicy lavender and earth on the exhale. IMO, that is the pheno we want to save from that heterozygous strain. Backcrossing this one would be a very good idea. The Pheno #4 is just as interesting as my favorite #3. The only issue with this one is about mold resistance. Crazy compact and heavy budst! One of the most productive I’ve ever seen too. More traits of the Ak-47 in the aromatic profile, but nothing like the #3. On the structure side, we can immediately recognize the sturdy and bushy structure of Ak-47. THC content is very high too. I suspect the CBD content to be high as well. The effect is a mood elevation, with good focus and a deep body relaxation; a bit similar to what White widow does. The aroma is earthy and pungent. Very skunky and musky. It tastes very sweet and earthy on the inhale, with hints of skunk on the exhale. That pheno #4 expresses the best traits of the Ak-47 in its structure, while pheno #3 kept the aromatic profile.

Not much to report, plants keep growing nice and healthy with no signs of gender yet. I will be bringing these girls outdoor as soon as thet show sex. Stay lit xoxo

Welcome to week 6 of flower! Things are starting to shape up quite nicely and some of the plants are starting to get colourful! Its hard to capture on the current camera I'm using but my new one that's on its way should be much much better! Overall really excited to see what this week will bring! I will be checking some of the ladies trichomes to see how far along we are either this week or next week to give me an approximate harvest window! 8/19 Monday Fast Buds Strawberry Gorilla just woke up, RSQ Medusa sprouted yesterday. So far so good. What a great Monday!!!! It's evening now, and Dark Devil Auto from Sweetseeds is clawing her way out from hell!!!!!! Yeah!!!! Still waiting on Blueberry in the mostly perlite mix so might not work, and Pink Kush she will be along soon. 8/20😈😈😈😈😈 Every single one clawed their way out of hell...100 percent success !!!!!!! 11am Dark Devil might need some assistance with her shell, looks awesome...... I've been dancing with the Dark Devil Auto in the pale moon light and it's pretty cool. 👹 This is the first time I didn't kill any seeds... when I get out of practice my germination rates are bad.... Im still learning to grow in 1 gallon. My health has gone to hell so I can only move smaller plants now...so much fun though. Easier AND I can do smaller 4 cola grows...they dry in 1 or 2 days NO WAITING for curing or 10 days to dry...it's just the BEST!!!!!!! 8/21 1 am Everyone is looking good a little worried about Dark Devil I may have helped too much again... I planted another dark devil auto seed just in case I’m not sure this one is really gonna work and if it does then I’ll have two of them growing in one and I’ll have a double Devil auto it’ll work. I’m pretty sure.👍👍 8/22 I took off the paper light diffuser I made raised the light up a few inches and have it at 50 Watts now. They are looking good. I replanted Dark DEvil seed maybe 2 will grow?? Halloween 8/23 8/24 Dark Devil Auto took off and the other one looks like she's trying to grow!!! 🚨 I was noticing some light stress since some of them are a week behind the other one I went ahead and turned the lights down to 45 W until all the plants are a little more stable. I just don’t wanna move them to another tent and turn another set of lights on. I’m trying to do this for low energy and heat as I can. They are responding well to turning the lights down 5 watts👍and Dark Devil Auto is being a devil, she has MASSIVE personality, she tricks me then wakes up..... I love when I can really connect with the plants sometimes they are like pets and they respond to you like pets. not very often but it happens . I successfully did a minor surgery on Dark Devil Auto, her cotyledon was stuck together so I used a razor and a paperclip for counter weight and CAREFULLY cut the seed coating off of it. Now I will have 2 in the same pot!!! So cool I never did that before and it worked!!!!!! Love my Dark Devil!!! 8/24 2 pm Switched to 18 hour lights 8/25 12 hours later and the cotyledon surgery was a success!!! First time I tried that. 10 am, Dark Devil is ALIVE, I got more cotyledon microscope pics and you can see inside, she's a go. 330 pm end of week.

Flowering for the sour crinkle and week 4 of veg for Green Gelato Automatic

She's about ready to go down now. I'll chop her in a few days time. The heat is stressing her out badly and she needs to be hung. Aiming for a few weeks of dry time.

Week has had ups and downs🙃 Plants seem to be growing fine 🙂 But there is yellowing and spotting still that I cannot resolve.🙄 Day 22- Still having some kind of deficiency/issue. They are growing well, don't really seem to be stunted. I think I may have burnt them with nutes.🤧 Flushing may help. 🤷‍♂️😅 Run-off pH is at 6.08, PPM 266 I have flushed them, lowered feeding... I'm driving myself crazy. Hahaha Update 119 Day 23- Things are looking better. I definitely have been overfeeding them.😅 They are responding well to half nutes.🙌 Issues seem to be getting much better. Happy Growing! 🤙💚💪🌱😎🌱💪💚🤙

Plants growing slowly, having a problem with mold and I went and got hydrogen peroxide and that seems to control the area of it when sprayed.

I think flowering is initiated..worst case I will have 9th week of flowering
