In the first week of flowering, only two had pistils, one at first is male and the other plants cannot be sure yet I'll wait for sure to see if there is any male for me to remove from the grow

Everything was fine until I seen what appeared to be nutrient burn starting. The tips were getting slightly burnt. So last week I stopped nutrients and gave plain RO water with SLF100 and Herculean harvest to break up whatever was causing the burn. I then gave it a light feeding and then fed again with just plain water and SLF100 with Herculean harvest. So flush feed flush is what I did. Well now I have a bigger problem. My bottoms are all turning yellow. No brown spots, no curling. Just going yellow. I have already gave them a huge feed today. They got everything in my Nectar Line up plus BioBiz Alg a Mic and roots Organics teas as a top dress. Doing this I plan on fixing the Nitrogen deficiency and Potassium deficiency. Of course I’m not 100% sure that’s what the problem is but I’m pretty damn sure. My PH and PPM are solid and on point so there is only so many things it could be from that point. Plants aren’t hot. They aren’t cold. Humidity is spot on. More than enough light. Not over fed or over watered. I’m hoping things will bounce back really soon cause I’m not too happy with myself right now.

I moved the Californian Gold that was in the center because it was too wide and tall compared to the more compact phenotypes. I raised the shorter plants so that the canopy height is fairly uniform for all plants. I defoliated heavily, not sure if it was enough but I didn't want to overdo it and cause damage since I lack experience. I stopped Rhynoskin. I gave 1ml/L of Biorhizotonic to support the roots after defoliation. The amount of water I give is still 1.4L/day – no need for more, since I can water every day obviously. They might be a bit small and not very dense for being mid-4th week. I should push more with Bloombastic, and maybe I will, but I didn't want to cause any kind of lockout, and I saw the leaf tips showing slight burn, so I kept the dose very low. Overall, I like the plants and they're starting to produce resin (especially the Sensi Star). Let's say that considering how the cycle started, with intermittent blackouts in my area during the 2nd/3rd week of veg, it seems things have balanced out. Stay tuned. Peace!

she is still up and kind of in limbo. she is under the big led 800 watt and has been getting blasted with the uvb light for around an hour a day. waiting for the explosion to happen, so has been a week in 12/12 cycle not much stretching yet she is 22 inches. I have been pinching the top Shute so the sides keep up so I will see. other wise healthy grow so far but only time will tell with the final product.

So excited to be finally drying her. She may have went another week, but it was time. She was quite the trooper! She survived over feeding and over watering. She wore her battle scars proudly though! 6/30/26 First 50% strength feeding of Strive ph 6.2-500 ppm tds- 1000 ec- 69 degrees Fahrenheit for all 4 plants. approximately. All these outdoor girls are doing lovely and im very pleased with them and with my ph pen and with my indoor tent and plants. Happy with my fungi projects too. Also my physical projects like rearranging and organizing my grow room and my tent and fan setups. Ive really been putting in some good hard through work and i know within about 2 weeks its going to start and continue paying dividends. Happy growing friends ✌️

Week three of flower is off to an amazing start! At day 22, the ladies are looking incredibly healthy. They're praying like crazy, reaching for the light, and stacking nodes like it's their job. The buds are starting to plump up, and the trichome production is getting intense. I'm so excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks!

Plant #1, the cookie descendent, or what is left of it has seen no change this week. I think she is in shock after harvesting so many of the main buds at once... No sign of BR though, so I think we've nipped that in the bud as it were 😂 The main buds dried already (7 days, could be better) and were put in a sealed container to cure with a 62% pack. Not a lot of smell coming from them yet but imagine that will improve even though they were harvested probably only just at the beginning of the window. I'll report back. At least it smells much better than whatevers going on with #2... The purp (#2) smells almost musty... There's no fruitiness or familiar dank smells coming from this one. I guess it smells a lil fizzy? But not in any way I'd find appetising, especially not from bud. But we've been watering with plain pH-adjusted water to see if that helps bring out her terp profile, and that's been for more than a week now. No change thus far. And she's still quite dark green! I think that is partly genetic... Glad to have the grow out of my closet and into a well made tent! Thanks for checking in, good luck folx

What a long day, but I appear to have made it. I picked Gnomo specifically for its short size and fast flower time. She did not disappoint! Transplanted and she handled it very well. At transition, have her a bit too much microbes. But she quickly recovered, which I assumed she would. The transition top dress would be her only top dress. I got to boost her a few times, but then she was done. POOF! 😂😂 The slight burn made her a little rocky looking. But she turned out awesome buds! Very frosty looking and stacked! During week 14 all my 'Fruity Terp'-ladies are continuing to flower and develop bigger and bigger buds. I have raised the EC-value in my 'FLEXITANK'-reservoir to 1,8 by adding more BIO NOVA nutrients. Now in full flowering my babies get VITASOL added to their other nutrients and THEY LOVE IT. The plants have a nice healthy dark green color, except one plant of THE PURPS from BC-BUD-Depot. This beauty is PURPLE as hell, she has purple colored leaves as well as buds! You can clearly see her in the pics...lol 👊😎 The plants exude a very fruity smell now, which is DELICIOUS! My two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-lamps are running on FULL POWER and do excellent in nurturing my trichome production! I SIMPLY LOVE THEM! The super-cropped plant of Strawberry Sour Diesel from DevilHarvestOriginal is doing well, she has a main-stem that is angled at 90 degrees now (see in pics). This way the buds will turn towards the light and can continue to grow in opposite to a topped plant.

Day 15 of flower! Kinda goofed this week i gave the babies week two nutes after the last post wich was like day 10 and i noticed a little bit of nitrogen over dose. I think the Powersi is also helping nutrients absorption! So i actually did this week a little different then i planned just cut the bio bloom in half because i didnt realize the powersi npk ratio inceases p and k Havent seen anymore aphids might do another couple sprays to be safe. Week 8 10-14 Day 50 She looks, smells and grows well! Little studdered on drinking. What else but pics and videos! 10-16 Just water and pictures. Letting her do her thang! Around 500-700ml water a day. 10-19 Some burn, so I ran some runoff, yep burn! 1200 ppm now 400. 😱 Well 2 weeks from here 🤣 or so. 10-20 Nothing changed. .

Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. In addition to the distance between the light source and the plant, the type of light you will use also affects the size of the stretching of your crop. The orange and red lights encourage stretching and result in thinner, larger stems. And conversely, blue light stimulates a growth of thicker stems and a smaller size. When a species is ready to enter the vegetative phase and undergo its most drastic stretching period, metal halide lamps can be used to deter far too long stems. THE HEAT Heat is another essential element that can determine the stretch size of your plants during vegetation. Temperatures above 27 degrees push the stems to lengthen more and more and will propel the potential of sativas to push as high as possible. Heat lamps that are positioned too close to plants create an intolerable environment that will grow large, soft plants that will potentially wobble until they fall and lose flowers in its fall. OTHER CAUSES OF STRETCHING There are multiple variables that can lead to the stretching of plants beyond what could normally be expected of the plant. Environmental stressors resulting from transplantation (when a plant passes from one pot to another) can cause the plant to return to shock. This will eventually trigger a reaction causing a stretch. Cannabis plants that are not grown in decent conditions or do not receive enough nutrients will respond in a variety of ways and this includes stretching. Crops that are not spaced far enough apart are likely to stretch to sting the light to other plants. Due to extreme proximity, the plants will fight among themselves to reach the light, forcing them to expand as much as possible throughout the crop. HOW TO CONTROL STRETCHING DURING FLOWERING Stretching during flowering, you guessed it, takes place when you move your plants from the vegetation stage to the flowering stage. This is a completely normal reaction, as your plants are preparing to bear the weight of their heads. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. THE TOPPING Topping is a form of manual intervention on cannabis to influence its performance, shape or size. In essence, topping is a process in which a new node is cut, growing from the plant to reduce its size and create a "v"-shaped notch that will eventually form two heads. Topping may be an effective measure to combat stretching, but it is important not to do so when the flowering phase begins. In most cases, an abnormal stretch of cannabis plants will not completely destroy your crop. In fact, stretching can indeed help increase your performance. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. In both cases, stretching can easily be planned in advance and there are multiple solutions to help you with this problem which is all too common. May the force be with you 💪
