Passion Fruitz by Zamnesia Week 5 | The Lone Survivor Begins Her Journey Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! Every diary in this project tells a different story, and today’s update belongs to one of the most unique plants in the room. Meet Passion Fruitz. The only survivor from her seed pack. Sometimes growing reminds us that nature doesn’t always follow our plans. Not every seed germinates, not every seedling makes it through the first few days, and sometimes a single plant ends up carrying the hopes of an entire variety. Fortunately… She chose to fight. And she’s proving that determination can be every bit as important as speed. ⸻ 🌱 The Journey So Far For anyone joining this diary for the first time, welcome! This entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed method. Instead of giving the plants an extended vegetative period before flowering, every seed has remained under a constant 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness since germination. The objective is simple: Allow every phenotype to reveal its natural growth pattern while comparing how different genetics respond under identical environmental conditions. Every plant receives the same room… The same lighting… The same climate… The same care. Yet every single one develops its own personality. Passion Fruitz is certainly doing exactly that. ⸻ 🌿 Small in Size… Big in Character Compared to some of the larger ladies sharing the room, Passion Fruitz is definitely taking a slower approach. At around 25 cm tall, she’s currently one of the most compact plants in the entire project. She’s a few days behind some of the other genetics, but that’s perfectly normal. Every cultivar develops at its own pace, and this one has clearly decided that patience is part of her strategy. Rather than stretching aggressively, she’s building herself from the inside out. Short internodes. Dense branching. Compact growth. Everything about her suggests she’s focusing on creating a strong foundation before making her move. Sometimes the slow starters become the biggest surprises later on. ⸻ 🍃 Beautiful, Healthy Growth One thing that immediately stands out is the quality of her foliage. Her leaves are absolutely beautiful. Rich green colour. Excellent turgor. Compact node spacing. Healthy new growth continues to emerge from every growing tip, giving the plant a very balanced appearance despite her smaller stature. Looking closely at the newest growth, it’s easy to see she’s gathering momentum. She’s quietly preparing for the next chapter. ⸻ 💧 Feeding for Steady Progress Although she’s smaller than many of her neighbours, her feeding strategy follows the same philosophy used throughout this project. The nutrient solution has been carefully balanced to support healthy root development while providing everything needed for vigorous vegetative growth. Current feeding includes: • Terra Grow • Power Roots • Pure Zym • Sugar Royal • pH adjustment for optimal nutrient uptake Rather than pushing rapid growth, the goal is consistency. Healthy roots always build healthy plants. ⸻ 🌡️ The Environment Behind the Growth Like every plant in this room, Passion Fruitz benefits from a carefully controlled environment. Current conditions include: • Day temperature: 31.1°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 67.7% • Solution temperature: 25°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 636 ppm Maintaining stable environmental conditions allows genetics—not environmental stress—to dictate how each phenotype develops. 📆 Semana 8 El cultivo está terminando de engordar y entrando en fase de maduración, con la planta centrando toda su energía en rematar las flores. Los cogollos alcanzan una gran compactación y peso, mientras la resina cubre intensamente flores y hojas cercanas. El aroma del armario se vuelve más profundo y marcado, con notas dulces y cremosas bien definidas. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Dry ice is staring to turn slightly purple might be cause of night temp drops but i havnt dropped them that far yet so will come back to that subject later!! End of week 6 of flower so day 42 flower starting to fatten up everyone is for the winter chop! Just been running molases letting the soil do its job of finishing these girls out. I want to push them as long as they can go hopefully past day 56 into the hugh 60s range. I just do what the plants tell me to do. Smells amazing like a sweet kushy skunky! Way strong smell just barley move a bud and u get smacked with a aroma that is very nice. Stay tuned 💚💚

Hello. This is the end of week 1 and the start of week 2 of flowering. Man... These plants are taking off now. The roots have reached the the edges of the pots and they are ready to flower. Hope they don't stretch to much more. It was warm in there last week, with 1 day up to 33*c and 2 days at 31*c.. It's not overly smelly in here. But I have to rub up against the leaves to close the tent and open it each day. I can still smell it on my shirt hours later. If I rub my chest the t-shirt smell great... It's a Gelato type of smell. So I'm hoping for something really tasty when it's cured. OK. Be Cool. Chuck.

Finally harvested this girl at days 68. She is heavy. After cutting the ties, this girl just fell over from the weight! Very minimal larf! Even the lower bud sites are nice! Can't wait to see what she weighs once dry! First DWC grow was an overall success!

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. This week marked a major milestone for the Amnesia Haze run: all three plants were transplanted into their final 12L pots. The roots had clearly outgrown their previous containers, and it was time to give them the space they need before heading into the next phase of growth. The move appears to have gone smoothly. While there's a bit of temporary drooping visible in the photos—completely normal after a repot—the plants are still pushing healthy new growth from the tops and side branches. The structure is becoming increasingly impressive, especially after topping earlier in the grow. Multiple main branches are now competing for dominance instead of a single central cola. The larger containers should help stabilize moisture levels and encourage stronger root development. With more room below the soil line, I'm expecting a noticeable increase in growth rate over the coming weeks. Some older leaves are still showing signs of previous stress, with slight yellowing and minor edge damage. Fortunately, the newest growth looks much healthier, which is what matters most at this stage. The plants seem to be leaving those earlier issues behind and focusing their energy on building biomass. The canopy is becoming denser, branch spacing remains good, and overall plant vigor is improving week by week. The goal now is to let them settle into their new homes, establish their roots, and continue stacking growth before the transition into flowering. 📊 Stats so far: 💧 Watering: When necessary 🌡️ Temp: 26–28°C 💦 Humidity: 80% RH 📈 VPD: ~0.64 kPa 💡 Light: ~500 PPFD

Simply put I am so very pleased with the way this plant has performed my only worry is how to properly dry and cure this magnificent specimen

The all 5 seedlings are looking fantastic and very healthy, onenof them its a little too small I think but let's see what happens, stay tuned to see how this 5 dina cookies perform! 💛💚❤️🔝👨‍🌾

Another Week! a little more progress. The flowers are still beginning to turn color. Some have already turned orange in places and some are still white. It's easier to see up close but I can't really get to the top of the plant, because of it's location, so I stick the phone inside to take pics and video. Man, it's hard to tell but... 2 weeks? I started to lower the nutes and will continue for the next week, and then will flush for a week. I got a loupe to check the trics but like i said, they're hard to get to. only time will tell,,,tic,,tock,,,tic,,tock

6/10 Everything looks great. We’re on autopilot now unless anything else pops up. 6/13 Last few days have seen heavy stretch. I suppose I vegged a week too long by looking at how it is now. I’ll gain a few more inches of light height tomorrow when my new exhaust system arrives (I accidentally broke the screen on the current one, thankfully it’s still functional for now). I ended up doing more general defoliation over the past 3 days due to the stretch but will hopefully be done shortly. 6/14 I installed the new 6 inch exhaust setup from AC Infinity to replace the 4 inch Spider farmer exhaust. Absolutely massive upgrade, and by installing the fan outside of the tent I was able to raise the light an additional 4 inches or so. This may end up being important as she’s still stretching and I’m almost out of usable height. New light reading is 590 PAR / 25.5 DLI

This week went really well ! Today we are at day 79 from seed an looking beautiful! One Forbiddin Runtz got chopped an hung to dry out an the rest are still flushing out through the rest of this week! Very nice looking fades coming along on the fan leafs from purple to green , so beautiful ! So happy with these genetics from @fastbuds_genetics! Super sticky an smell is so amazing, room full of purple punch’s an Forbiddin Runtz the smell you can’t beat, so many berries!!! Well stay tuned for next week! Cheers y’all

She is short and compact.tight internodal spacing.large fan leaves. Typical indica looking plant. Cut of 2 big fan leaves and kept lst as much as possible to open her and create more colas.

Hello Growmies! Here we are at week 15 with the Epic Buzz, and what a sight it has become. As the days pass, the natural fading is more apparent, showcasing an array of autumnal hues that captivate the eye. The aroma is intoxicating and undeniably strong, filling the space with an earthy and pungent perfume. This week, I’ve implemented a bit of drought and temperature stress, emulating the natural environment of autumn even further. It's a delicate process, but these beauties have responded with resilience, their colors transitioning beautifully as they approach the late stages of flowering. Each bud is dense and frosty, a testament to the careful nurturing they’ve received. The environment is controlled, but I’ve allowed for slight fluctuations to challenge the plants, encouraging them to harden and produce those precious, resinous trichomes. It’s a sight to behold and the anticipation for harvest grows daily. It’s all about patience and precision now, as each day could mean the difference between good and great. As we approach the harvest, I'm closely monitoring each plant, ensuring they're expressing their full potential. The resilience they've shown is remarkable, a sign of strong genetics and attentive care. They're a testament to the wonders of cultivation and the rewards of dedication. 15th day into flowering- Trim some Fan leaves /anything cover canopy. 18TH DAY FLOWER- LOLI POPPING. JUST WATER EVERY 3 DAYS PH 6.5

Grow is coming along well, though the Black Devil is still lagging behind IMO. I think the strain maybe isn't too impressed with being Main-Lined? Either way she's hungry so I gave her some bokashi, clover leaf trim and worm castings. Next week is main dry amendment feeding so the girls will get everything they need. Couple more weeks and the Northern light should make it's way around the entire pot, then if it's tall enough, I'm putting them into flower. Some weird shit on the microscope today; videos above.

Pekný deň Páni a dámy zdravím Vás všetkých a chcem Vás pozvať do 6 týždňa do kútika šťastia na malú podívanú kung-fu. Máme tu sobotné ráno 35 deň nálada príjemná atmosféra vzrušujúca ordinácia Kutila House nachystaná. Kamera akcia,pokusi sú len dva preto musí to byť výkon na mieru. Začal som dámou ktorá vypadá, že mala spoločnosť celú noc a ešte nie je odpočinútá. Stonok má dĺžku 23 cm vyhony sú nerovnomerné taký chaos pozorujem. Druhá dáma tá už sa mi viac páči je sexy má pekné stonky dĺžka 17cm . Priamo som jej vbehol bod sukňu 😀 ona netuší čo som za zvráteného kutila, hneď naňu vytiahnem skalpel a ešte supercropingom ju poláskam. "Kitky sú obrazom vašej lásky" samozrejme keby mi to môže kitka vrátiť tento zásah nepomohlo by mi nič. Dnes už ich budem sledovať len tajne cez video kameru aby som ich nestresoval. Hotel Deluxe im ponúka 7 dní na regeneráciu počas ktorej dostanú len 1x 1.7l zálievku čistej vody s ph 6 aby korene sa pripravili na kvetovu fázu. Prešli tri dni a pridal som sieť vypadá to na pár faciek po tvári, teraz vidím nedostatky. Mal som kúpiť menšie oká ale prvý pokus spidermana. Ďalšie ráno som prerobil sieť a zlepšil nedostatky. Môj Plán,urobil som šípky kam to ešte chcem a už tam mám šachovnicu 😀.Kto má rád Sticky Fingers vo finále tak určite si aj túto techniku obľúbi. Zdraví Vás kutil a teší sa na ďalšie hlásenie.
