Great week 3 for my lovely Gorilla Melon

Absolutely proud of this plant even the tiny branches that I clipped and used high thc levels. She is getting chunky in many places getting closer. Super excited

This week I did a fair amount of work on my grow. I did a bit of defoliation and spent some time tying down branches to shape the canopy. My goal is to get buds growing wall to wall! I can't wait to see the results of my efforts.

Dia 01/12/2021 - dia normal Dia 02/12/2021 - dia normal, estou achando elas bem lenta mas é isso. 03/12/2021 - A 24kGold#1 parece estar adorando a luz, ehehe, reguei elas com 250ml de agua hoje e somente. 04/12/2021 - tudo ok 05/12/2021 - tudo certo tirando o fato da 24kgold#2 nao estar se desenvolvendo iniciando a primeira semana oficialmente, vambora 🚀

7.2.25 9th week of flower started on 6.30. Buds smelling nice and pungent! Almost done another week and it’s harvest! Trichomes are almost all milky with some still clear! Can’t wait to finish this one up! Thanks for looking at my mini plants have a great week! 🏼

* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 She has certainly been going through the beautiful stage of senescence and her fade is gorgeous. The purples and yellows coming out are great......covers up the brown spots😂😂 Her buds are densing this week as we work on bring down the humidity. Running in the mid 60’s for humidity late in flower is a different experience and one that takes some getting used to. Bring down further to low 50’s has really helped to bring out her frost as well. Kept the humidity high to form big buds......now lowering to make them more sticky👍👍 I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see how it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0ph - 8L given to get a good flush - Runoff in pots already were 7.8pH and 485ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.0pH and 370ppm. - she is 29” tall and 30” wide. - tricombs still mainly cloudy.....review again in couple of days. June 21/20 - Day 72 - Dry out day - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 - temps are nice outside so tent able to hold 75 degrees and 51% humidity. June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - She will be ready soon. Thinking darkness on Wednesday and harvest on Saturday?? June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting really pointy now and her leaves are very yellow. - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. So, here we are in the final week. I think it’s been a laborious but pleasant journey. In retrospect, I believe things went well, even with some mistakes I made along the way: 1-At first, I thought the Gorilla Z seeds were actually Gorilla Cookies (yeah, I know—big mistake from a small detail). So I planned a 12-week cycle for those plants, only to later realize they were actually 10-week strain. I don’t think that was the right decision either, because while 12 weeks might have been a bit too long, 10 weeks definitely wouldn’t have been enough to fully develop their genetic potential. 2-Following the same logic with the Gorilla Z, the Atlas F1—originally a 10-week strain—would probably have benefited from an extra week, making it 11 weeks total (at least with my setup and nutrients). 3-I think I may have put too much stress on the plants during the LST process, which reduced the final height of most of them. I think all three genetics are very resilient and strong—especially Gorilla Z, Afghan Pearl stands out as a particularly stable and resistant strain. As for Atlas F1, even though it was the one I neglected the most (sorry about that), it still showed impressive overall stability and resilience. tomorrow morning gonna cut them.

On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I defoliated leaves blocking the inside/lower canopy to give more light to lower growth points keeping the top 2 leaves on cola tops. The girls are deff still stretching :) So far so good. I'm glad I flipped to flower early this run and could see even dropping the veg time by another week. Its tough working in a small grow space but I'm determined to master it lol. I lowered the lights intensity from 85% to 75% to give my tops 600-800 PPFD. Usually I just blast the plants with 100% until the stretch is over but I'm realizing that I'm way over doing it based on my quantum sensors data. On day 2 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. The girls are still stretching and putting out new preflowers. My tallest cola is 9" from the light(the other lower colas are between 10"-12" away from grow light). On day 3 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.0 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 8.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 10" away from light. On day 4 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. My tallest cola is 7.5" from my grow light and the average/lower cola distance from grow light is 10-11". I defoliated large leafs that are blocking lower bud sites and or touching each other causing wet spots on the leaves. I want as much airflow as possible as I can not control my night time humidity which can be as high as 80%-90%. My last run I noticed some sugar leaves touching my grow box walls and this caused them to start rotting. I want to avoid that this time around so I'm being careful not to have any wet spots from leaves laying on each other as well as keeping all colas far enough from my walls. In the future I would like to have the ability for de humidification but being in a small grow box in a garage makes it difficult to control my lung room. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.1 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 7" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10" away from light. I defoliated and removed lower bud sites not receiving enough light. On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. My tallest cola is 6.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10". My tallest cola is getting 1000 PPFD while my lowers are 600-800 PPFD. On day 7 I changed out the reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. The tallest cola is 6" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10"

It's Day 54 Week 08 0f Flower For My 02 Kombucha Cream by atlasseed . And For My Snow White and SpliffStrawberry by Spliff Seeds Amsterdam . So Today I Started My Day By Checking My Tricomes On My 2 Kombucha Cream. The 02 Where Looking Fully Milky So My 02 Kombucha Cream Got Flushed TODAY with Some Flawless Finish by Advanced Nutrients . The 2 Received 80ml of Flawless Finish mix with 1OGallons Of Water Ph at 6.0. Tomorrow they will get Rinse off with ph balance water. Yesterday I watered my Snow White and SpliffStrawberry Ppm where down to 100ppm. All 4 Plants will get a nice ice bath in a few days. My plan is to check the Tricomes on the SpliffStrawberry In a few more days she was still Milky when I check her yesterday. I will chop her down next weekend. And the rest will get the chop at 30%Amber Tricomes. Happy Growing Growmies 🤘🏻

Commencing week 5/Day 29: on Nov 21st Day 29 All is doing well now and a few more plants have roots in water but tomorrow is going to be well below freezing as well as the humidity has dipped very low Day 32 Still growing steady the cold temps and low humidity haven't hurt or slowed them down too much Day 34 Happy to say 6 out of 8 girls have pretty massive root masses developed in past week into bucket. I have been very lightly foliar feeding every day a slightly acidic low ppm solution. Lights were put back on timer since the temp and humidity are going back up I don't need the lights for heat. pH has remained steady for past two days in low to mid 5.8s. Is this too steady I wonder 🤔 I put on fans today today as well as under lighting LED strip. D35 Am check-in and all is going well. All 3 Gorilla Zkittlez are absolutely killing it, way bigger than the rest of the bunch. Although the 818 Headbands and the Raspberry Diesel are not far behind. Unfortunately both the Boss Hoggs seems to be runt-ish. One especially is really funny looking. But I always cheer for the under dog in the fight so who knows 😎 Turned off under lighting. Raised overhead LED Panels up 3-6 inches and re-oriented (angled) towards girls. *I've decided to break off the barely mentioned personal crosses into their own journal in the next few weeks in case anyone was watching or wondering, it's coming. I'll be editing this journal accordingly when the time comes to be more accurate and useful. Lastly I am adding a new journal today for "🍋🍰" aka Lemon Cake by Moxie. It's terpalicious 👅. super sugary and lemony on the nose. Does anyone from the US or elsewhere know what's "Country-Time" lemonade mix is?? It makes your mouth water and smells almost too much like the sugary lemonade mix. Stay tuned 💚🙏

Day 16-27/12/21 doing very well!! Day 20-31/12/21 all looking good just waiting for space in my other tent so I can move half of them!!!!

Week 13 : Six Shooter So i've been looking into these plants' trichomes daily, sometimes twice daily, they're all really really cloudy, like full white, completely curled in. Some have a slight beige tint to them, so i'm guessing that's the first few ambers ! That means it's time for the chop ! these wrapped up their second week of flush with three x additive flush. To flush you water until run off then add 20% which is just about 4 pints for me. Now i'm at the end of the grow i can say that the full tent is a good idea, but it does get crowded and that will surely affect my yield as there are a fair few colas that are totally f-ed in the sense they are thin, skinny, a tiny bit of flower with just a few pistills... so those are useless and they're going into my bubble hash project, so let's see, maybe i can extract value out of the trim , the popcorn buds, and the rest of the plant ! Wish me luck and drop me a message, i'm chopping these down real soon ! 🚀

Day 50 the plant has been growing at an incredible speed and has a very very large flowering stretch in fact I only have left 5 inches to raise up my light and then I'm going to have to do something to keep an eye on those branches so they don't stretch anymore or at least they can have enough light to proper development. From all the plants I have grow indoors this one is the only one that has make my light stretched to the top of the tent I guess it's a good problem to have. Other than the incredible stretch the plan seems to be healthy and doing pretty well the flower is development and I'm looking forward to see how this is going to turn out. Day 52 I have rise my light to the top as high as I can and she still grow past the light towards the exhaust system I had to tie her down in order to create an arch and in that way make her receive enough light instead of growing over the top of the light where there is actually no sufficient light if this problem persist I will have no choice but to do super cropping on the tallest branches and see how they react to that I decide to take some cuttings I'm trying to clone this one to see if I can get her outside in the summer in another buddy house and see how she reacts to challenging Ontario weather. Day 53 I have to Super crop several branches Unfortunately they were growing straight into the light becoming burned by the intense light I hope the plant doesn't react to bad to HST and still deliver awesome buds thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

04/11/2021 All going well

Hello guys, Here I am again to present you a new run, still with the best leds of the market nevertheless as I changed my growing space from 120x120 to 150x150. So I had to update the material inside... I will run with 3 EVO 5-150 lamps of 320W or 960W with Bluetooth dimmers. For the Hydro system, it will be the V-SYSTEM from Alienhydroponics. In fertilizers I am always with Advanced Nutrients. I work with osmosis water. Currently, 4 clones took on 4. Once the roots are ready, I will transfer the cuttings from the propagator to the V-SYSTEM. ------------------------ since the 16/08, when I transplanted the plants in the RDWC system, I noticed some points that I will mention below and correct next time. 1. The cuttings are too small, allow enough time so that I can completely fill my pots with clay balls. 2. Cut out the bottom of the pots from the cuttings. 3. 3/4 of the cuttings are touching the water, so one is late. Next time when transplanting, add more water, up to the basket in order to immerse all the plants and not to create a difference between each one, consequence now I have 3 that are ready to explode and one that will struggle behind, problem corrected today by increasing the volume of water. 4. The b-52 is a real pain in the ass in RDWC, you have to clean the 2 filters almost every day, with this new soup I'm testing without and I think I'll continue like this just with the base sensi grow A and B, as I use Root rot X, I won't use voodoo juice since all the bacteria would be killed. 5. Use of Voodoo Juice is useless if using Root Rot X which will kill the bacteria. I don't know why but when I transplanted in the RDWC, I put my set up in growth mode, except that the plants were not ready for it, moreover, I made a FIM on each. So I lost some days, these last days I went back to a ppdf of 150, now that my roots touch the water, I declare growth 0 on 22/08, I will do between 21 and 28 days of growth. And as my roots are doing well and touching the water I'll go to a PPFD of 300 ++

7/19 I’ve come upon the realize that I had been under watering to an extreme degree. I have since adjusted accordingly today and hope they look better tomorrow. Did remove some leaves and then found out I really shouldn’t have, hopefully I didn’t stunt them.i believe they are now flowering and next watering I will be adding some tiger bloom at very low strength. the newts I’ve given them have shown tip nute burn often and I have been very minimally watering so my conclusion is my soil was so full of nutes I could have waited until now most likely to start my first feedings. I’ve read about this and w ocean forest this seems to be the trend. Still really happy about the progress. Peace
