Day 67: My leaves are getting very crispy so i increased the watering of the garden today and hopefully that fixes the problem. Also the girls are still healing from not having cal mag for 2 weeks. 👉The final dry weight, which was 369g (13oz) is just buds, no trim or larf. Just Good big buds. Great plant overall. Had a phosphorus issue that lingered, it foxtailed at the end and in the last day hermie bitz appeared on almost every branch end cola. Sturdy branches, lots of food factories. Wonderful aroma that wasn't as stanky as most. Spend 4 hours trimming. Started at the bottom and worked my way up. I put the end cola of each branch on its own label clothes pin and hung on a rack. Each cola was weighed wet and cataloged. after 24 hrs I started putting each cola in a paper bag and the net buds in a larger bag. It took 5 days to reduce the dry weight to under 30%. When they hit this mark they went into the jars which were labeled according to their documented location. I figured the weigh reduction percentage by comparing weighs from the initial wet trimmed weight. In each jar I also added a hygrometer. Surprisingly the RH of almost ever jar was under 58%. None of the jars required any burping to remove excess humidity. At that point I added moisture 62% moisture packs and put the jars in the closet. I sampled bud J till this writing. It didn't start getting tasty till the 4 week mark.

Another great week here. Defoliated the girls throughout the week. Continue to do well and very healthy. They drink a good amount but nothing crazy. The frost is unreal! It's even on the fan leaves! I can't believe the smells as well. The orange sharpie smell! It's awesome and I can't believe the stability of this strain before it's even released! Watering daily or every other day. Also adding water to to self watering pots as needed. Starting to use the UVB today!! 🤞😎 Gonna start now at 30 minutes a day for a few days. Then slowly increase as we move forward. They already have a lot of trichomes, as you can see, and I'll look to increase those. I plan on harvesting these girls at week 8 to save the terps as much as possible. Let's go!

Pretty happy with the grow and the harvest, the drying went well also! Each grow highlights changes for the next and this has been no different! I'll be making more training adjustments in the next runs to try and refine the vertical scrog and get to the point where it's a wall 1 bud thick! I know it will get there in the end it's just like relearning how to do a horizontal scrog! I just need to predict the way the plant will respond when the light is from the sides! Bravery and brutality during pruning I think is the key! 😂✌️💚

I gave the girls an organic compost tea for nutrients(1 tsp Blk molasses,1cup worm cast,2 tablespoon kelp,2 tablespoon alfalfa meal,1tablespoon bat guano) and lsted again to get more bushier autos. I also moved my smallest autoflower to my 4x4 tent which is on a 12/12 schedule on 3/18/23

The 2 biggest started showing flower signs after the first week.. the smallest one is just there growing.. loving the gaia green living soil and top dressing..

Day 62 Another defoliation

On Day 29 i gave her 1l of water with some supervite and 3.5 ml of bloom complex. I later added 500ml with 0.5ml of calmag 1ml powerzyme some alg a mic melasse and supervite. On Day 26 i gave her 1.5l of water with 10ml of root coomplex 4ml of powerzyme and some supervite as well as an ph of 6.5 On Day 29 i gave her 1l with 3ml of bloom complex 1ml of calmag 1ml powerzyme and 5ml of rootjuice. On Day 30 i placed her outside On Day 32 i gave her 1l of water with 2ml of powerzyme and 1ml of calmag. On Day 34 i gave her 1.5 l wirh 5ml bloom complex 2ml of powerzyme 1.5ml of calmag an some supervite.

Week 8 - Dead line is coming, starting week 8 of flowering. The routine is maintained, feeding only with water. I think Black Jack will pass 10 weeks of flowering.

03/11/24- had determined last week that my runoff ph was crazy.. leaves darkened and clawing (N tox) and also a freaking mag deficiency. For the 3 past waterings I’ve given nothing but dechlorinated non ph’d water (tap water’s alkaline af) and epsom salts. The girls perked up and seem pretty happy. I’m going to give the calmag I have that claims to be N free, that has some micros and then some bloom only. I’m hoping stretch is over because it’s turning into a jungle. The frost on these things looks amazing already. The smell? Yeah.. can’t really describe it but it’s kinda offensive LOL

Day 50 – Officially Entering Bloom 🌸 We’ve crossed a beautiful milestone—flowering has officially begun! The pre-flowers are stacking up with intent, and the entire structure is shifting focus to its reproductive mission. Day 36. She has responded well to being left in the dark. I wanted some more vertical growth. She has stretched upward a few inches yay. I’m excited to watch her grow. Since my other girl is in such a small pot we can see both options.

July 18th - PurpsBerry will not be Schwazzed, but she will have a little defoliation carried-out here to mark the end of 3rd week flower. - CloudWalker and rOOF95 get visited today; meal planning n Mtce 20th, did some preventative mtce on all these plants today / yesterday. Bamboo tripods, secured around a stable spot on the main stalk. It makes a knob of side-branches and bamboo, snugged into a collar. Really stabilizes the plant - CloudWalker / rOOF95 still Vegging, getting them ready for this next 3 week transition into Flower; (aug 13 is when my community hits only 14hrs of daylight) - PurpsBerry is way ahead of that lol. This seems like it would easily be the 3rd week. Possibly more. Taking the Ripening to the limit. I believe this Plant is going to be “Tested”; tba 21st - big winds have split one of the CloudWalkers; of course, the one that was topped. With 2 plants outside this summer, that have been modified by each FIM and Topping, both of them has failed and Split. Each was and is being repaired; rope / duct tape. But thats the last limb loss for any outdoor plants right now… LST ROCKS - the other CloudWalker is Robust, and still on the Menu Aug 8 ** working backwards, this is Officially when we are calling it week 1 of Flower, for both Machupi’s Lady and PurpsBerry

Ripper seeds knocked it out of the fucking park with this one. I have no idea what she will yield, but I can tell you this entire plant is just stacked colas from top to bottom. With that being said, I do believe I low stressed trained her far too long and hurt her yield significantly. I did LST from day 30 until day 38, so I believe I lost out on far too much vertical growth during the stretch. I am going to adjust on my next grow and only LST the top 4 mains for about 2-3 days just to allow the bottom 4 mains to catch up. This Acid Dough absolutely reaks, and smells stronger than anything I have grown so far. The trichomes are almost ready, and she is only drinking plain water from my dehumidifier at this point. I am planning on harvesting her on Sunday, and I am working on a little 4th of July harvest video. This will also be my last (flowering) run with the Mars Hydro TS 1000 as I just received a couple new lights from Mars Hydro and ViparSpectra. The Mars Hydro TS1000 was a fucking champ, and I will still use her for vegging my autos. I will be running one auto under the Mars Hydro FC3000, and another auto under the ViparSpectra XS2000 from here on out. I am also running a timelapse of my Gorilla Girl from Sweet Seeds, and since I am only running 2 autos now, I actually have room for it! Unlike the Wedding Cheesecake, I am totally looking forward to trimming this Acid Dough Auto, and I believe it will take less than half the time. This is absolutely one I will be growing again!
