The harvest of the first medusa F1 hybrid at day 93 after germination. The trichomes were starting to turn amber. I probably could have let her ripen for a bit longer. I am amazed how fat she has gotten, the weight of the flower is too heavy for the branches. Way to go RQS for breeding such a fast growing autoflower. She is already in the drying tent for 5 days now at a temperature of 19 °C with a humidity of around 55-60%. I want a nice and slow drying process to preserve the terpenes and cannabinoïds. This will take about 2 weeks in my opinion, when the branches start to give a clean snapping sound when bending. I will make a harvest blog once the flowers are dried and I have weighed the buds for the yield. This lady only received some LST and a little defoliation throughout the entire grow. I also dont flush the plant at the end since this myth was debunked by a scientific article. A flush is only needed if you overfed the plant. Dr bruce bugbee also confirmed this. The dry tent smells of hay/grass, which is logical because the plant still has a lot of chlorophyll inside. Untill the harvest blog! Check my other Medusa F1's for the progress of the experiment. Too much stress,really cold environment,some times with the grow light off the temperature is around 13/15C and the air goes direct to this plant because the fan is close enough,the Plant doesn’t give up and has some over feed too,idk why but I’m using nutrients after 15/20 days and half of dosage that BioBizz says and I still have over feed a little bit and nutrient lockout maybe because I’m using some Bio Molasses Blackstrap but if I’m using molasses I’m not using bio grow and I’m using like 3/4ml per L.The LST is because the plant got really tall that the grow lamp couldn’t go higher because of my grow tent size and I needed to break the top cola.

Buds are now looking ripe. The trichomes are mostly milky and senesance has set in nicely. Pushing until i start seeing 1 or 2 Amber's and then will induce 48hours of darkness to attempt to increase thc production before harvest

This was my very first grow ever, so it's hard for me to judge how it went, but I definitely think I made a few mistakes along the way. I didn't feed her much, and I probably ran into some pH issues too. The roots eventually reached the bottom reservoir, and I kept topping it up with unpHed tap water, so she kind of ended up transitioning into a semi-hydro setup without me really planning for it. I only had an airstone in the reservoir that was turning on/off every 15 minutes. I harvested her on day 97 and dried her in the same tent at around 60% humidity. Unfortunately, I had no way to bring the temperature down to around 15°C, it stayed between 21–24°C the whole time. After about 10 days, she was already dry. I could still smell a bit of that fresh-cut grass scent, so I'm guessing I may have lost some terps during drying. I trimmed her as best as I could, and the final dry weight came out to 138 grams. She’s curing now in glass jars, and I added a small humidity meter inside. So far it’s holding steady at 62%.

I've seen a visible decrease in live spider mites. Spraying Captain Jack's Deadbug every 3rd day. 2 treatments so far. I took a sample bud from the very center of the plant to examine with my loupe (still need to order a microscope). From what I can tell, most of the trichomes are cloudy. Drying the sample in a brown paper bag. I still don't know if my leaves are turning yellow due to light stress, nutrient deficiency, or because the plant is close to being finished. I've clipped a bunch of leaves off both from yellowing and because there were a bunch of visible spider mite eggs underneath. There's been a definite decrease in spider mites after 3 treatments, but they're not totally eliminated yet.

been awhile... gee, idk how long been in jars now.... anyways, was playin around with the microscope yesterday, and made a little video... i called it :Red the Video:) just wanted to share some final thoughts .... this is pure medicinal, with no brain altering component ... this is for ppl (workers, military, emt, children, etc) who need to keep a clear head with full high dose of thc/cbd for medical problems... this has - kill cancerous cells if administered correctly...... ........ this is now my go-to medicinal strain...... 👍😎

Hey now, this week went pretty good, I am still running a 19/5 light schedule, and feeding her every 6 hours. She actually grew about 7 inches this week, so she is now at 16 inches. I am thinking between 1 and 2 more weeks of Veg, then I will switch her to 12/12. I would like to get her to about 24 inches tall when I flip her. I made another quick time lapse this week, if anyone has any suggestions for songs hit me up. The canna sugar still has the tincture in it, but it is dissolving and should be ready later today. Ух! 😅 Этот цикл мне показался особенно хлопотным. Как видно из названия репорта, в этот раз я осваивал метод Scrog, и тут с самого момента установки возникли некоторые сложности. В первую очередь нужно продумать систему полива под сеткой(возможно автоматизировать), в этот раз мне приходилось лить маленькими порциями для равномерного распределения жидкости по горшкам, что называется "кормить с ложечки". Сетку нужно устанавливать чуть раньше, и ниже на 5-7см. Ну и наконец я немного испугался сильного роста на цвете(все-таки сативный гибрид), можно было позже на неделю-две переводить на цветение. В процессе работы со скрогом меня не покидало забавное ощущение, что я приходил на грядку на своём огороде😝 Главное, я разобрался как это работает, и в будущем учту свои ошибки, тем более на качество урожая они никак не повлияли. Semana 9, se esta haciendo largo Inicialmente pensé que en máximo 8 semanas estaba pronta para pasar a flora, pero ya vamos por la 9 y quedan 2 semanas mas La próxima semana estaré trasplantando a maceta de 18-20L, maceta ahora si definitiva También hare una limpieza de bajos, preparare todo para cuando se recupere pasar a 12/12 Sigo regando con nutrientes de Vegetativo, agua de la canilla reposada por 24hs para evaporar el cloro, que tiene 0.35 de EC asi como sale Regue con una EC de 1.68 y 5.9 de PH Gran parte de la superficie ya esta cubierta, no seguire abriendo las ramas, solo dejare que crezcan de altura y terminare de completar el espacio antes de pasar a flora
