week intel: its time to harvest top buds! because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. its crucial to get uniformed buds in terms of quality that you let the lower buds to get some extra air and especially light! then the pop corn buds quality will reach the top buds. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a pleasant weekend. Not much to be done this week, I did some LST just trying to keep the 2 mains as flat as possible. They are pushing their fifth node, and that is where i will top them as soon as I can, probably in a day or two. Most people top their mainlines at the 3rd node for the second topping, however I like a wider bush, and also when using a Metal Halide Bulb it causes the nodes to grow extremely close together, but also creates super thick stems capable of producing massive colas. I will do the next toppings at the 3rd nodes, and then the final toppings at the 1st node. I have my coco coir ready to roll for the transplant into the 12.5 gallon container, but that will take place in about 10-12 days or so based on how she grows and responds to training. I made another batch of Canna Sugar this week, it is amazing....I just decarb then soak about a Quarter Pound of flower in everclear for a few months, then strain it over sugar and stir it occasionally, until all the alcohol evaporates which takes a few days....Great in your morning coffee....Thanks for stopping by, stay safe and Blaze On!

This week was a little cloudy so it spend the most days under my lamp indoors. It's getting frosty, the buds are growing. When it's outdoors it get sometimes temperatures down to 13° in the morning, but this gives the leaves a beautiful black color :)

After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 5g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. There goes another week for the Wedding Cheesecake FF and it won't be long before she begins to show signs of pre-flowering! Added a photo of the whole tent including both plants from both diaries, next diary will most likely be a 1 tent 1 plant. Buds are swelling slightly and getting even harder, like golf balls. Leafs are bleaching more, next week I'll do a complete refill of the tank and will be going a little easier on the KMPS because it adds to much K. Had some trouble with a minor leak through the top of the tube because it was filled to the rim due to a lot of roots and really long netcups which block the tube, next tome netcups which are not as long and rather wider instead because the current ones are choking the stem which IMO is a good and bad thing, it stresses the plant so it produes more but also chokes it a little and the stem rips at the base but it heals. The colours on these girls were definitely beautiful.Those purple hues coming through the flowers were just gorgeous purple phenos are honestly so damn pretty 😍💜. Overall, I'm really happy with how they turned out. Between the appearance and the final product, this was a great run. I'd personally give this strain an 8.5/10, and that's saying something because I'd absolutely run it again. Definitely one I'd recommend if you're a fan of colourful flowers. There's just something special about watching those purple hues develop towards the end of flower.
