LAST 1.5weeks starting next week!! Finally🙌

I guess the correct headline here is bud rot. Took a while to figure out why I ran into these issues, after a bit more snooping around and investigating I came to a mostly certain conclusion. My passive intake was clogged with dust, barely any air was coming into the grow room. This, coupled with the fact my temperature and RH sensor/recorder was giving me back dated information and applying it to the present day. I didn’t realise I was getting 80%+ RH spikes during lights out for the last 3 weeks. I’ll call it a lesson, and start to check things more regularly around the grow room, not just the plants themselves. After a heavy crop scout with sterilised gloves and alcohol rub to hand, I carefully pulled back and inspected every cola, washing my hands between each cola. Unfortunately most of the largest colas fell victim to botrytis, in the end I cut off 7 colas completely and carefully sorted through into 3 separate piles on D100. One pile was the bin put into double tied sandwich bags with a good spray with 70% alcohol , this contained directly infected areas with a 5cm radius. (235g including fan leaves and stems (wet)) The second pile was for buds that were within 10cm of the rot sites that appeared to be healthy, this went into a brown paper bag, ready for hash making when I complete the harvest in the next couple weeks. (305g including buds and sugar leaves (wet)) The third, and most limited pile was bud sites that were more than 10cm away from the rot sites. These are now successfully dried and are now in their curing jars. Based on the smell, they already smell better than my last harvest so I’m hoping it’s a sign of things to come. (58g buds (dry)) I had to buy a 4x4 tent to temporarily dry the good buds, and will use again when I do the main harvest. The top colas that are left look a little stressed this week, not sure if it’s to do with shock from early harvest, but I am going in and checking every other day with clean clothes to make sure the problems are not progressing further. Based on the trichomes (video) the samples look like they’re a week or two away from harvest now, so hopefully I won’t have the throw anymore away before then. Anyway, waffling over, mainly wanted the detail for my own reference if I ever have to come back to this (I hope not). Good luck all!

This week the Apricot continues to impress with very even bud development and a strong, healthy structure after the last defoliation. Bud sites are stacking nicely across the entire canopy, with early but already heavy trichome coverage on the sugar leaves. What really stands out is the aroma: it already smells clearly like apricot jam, thick, fruity and unmistakable, not the usual generic sweetness of early flower. The plant shows no stress and reacts very well to the current feeding, so no changes were made. If development continues like this, this looks like a very promising and highly aromatic harvest in the making.

Week 5 of vegging has come to an end. The girls are drinking daily and the new tops are developing nicely. I've been stressing the tops a bit, bending them down to let light hit the next set of nodes. The light is now at 24" and at 60 %. I'll be adjusting the intensity and height to keep dli relative. I've also been gradually decreasing light time over the course of 6 days and are currently at 14 hours. The next week will be transition to flower, giving me approximately 9 weeks to finish. Our little Biscotti, which arrived at the moment of flowering, revealed itself, this time unfortunately it is not purple apparently, I had hoped for it, but I have other seeds in that magical package that so much luck brought me. Early update as I'm gone for a bit. She's still growing fast, beautiful perfect shade of green. Haven't had any nutrient problems whatsoever, hardly any pests either. Just drip irrigation and lost coast spray this week. Plucked a few leaves to try and slow down some of the faster nodes, fairly even so far. Should be smooth sailing till flower!

After one month late, two girls gave me nicebuds smelling diesel and strawberries.. Two other are still in flowering for 3weeks i think.. Colas are good size, the head buzz will blow you

Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining. Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego. Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien. Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien. Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar. Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI. Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.

This means that whatever the temperature is, the air feels like it, not 10-15 degrees hotter. My AK-47XL is short under 3 feet and has good node spacing so there is space for air flow. The buds forming don’t have many hairs yet but the trichomes forming on the sugar leaves are visible. Looking at the bud structure, the leaves are tight throughout. This may be a concern for bud rot if the rain and humidity return. I’ll keep a close watch, but so far, she is easy to grow and resistant to fungus and pests. The color of the leaves begins to turn purple and orange...

This clone smells killer omg hash plant/christmas/sweet/heavy skunk. It smells killer and is a decent resin coverage it looks like coming in early like this in week 3 in flower. It filled in the 18"x 24" space i had open just perfect. She gets a heavy feed of canna nutrients @ ph of 5.6-5.7. I think staying on higher side of nutrients and back off if I see burn has been doing good on chimera run and don't tend to b hurting this clone either so full steam ahead! Much changes coming for me new flower tent is going to help alot! Stay up everyone Happy boxing day all u Canadians!

Well I let them go on for another week in the end and I don’t know whether I’m just used to the smell but I definitely have noticed a decline in the loudness of these girls. I’m not ‘flushing’ as much as just giving them water and terpinator for the last couple of weeks to help them fade and finish off. More amber trichomes than I usually have, so these are perfectly ripe I’d say. The additional lights I added to the bottom of the plants definitely worked in maturing the buds but they also made them foxtail and push out pistils and seemed a bit forced. Also needed to account for the extra heat that 3 x small LED strips (approx 25w) so I decided as I wound down the main light to 10.5/13.5 I would turn those off entirely for the last few days. Decided to harvest all the plants together simply because it makes my life easier, believe it or not? Even though the Gorilla Zkittlez could’ve perhaps gone another week even. Oh well. Drying and curing is always an anxious time for me and the aromas are not as pungent as I’d hoped, but let’s hope this bud comes out nice because as this has been a long run due to the cold weather hampering veg early on.

Anda rodeada de sativas pero no es ningún problema para ella ya que no puede competir en altura pero si en espacio. Le guiaré las ramas laterales entre los bambús de amnesia haze y bajaré un poco más la lámpara que está ubicada en su posición para que la altura de las amnesia no le resten mucha iluminación .
