04/04/2021 You can see how the lst easy gently bending or twisting, has paid off She has five main tops and should start stretching onto nice looking spears soon! Gave her some banana peel tea and she seemed to like it! Going up to two tbls to a 2 gallon jug today I am praying she can take it without issue, but I will feed the microbial life.with some black strap mollasas 1tsp to 1 liter of water

Are just in day 5 and two of them seems to enjoy. Ph 5.8 Ppm 720 Ec 1340 **** First time growing, and first time with dwc. I chose to build my own dwc tank! First week was alright, I think I put the seed to early in coco coir and then into leca in dwc tank. Tap water is around 200 ppm and 7.6ph, I boil the water because of kalk. First 2-3 days I was starting with 7.2 - 6.6 ph and 520 - 640 ppm D. 4-5 640-790 ppm 5.8-.5.6 adding more terra Aquatica D. 5-7 790-980 ppm 5.6-6.2 ph 23c tent 19c w.

8/9 The two half-feeds of Foop seemed to have turned the nutrition tide. The top dressing I applied (with mulch this time) should be kicking in over the next few weeks, but I'm leaning toward continuing to feed Foop once or twice per week to keep things moving along nicely. Flowering is now kicking into high gear... with the Pineapple Meatball being the farthest along and the French Macaron being the least. Ordered Lacewing larvae and wasp eggs (that are parasitic to caterpillars) on the way. Hoping to get them applied by the end of this week. 8/11 Insects deployed.

13.06. Cherry Poppers 1# Day 49# Cherry Poppers 2# Day 46# The plants are making good progress, the deuce has overtaken the ace, the game has reversed. 5 nights ago there was a strong storm, the morning after the storm when I came to the site, I found some plants crooked, some normal, but there were no broken ones, thank God, but they were very stressed and what you can see in the pictures appeared on the leaves, some leaves were crispy at the edges, but still green, mostly shoots before the newest ones. I haven't had this problem before, I researched a bit on the internet and came to the conclusion that the wind burned them, and I also turned to GW for an opinion, two characters confirmed my opinion. Two days later I noticed that the matter was getting worse and that it was spreading, which worried me, so I contacted GW again for an opinion. Some told me that it was mold, some that it was an infection, disease and so on, mostly guesswork, but no one specifically told me what was certain, so I decided on nim oil, and whatever it is, I guess the problem should be solved. According to some leaves, I would say that insects might be the problem, but I really don't know, I haven't had similar problems before. I regulate the ph of the plants, I still don't feed them, there is food in the ground for another week, except for the fact that I added cal-mag after that storm when I watered them. I want to say that the plants are certainly not locked, and the heat is not yet so high that this would happen from the same, the more the temperatures have dropped and now it is perfect. Since transplanting, I have watered the plants only 2 times. Yesterday morning they were topped for the second time, only the main branches, I will do the next topping of the side branches. Last night I sprayed the plants with neem oil and already today the problem seems to be going away, if I tripped at least it doesn't spread further, that's for sure. I didn't mix the oil very well, I didn't add any soap or anything like that because I wouldn't really spray the plants with any chemicals, and on some of the leaves on one or two plants there is that thick, brownish liquid, so I hope it won't hurt them, I noticed that today during the day, I couldn't see it at night. I still don't know what the problem is, but my guess is still that the wind burned them or some insects. Speaking of insects, I think I noticed thrips on one plant on the underside of the leaf, so in addition to the neem oil I already gave, I also ordered SMC, so I will spray that at least once a week while they are still young. Happy Growing and Stay High!!!

the week has been smooth the leaves are fading / dying and i fed 1ml in a liter of water twice in the last 10 days but thinking about starting a flush now its been about 62 days and fastbuds site says 9 weeks. the hairs are mostly white still besides on a few buds its 25% and like 80% orange on 1 bud. trichomes are starting to look amber on sugar leaves about 10-15% amber trichs i need a better loupe to see close up tho. the buds just keep fattening up slowly but surely. im trying to be patient and let them get juicy even if its taking longer than the website advertised, (probably due to me dropping her in veg and overwatering in seedling stages) either way, super happy with the results so far and im thinking about getting another light. im going to try growing 2 plants under the 1 light until then but i think i could fit 3 or maybe 4 if i had a 2nd light. hopefully getting a 2nd tent soon too.

Could probably still go for another week, but as it was loosing so many leafs it was better for me to cut it early. Buds are very dense so very interested to know the final weight

Day 71 - She just seems to get frostier everyday, it just keeps packing on. This girl has definitely been on of the frostiest I鈥檝e grown yet. The smell she鈥檚 producing just smells like sweet citrus and really looking forward to the chop but will probably give her till the end of week 12. So she鈥檚 got about 2 weeks left and the next watering, she鈥檒l be flushed and nothing but water till the end. Day 72 - Not much I can say about this girl right now, just waiting for trichs to be right to chop. Will give her a flush tomorrow or Friday. Day 73 - I wish I could get good pictures of the trichs but I never can. I鈥檝e tried different attachments for my phone and everything else but nothing seems to work but either way no clear left and 100% milky but would like to get at least 20-30% amber before chopping but at least I know she鈥檚 ready at any time now. Day 74 - Gave her a flush using Foxfarm鈥檚 Sledgehammer and no just letting her go until she finishes off. Still not really seeing an amber trichs so she鈥檚 definitely not ready for the way I like it. Day 75 - She鈥檚 starting to show a bit of amber trichs now but only about 1-2%. She could be getting chopped next weekend but possibly sooner depending on how she finishes off. Day 76 - Was almost ready to cut the girl today but decided to hold off till next weekend. She鈥檚 already bulked you鈥檙e quite a bit but gonna give her time to feed of the nutes in the leaves and see how much more she will bulk up. Day 77 - Nothing new, just waiting to chop. Might give her another flush tomorrow or Wednesday, just to make sure all the nutes are out of the soil.

Day 54 and I think we're on track to harvest some time next week. I've decided not keep any of these as a mom, the back left one has some potential but non really seem like good hash plants. I'll jar test each to make sure but all have really greasy trichromes.

Aug 3: still going strong starting the third week of flowering. I鈥檓 putting her in the garage at 9 pm, doing the 730 nm far red light to put plant into dark mode 2 h faster, and then out of garage at 7 am. So 10+ 2 h is 12 h dark and 14 h daylight or a 26 h day. The far red light definitely works as a bloom booster and helps the plants finish faster when the sun is stronger. Did morning foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate. Aug 4: always some defoliation to be done and I took out all the small stuff that was growing into the centre. If I had a longer season I could have left some of these small branches but I want the energy directed toward the prime bud sites. Also removing leaves makes it more stable in the wind. Yet another growing trade-off. Aug 5: she looks great coming out of the dark garage this morning. Lots of colas with lots of buds 馃憤馃憤 Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. This far north we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. By adding UV lights, this will make Edmonton in September seem like California in July. Along with genetics, UV light is the main factor controlling trichome and THC production. Adding UV light for a couple of hours per day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm) should help a lot this far north. At the other end of the light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoor (FGI) 730 nm far red light. This is the third season using the far red light as a bloom booster and it definitely works. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes to put the plant into dark mode two hours faster, and is like getting a 26 h day. Bud ripen earlier and therefore under stronger sun. Both of these lights are low power LED used for a few hours (UV) or just a few seconds (far red). Gotta love science and technology when it allows us to figure this kind of out.
