Morning of day 14- tops look dry but it’s just the very surface. They took a little longer than I wanted to dry out. The weather has been cold windy and rainy, not much sun lately, and we are still about a month away from our potential last frost date. Farmer’s Almanac says last frost date is May 30th or something crazy, even though the days are normally rather warm by now. I haven’t fed as of Day 14 because they are not dry enough, there is plenty of amendments in the pot, especially towards the bottom, except I will still spoon feed a little bit. I just rehydrated the tops as they were really dry at least 1-2 inches of the tops were dry, but the bottoms are still plenty wet, so with clean water in a spray bottle, I just lightly rehydrated the top a lil, so I might be feeding tomorrow for day 15, but I don’t know yet. Keeping the tent around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and only about 25-30% RH. This helps me compensate for the lack of heat provided by the LEDs and help the plants adapt to a higher water demand. I haven’t seen the low humidity effect the seedlings, intact all the plants that grow outside in the hot bone dry climate LOVE IT! They were praising all last year. So to help keep me away from damping issues and to better prepare the little ones for the outdoors, I’m trying to match a hot and dry environment in the tent. With VPD levels way up in the red, I have yet to experience a negative impact. I have damped off enough plants in my life, it’s a lot harder for me in 60-70%RH to water the plants and get them to dry out fast enough in the tent with cold LEDs.

So far so good. Lowering the light was a bit of a mistake as the main cola started to show light stress. The main cola is 7" higher than the rest which is a bit of a PITA. I'll be much more aggressive with the LST next time around - comments on how to prevent such a taller main cola are welcome :) I've trimmed about a dozen or so leaves to get more airflow and I moved the LED strips up to support the middle section of the plant, seems to have helped (I think).

Slowly but surely she is fattening up and is turning yellow with splashes of red/pink, leds were a little too low or hps at the beginning of flowering damaged her fan leafs... Next time I will know better which is the cause. Smallish buds but those are coated with trichomes, sugar leafs too. Going to make some cannabutter! I think 1 or 2 more weeks before harvest depending how she looks, I want her Calyxes to mature fully before chopping her!

Hello dear fellow growers 😎 we are in the 2rd week of flowering and the 2 ladies are doing great! I'm going to start using Biobizz's bio bloom stimulator this week to improve cell division and nutrient uptake, I intentionally don't give too much otherwise the weed gets a very sweet taste (disadvantage of this product if you don't like it) The bloom stretch is almost finished, I reckon with a final height of 1.70m despite Lst since the beginning, the plant was also defoliated below! There are umpteen blossoms on both plants, you only have to look at a small part and you can already see around 20-30 and the thickness of the stems is crazy! Expect huge buds and a good yield 💯💯😎😎😍 HAD NO YELLOW LEAF YET, if a deficiency occurs in the 5th week of flowering, it will no longer be noticed. On day 1 I adjusted the PH from 6.6 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 13.75" away from light. On day 2 I adjusted the PH from 6.4 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 12.5" away from light. On day 3 the PH is 6.2. The tallest cola is 11.5" from the light. On day 4 I didn't take data points long day... On day 5 the rez PH is 6.2. the tallest cola is 10" from the light. On day 6 the rez PH is 6.0. The tallest cola is 9.5" from the light. I defoliated heavily to bring in more light and airflow. On day 7 The tallest cola is 9" from the light. I mixed up a new rez.

Last Sunday I increased the nutes so that the ppm was on the higher level (600-625) as the feeding schedule showed. Dec 9th I started to see some lime green (video) leaves on new growth. The ppm would go up mostly & down slightly, but the lime green spread & eventually turned yellow (last pic from today). I did a water change the other day & lowered the ppm/nutes to around 575-580 range. I've been reading around that this might be a sulfur deficiency? Some suggested adding Cal-mag. Today I added 2 ml more of Cal-mag & snipped some of the darker fan leaves that had some damage. I ordered epsom salt, waiting for it to arrive (tomorrow). Any other suggestions/diagnoses are welcomed! 😊

Definitely getting big I flipped her last week put em into 40 hrs. Of darkness then now it's the 12 and 12 ride for this healthy gal🍒

We can say there are 2 phenos kush mints... and the other is permanent marker pheno super sweet chemical pungent 👌.. really frosty.. I ve notice last week the plant are getting dark green ... this new bloom nuts from biobizz with juju marley has to much N then the other that i used to use.. so im not using anymore ...one week more with bud candy and overdrive and we start flushing until the end ... Le 4 piante di Red hot cookies si sono dimostrate veramente forti. Colori stupendi a fine fioritura, non rossi come speravo, profumo di terra, dolcezza e aspro mescolati con note di gas, un profilo terpenico molto interessante. Lo scrog effettuato da me, non credo abbia dato il massimo potenziale di queste piante, con il tempo migliorerò anche questo aspetto, ma spero di stare su 1 hg a pianta di media. Aggiornamento a breve con peso a secco, foto dei fiori ripuliti e rapporto sulla potenza di questa varietà. Ringrazio tutti quelli che sono passati a vedere il mio diario, a tutti i like i commenti e ai consigli.. un grande love a tutta la community di growdiaries 💚🙏
