What a slow grower, was the first to form budlets but now the slowest to mature. No real distinctive smell with her yet but some trichome growth was noticed. Removed a few lower fan leaves to allow light to penetrate. Should be a decent yield considering the time she's had to grow.

The 3th week of 12/12 is history and flowering has entered the grow room. 😋 I marked day 53 (day 17 of 12/12) as the first day of actual flowering. Everyday I've checked if there were fungus gnats trapped on the yellow sticky traps and I've spotted a few. So not a total infestation. I've also checked for signs of hermies and I haven't seen any. I've had one a few years ago and it pretty much ruined the whole grow. Seeds everywhere. But that was another breeder and strain. Under the screen I did some final pruning and above a minor defoilation. The Runtz are stretching nicely and the screen is filled pretty much like I wanted it to. Gonna leave them alone now, done with bending those shoots under the screen. This weeks temperatures stayed between 20,6°C (69°F) and 24,2 °C (75,5°F) and humidity levels between 44 – 56 % Light pressure was raised from 244 watt at 70cm (27 inch) to 260 watt at 63cm (25 inch). Their diet consisted of ph adjusted tapwater (ph 6,38 – ec 0,49) most of the week. They were barely fed for 1 day. Gonna keep it that way as long as I don't see any signals of shortages or surpluses. Naturally, ec leves will rise next week but one day of feeding seems enough for now. Smell is coming in slightly, but the CAN-lite carbon filter is doing it's job. There's a 600m³ one hanging in the grow room connected to a 550m³ Airfan foam softbox that's dimmed at 40% since the start of this grow. That was the most important info for this week. i germinated all of this grow directly on the soil . I'm using a one side broken Lumatek ATS200 100% from early veg to flower . and then im just putting water with ph 6.5 until early bloom .

Week 2 of flower The Red Hot Cookies and Lemon Orange are really stretching out. Glad I put them at the back of the tent. The Mimosa X Orange Punch is taking her time as far as flowering goes. The Black Apple Hitchcock (there is a separate diary for this plant) has been even slower transitioning into flower. But all in all the plants are happy so I am happy. 6.0 pH 500 ppm 65F water temp 71 tent temp 41 % RH

2022-09-17 Plants would need just a few Days longer. But Weather changed drasticly to lots of Rain and Cold. So i cut alot of the Topbuds, to give the rest of the Plant more ventilation and some buds were leaning out under the Roof and were getting wet. I only found 2 small spots of Mold. The rest of the Plant gets harvested next Wednesday, or if i see Mold. But normally Plants are well covered and have place to get airflow now But those Buds are superthick, and airflow is not to gurantee well thats outdoor growing. But iam very Pleased, and in common Honey cream is ready to get harvest. I just hope for 4-5 more Days of Sun- and dry Weather. The Plant smells superlovely, flowery and sweet

FBT 2307 did really well. She has aone. Ice big colas. I did have a ph issue with wrong nutrition base that damaged leaves in early flowering. Once a new solution was given it had stopped. She has a earthy flowery smell. Loaded with frost, and buds feel dense. She will hang for 24 hours then go into the cannatrol. Day 25. Slowly, but they are starting to grow. Weather is perfect, mostly showers, warm, no too intence sun, so i believe they should kick in. Girls got BioBizz Leaf Coat shower. Everytime i go to my spot this year i meet this fellow ;))) Happy Growing !!!

Day 41 Green Gelato is stacking up the buds... just a awsome strain already took some clones will put them under veg again when mommy is ready for the cut =) I need to water tomorrow I think Green Gelato is thirsty! Fruit Spirit going its way im really exited for the yield will see how this will go.... Sweet ZZ finally showing some nice trichome production and she starts to smell lovely. Hello growers and welcome to week 6. I expect Queen Citronella to gain a lot of height this week. I will be doing the measurements shortly, but first I wanted to share some news! Queen Citronella has a new home, she hasn't moved in yet, but I'm working on it today. I will also be rearranging all the other grows and starting some new things off! I am not sure if I have mentioned it anywhere but I am using a 1.2m x 1.2.m x 1.8m tent.. I have just got a 60cm x 60cm x 140cm tent and a 300w LED. Her Majesty I hope will enjoy her new quarters. Day 36: I have lowered the light to 30cm above the tallest plants. Day 37: It is done! Queen Citronella resides in her own palace, while the rest of the plebs squat together in the communal living area. I have reorganised and moved my 4x4, mounting the carbon filter and duct fan properly in the center. Setup a 2 x 2 with a 300w LED and put the lights for both tents on the same timer (for now). I will measure and photograph Her Majesty a little later, including photos of her new home. Day 37: Added media. Height: 31cm. Fertigated 2l. Day 37.5: Alright she is really stretching fast, she grew almost 5cm in a little over 30 hours, A thought has just occurred to me; I could, if I chose to, put the Queen on a flower cycle at this point. Now I did want to do a full grow of clones, however we're talking something like another 2 weeks of veg then 2 weeks for cuttings to root, then I'd want to veg them for a few more weeks, maybe 2, 3 or 4? So that's 6-10 weeks before I start flowering. Then at least ten weeks of flowering, A week to dry, and at least a fortnight to cure. We're talking 20-25 weeks before I get to smoke it, that's six months! I probably wont be able to grow in the summer due to the heat. Now I already have the one cutting which I am hoping will root soon, which I can take forward, but I also have two more seeds. So, regretfully, I think I will change my plans. I will flower queen Citronella, starting on day 43. I still intend to do a full tent of Super Lemon Haze clones, but I think I will postpone that adventure until September. So this is now the final week or final five days of veg, she will spend the bulk of her last week of veg under a different light. We wont get much data on vegging (unless there is a significant change this week) but it'll be a nice trial run flowering with an LED light for the first time. Exciting! I am still waiting for the Epislon F1 seeds from RQS. I set their pot up today, inoculated, fed, and sowed some Dark Opal (Purple) Greek Basil and a liberal sprinkling of chamomile. I am going to germinate all five seeds in jiffy pellets and then put them all in the same 40l Day 38: I have realised Her Majesty was too tall to flower in this little tent so I snapped her neck a bit. I installed a photometer app yesterday and discovered I was blasting Citronella with 75 DLI so I raised to light up until canopy level was 40 DLI. The LED is pretty good. The HPS Dual Spectrum bulb in the main tent must be on its last legs as output was around 40 DLI for optimally positioned plants and 30 least optionally positioned. I could do to buy a new bulb. Identical replacement is about fifteen bucks, best one is about fifty. For that I could get another one of those LEDs which seems like better value. At the moment though I really need the heat. So I am thinking identical replacement. 4 days to flower cycle! Day 38.5: Replaced crappy old Dutch barn reflector with a much nicer angel wing model. Installed a significantly larger carbon filter into the main tent which has significantly increased air flow. The main tent vents into the bottom of Queen Citronella's tent, and from there and unfiltered duct fan in the far top corner exhausts it out. The exhaust pipe goes up the chimney. Why have I reorganised and moved the tents again so soon is because I was wasting power heating the little tent with the LED light, but the main tent has excess heat. Well this setup is working a treat. Citronella is sitting in a balmy 23-24 degree wind tunnel. Check out the little video of the changes. Day 39: I think her majesty likes her new quarters. It's going to be weird seeing her square in a few more days. We are 2 days into a "dry spell" I'm simulating for all my plants. Day 40: Dry spell ended. Fertigated 6l. Day 41: Fertigated 3l. Citronella's penultimate day of veg, she is going 12/12 from lights out after next. Photos taken 10:00 9/2/23. Current lights out is Citronella's last 6 hour night! Day 42: Start: Have performed pre-flower LST, HST, and defoliation. 24 hours to flower cycle. Day 42: End: photographed immediately before first 12h night. End of week summary: Huge week for Citronella. I think this LED light is pretty good. Change of plans regarding the grow and preparing her for flower. Let's see how she does.

Things looking almost perfect other than INSECTS!!!!!😱 girls have been sprayed top to toe. I’ll continue to observe. But yes other than that great. The gelato are very big plants going outwards and upwards, all possible flowering spots seem to be taking and slowly covering in pistils😍😍😍 Fliwering has commenced ✌️🏻😬✌️🏻 The plants really bulking out now looking good and strong. And really are covered in flowers. They will get a new flowering light and a little more space to grow tomorrow 😍😍😍😍 hopefully great tings will follow. I’ll be using New Millennium Decision on the girls for a few days in the next couple of days, they really are as tall as they should go.🤔 New light in and tings looking good. After a couple of days under the new light the plants seem more than happy. It’s quite a slim line light too so I’m afforded a little extra room up top in case da girls decide to stretch anymore. Things seem to be settling down now and pistils are multiplying quicker by the day. Got a pleasant smell coming from the stems and leaves, very soft and non aggressive possibly a softer take on GSC coming through, but my nose although huge isn’t that good at picking up subtleties in the aromas it grabs a hold of. The girls really are looking strong and vibrant and seem to be wearing their new found flowers well.

Day 31: 2L (PH6.3) with 1ml/L PK13-14 She's definitely well on her way to stretch, and some of the bud sites are already showing signs of consolidation and an increase of mass, not so much as to call it stacking or bulking, but a great early flower nonetheless. To aid with bud forming, I've started mixing in some flower nutes. I'm starting at half dose and will probably follow up with a regular watering later this week. Additionally, after taking the pictures, I removed the upper fan leaves of the main cola and the next highest too since it was outpacing the others. I'm trying to not agitate her too much to prevent stunting. Since she's grown so much, the main cola was receiving 900 PPFD, and the lowest canopy budsite - in the front on the pictures - was receiving about 450 PPFD. Hence, I raised the light up to 30cm above the main cola. I haven't remeasured the PPFD afterwards. Day 34: 2L (6.5PH) + 0.5mL/L CalMag Day 36: 2L (6.3PH) Discovered two her companion plants fostering an army of spider mites so I removed all of the companion plants. The citrus had to move out of the tent for a more natural day night cycle anyway, so that one will reside on the window sill for a few days. The affected pepper plants have received spider mite treatment and are currently outside until they recover. I'll have to keep an eye out for any webbing on the Northern Light, although I think that the infestation wasn't too bad. Additionally, today was the planned defoliation day so I lollipopped her. Watering is a lot easier now and I hope the lollipop will not be detrimental to her overall yield - it hurt when I removed some branches I'd otherwise keep. And that about sums up week 4, this week was all about the stretch and the lollipop. She received her first flower nutes and immediately told me she did not need them. She became a bit thirstier and is well on her way to become the biggest yielder I've grown!

Impressed with this plant. Only grew it under a cheap LED and it did really well. Harvested ~92G of prime bud plus an ounce of frosty trim which will be made into bubble hash. Will be interesting to see how much more it would yield under better lights. Nugs are dense, frosty and the hit from this strain is hard. Night time smoke. Will grow again. EDIT: As it cured, this just got better and better. Best weed I have grown, even better than the Wedding Gelato, which was incredible. Popped another seed straight away. Update after 12 days curing (See video): Gorilla gonna knock you out, son! Wow! This aint no friendly Disney Gorilla. This is a Dominant male Silverback with zero respect! These buds are dense and sticky after 12 days with a 62% humidipack in a Mason burping daily for the first week. Will def grow this again. Hardest hitting and as smooth as anything I've ever grown, too. Damn!
