Week 8 of flowering, 18 overall. Harvest time is coming soon, most trichomes are cloudy. Smell is potent at touch buy doesn't go very far, strangely despite having beautiful trichomes it doesn't fill the tent with smell.

A great week of growth and development. Did a small defoliation, and clean of the tent. The girls are very leafy, and some of that needed to go to increase air flow and prevent issues from developing. Love this time of growing as there is not much to do, but watch the buds stack! Mouth watering flavour, clean smoke, and it only gets better ! Barley a week into the cure and I'm already craving more of this strain Updated True Wattage, and fixed square footage of tent harvest was easy, could of gotten more yeil but she flowered early from some LST, would let this girl grow naturally in the future Buds turned out nice and chunky lots of sugar leaves just packed with sticky trichs She pressed out alright, could try a again but .4 return on 3.5 grams of bud gives 14-15% return on the first press of this strain none the less this girl puts out some wicked flavors can't wait till shes fully cured in a month :)

Great strain with Strong genetics. I'll approach this gal a little differently next time with regards to training. I topped early and this plants sativa side kicked in and grew a tall lanky legged gal 58". The quality is fire here I'd definitely train differently to get the most out of your canopy which is what I'll focus on in the future. By far the most dense and sticky buds I've grown to date and it comes on my 1st year Anniversary cultivating cannabis. End week 3 plants still looking healthy. Removed couple fan leaves blocking bud sites. Temps getting hot outside in spring so tent temps have gone up but still in range to thrive. Humidity is mostly the easiest to control

Day 62 Another defoliation

she smells so good I cant wait to chop her down. thinking about chopping her on monday, the 13th so I can have a little smoke of her on 4/20 possibly. seeing amber trichomes on the cola leaves and they are starting to turn amber elsewhere too. only will gain maturity when she drying

oh boy these girls just love to stretch a lot! They have doubled their height in just one week. It's the sativa genes in this baby! I love this one outside where you can let her go wild!

Big buds , Solid but light , Smoke is smooth and burns slow, taste is 10/10

Es war eine sehr gemischte Woche mit viel Regen, etwas Sonne und eine Menge Wind. Die Durban Poison lässt sich davon wenig beeindrucken, sie ist am Stock festgebunden, steht kerzengerade und lässt ihre Buds weiter anschwellen. Leider habe ich bei sehr genauem Hinsehen doch ein welkes verdrehtes Blatt in einer Blüte gefunden und dieses mit der Blüte sofort entfernt. Weiteres Untersuchen brachte aber keine weiteren beginnenden Schimmelstellen zum Vorschein. 100% schommelfrei ist sie also nicht... Das Wetter ist jedoch sehr schimmelförderlich zur Zeit. Ich freue mich schon auf die Ernte, in ca. zwei Wochen dürfte es soweit sein und und dann benötige ich viiiel Platz zum Trocknen. Die DP ist dieses Jahr etwas kleiner als im Jahr davor, was sicherlich an der Düngemenge im Topf in der Vegetationsphase liegt. Entscheidend wird sein, ob das Entlauben etwas am Erntergebnis verbessern wird. Letztes Jahr hatte ich mehr Blätter an der Pflanze gelassen. The Durban Poison is not particularly affected by this; it is tied to the stake, stands straight as a die and continues to swell its buds. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, I did find a wilted, twisted leaf in one of the flowers and immediately removed it along with the flower. Further examination revealed no other signs of mould. So it's not 100% mould-free... However, the weather is very conducive to mould at the moment. I'm looking forward to the harvest, which should be ready in about two weeks, and then I'll need a lot of space for drying. The DP is a little smaller this year than last year, which is certainly due to the amount of fertiliser in the pot during the vegetation phase. The decisive factor will be whether defoliation will improve the harvest yield. Last year, I left more leaves on the plant. Thank you very much for visiting and best wishes for a mould-free week! 😀

Did some light LST, and a little more defoliation this week. Looking great, but it is a challenge managing this many plants in a tight area. I wont do this many next time. Switching to flower today 06/03

For my first photo period run this seems to be going well but looks like she will be in flower a bit longer than expected as she had a very slow 3rd week

The sizes... the sizes was really really small due the hot weather as it was a outdoor grow. (I have a video holding the bottom of my bonsai hahah)

So... It's that time again, I was planning on keeping her going for another 11 days but the trichomes are telling me differently, they are around 10% amber, with 70% cloudy and 20% clear. Personally, I like slightly speedy highs, and not such a fan of couch lock. So, she will be chopped in 4 days time (D121 - F74). I have cut back the nutrients, water is around 500ppm now, leaves on the top of the canopy are yellowing. The pistols have turned a pinky brown, and there is a real difference in smell these past few days, proper heavy dank smell. I will be swapping out the water for a final flush on D118 - F71. She will be in the dark for for the last 48 hours and temps will stay at 16ºc. She will be wet trimmed, a cola at a time, and then hung in my grow room in the dark at 55% RH and approx 14 - 16ºc. I will post one last flowering week once she is hung up in 6 days time or so, and then will post harvest details once she's dry enough to go into jars. Happy growing all!
