So far all is well. Left plant is looking great still. Right plant is still the same as it was, kinda "off." I cut the top off the main cola due to light burn. There's just no way that the plants energy it was directing to it was being used well. I'd rather it go to the rest of the plant because there's just no way that initial top was going to produce anything. It was gnarled. I've also noticed something odd going on with a couple of the buds on the stressed (purple) plant. I posted one of the pics in the pics for this weeks update. Looks kinda like bud rot to me but this is also my first grow so I could be wrong. It looks like it's only affecting the pistils. I may ask a question in the question forum just to be sure. It's odd though because conditions in the tent seem to be too dry maybe for bud rot (averaging in the 50-60% RH range and there is plenty of air circulation in that part of the tent. I'm thinking it could either be the plant negatively reacting to me cutting the main top off the other day or it's just the fact that due to the plant being stressed out for the entire grow that it's lost resistance to things like bud rot, etc.. essentially, I'm not sure at all lol.. Both plants are already showing a good amount of trichome production as the plants have almost switched from stretch flowering phase to pure on flowering/bulking phase. I can't wait to see the buds really start to mature and grow and get stinky. Carbon filter so far is working flawlessly. A week ago I was thinking it wasn't keeping up because when I'd come home from work I could smell pot but it turns out it was just my cannabutter supplies that I left out lol. D'oh. I've also been monitoring conditions in my basement over the past few weeks and have noticed that rain or no rain, the conditions down there are an average 66 degrees and 60-64% RH. With my dehumidifier if the conditions down there remain in that range, I should be able to achieve perfectly optimal drying conditions for when I harvest in 4-6 weeks or so. :) I am having a blast so far and can't wait to harvest and then really apply what I've learned online from youtube, here and reddit combined with my hands on experience from this grow to really fill out the canopy next time and also ensure both plants are the same height for some great yield. I'll probably mainline 2-3 plants for my next grow. I also want to eventually get into building my own soil and amendments but for now I'm just focusing on not learning & applying too many things at once. I just know that at some time I'd like to switch from synthetic nutrients to organic. I'm hooked for life to growing though!

Week 2 has gone just as well as I'd like it too! I had an accident during the week where I had dropped a sticky bug trap on one of my girls, this led to me accidentally ripping off a fan leaf and a half, but she seems to have come out of it just fine! (Thankfully). I have been feeding 1/3 strength nutes the past few feeds, stepping it up from 1/4. I will be watering until I see runoff from now on to prevent nutrients from building up in the coco. Update(day 15, 4/12/20) Today I purchased a new oscillating fan, co2 bags and a new hygrometer that hooks up to my phone and shows me stats. The girls have been putting in a lot of work over the past 24 hours. I also had a Purple Punch photo seed sprout today which I may be turning into a mother plant. I will be starting a diary for this girl too. Update (Day 16 5/12/20) Second purple punch photo popped today, going to keep 1 inside and give the other to my mom to take care of. The girls got their first 1/4 dose of calmag today fed at 6ph due to all the nutrients settling there.( I do have ph +/- but I'm going to try run this whole grow at 5.8-6.2. Update (Day 17 6/12/20) Plants seem happy today. Fan leaves producing a the pre-existing nodes are starting to shoot out quite rapidly. Unfortunately, my streets power went out today for ~90 minutes, I opened the tent, windows and doors to get any light in I could, thankfully the power came back on shortly after. I fed the girls today with very little run-off(I'm trying to perfect the amount of water they need). Update (Day 18 7/12/20) The girls have jumped up over night! I wont be feeding today as I'd like the coco to dry out quite a bit more. Update (Day 19 8/12/20 Gave the girls a small feed today with very little run-off Everything seems to be going well so far, I'm very thankful! Update (day 20 9/12/20) Everything is going pretty well today. I will not be feeding as the increased humidity has kept the coco more moist than usual. Will be feeding full strength nutes tomorrow! Growth is Great! I switched my MH out for the HPS on Saturday, I left the MH in for the first week of flowering bc I had read some bro science shit that the blue light helps with stretching or some crap 😂. I also came to the conclusion I have probably been underwatering them slightly the past week or so anyway. My #3 plant keeps trying to droop some of her leaves on the top half of the plant. Also think she might not be liking the high temps the past week or two 😬 Otherwise everything looks very healthy to me anyway. Have a tent on the way thats a good bit bigger than the closet everything is in now, so hoping that helps with temps.

Тупанул с удобрениями. Первую неделю растиха еще чего-то жрала, но под конец вижу, что чего-то не так: ну медленно растет, не должно быть так. Потом понял, что кокос промывал двое суток, а растиху поливал через раз чистой водой, хотя по сути нужно постоянно проливать слабым компотом. Чуток словил хлороз. На второй день после хорошей промывки растишка очухалась и начала развиваться. Хлороз остановился. PH понизил с 6.5 до 5.6. В целом неделя закончилась положительно. Растишки оклемались после жестокой голодухи, снова позеленели и начали расти дальше. Отставание от графика примерно на 4 дня из-за стресса. В следующий раз надо не забыть заправить кокос под 1500-2000 PPM и потом неделю поливать чистой водой.

29/3 the grapefruit is coming along nicely, buds actually smell like grapefruit! Lsd is so impressive! it’s on fire! The west coast ogs are still quite a bit behind..looking online, a lot of people seem to get these buds growing huge! Hopefully they get there.. BCN critical xxl popped 1 day after the LSD but has been the slowest to flower..It's just going into flower now. Light has been at 75% for the last week or so and is at around 23inches above. Have been feeding all plants alternating water/feed/water/feed 1 litre every 2-3 days. So far so good! 4/4 bcn critical xxl isn’t looking very happy at all..she’s fully flowering now but all of her new growth has been loooking droopy for the last week…not too sure what’s up there..

The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. Great growth and more LST The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. Adjusting the extraction fan Auto settings The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come.

Went away for a week and missed ideal harvest. Unfortunately, the harvest seems to have been fried to a crisp. Last time I share the responsibility. :(

Harvest time! I chopped her down early this week. She's been drying and is almost ready to take a weight for the harvest entry. She needs a day or two more though... she's not quite there yet.
