Day 56 - 29/05/2025 I'm considering this water as part of week 9 and did it fit the flush schedule correctly aligned with my required dates. As Mango Cream and Strawberry Cola 1 are going to the last couple weeks, I decided to start the flushing process over them. They already stopped the bulking phase and we concentrate the next weeks on terpenes and flavours development. Mango Cream buds are pretty dense like a rock. The Strawberry Cola has 70% of Mango Cream density. Pretty well too. I bought the Athena Fade to run a complete nutrient line following the Blended program + Fade. Let's see the results. On Strawberry Cola 2, as it's one week late because was one week later to soil, I keep following the feed chart as well. I reduced the NPK nutrients and increased the PK solution for bulking. By my schedules, I'll harvest Mango Cream and Strawberry Cola 1 at June 12th and Strawberry Cola 2 at June 19th. Day 59 - 01/06/2025 They are going so well and smelling like crazy. The last couple days my city was impacted by a heat wave and the temperature increased as fuck. I needed to remove the carbon filter to improve the air extraction. They are super frosty and I'm anxious to harvest them. It's planned for 12th June and the late Strawberry Cola for 19th. I was roughly enjoy a hangover when I was watering them and I watered with week nutes schedule. My fault, so bad. But hopefully they will hold until next watering where I should water only with 1/5 of schedule just to not strip the nutrientes from the soil and maintain the flush schedule reducing nutrients. 4/5 of the seeds germinated. FastBuds replaced my 5th one for free. I had only planned to grow 4 plants. First, I used Rockwool as to not disturb the root system using a heating pad to pop the seeds and a germination container. I only soaked them for the initial 30 seconds and did not rewet them as they were very moist.

Used 300 watts, produced over 400 grams of dry, extremely dank cookies. Thanks to top quality genetics, lights and nutrients.

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

The girls look good, they definitely filled up the place and now FINALLY the buds are taking shape 🌸 Surprisingly the Criticals stretched a bit more than the Gorillas, so far at least. Today my new tent arrived(120x120x200cm). So I’m excited to move them in their new home.

Noticed either a Calmag defiency or PH swing in the rear plant. Have been addressing both this week. Lots of progress during the week and buds are building nicely. Lovely aroma when tent is opened. I think mid flower is my favourite part of the cycle other than harvest. Great to see buds stacking. Took netting out as these girls wont get any taller now and easily manageable without. I built a little plant hospital for the missus as we dont get much sunlight here during late Autumn and Winter. Should keep them topped up for DLI over the coming months. I love growing stuff.

How lovely these little girls are with their long leaves, they have been transplanted and to my disappointment I did not get any root photos. They are sitting in our 2X2 at the moment but as soon as they are ready we will take our clones and put them back into the other tent for a bloom run. As for defoliation, so far it’s been two leaves each! They are happy girls and we hope they stay that way, it is almost audition time after all!

Like clockwork, all three of these girls sprouted in about 3 days. I've had %100 germination with all my 42 auto beans so far. Didn't feel like any nutes were necessary. Soil mix is about 50/50 Happy Frog and Recipe 420 Bhang. Gonna run Dirty Dozen this time around with a Co2 Dispersal Canister and see if we can grow sum thiccersonz!

I must say, these ladies do not want to finish! I still haven't observed any amber trichomes and they're getting rather plump! The flowers are beautiful and smell complex! Strong scents of diesel, floral and sweet. I have dropped the lights to 75% and have reduced the photoperiod to 10/14 in an attempt to push them to finish. The resulting DLI is 32. The temperatures have been brought down. 70°f during the day and 58°f during the night. I am highly anticipating the initiation of the dry-back, which is signaled by the first sign of amber. Less than two weeks left I would guess, but these ladies can take all the time they need. I have very high hopes for making top-shelf flower as well as trying to make some fresh frozen bubble hash for the first time! I'm surprised there hasn't been signs of hunger. But they appear happy and healthy! While there hasn't a nitrogen deficiency, the leaves are adopting a purple on some leaves. Very pretty! I'm looking forward to doing some updates about whether or not I saw sucess in the bubble hash. As well, I would like to update about my drying and curing methods. I've been doing research on the mechanisms involved in a dry and cure that provides the best smoke! My previous runs all had particular issues, whether it was poor enviornmental control or failing to purge the the off-gassing of drying flowers. I have high hopes! Tento týden jsem přidal Ionbeam S16 Full Spectrum LED na boky stanu , aby se světlo dostalo až dolů.. pH 6.3 a Ec jsem zvednul na 1.3 a myslím, že více živin holkám prospívá 😄 Celkově se holkám daří a vypadají zdravě.. jsou vitální a nikde ani žlutý list.. trochu se vytahují, ale né zase hodně.. tenhle kmen se mi dobře pěstuje.. nemám s ním zatím žádný problém. Květenství se začíná projevovat.. Jde to dobře 😄

So I believe the plants are coming to an end within a couple of weeks. I took everything off the timer and am now running 24/0 light schedule. I want to make the most out of what light is available. The plants need it. My tent is underpowered in that department, so increasing the duration of the light is all I can realistically do. Hopefully, it will help. The buds have been developing nicely. They are incredibly FROSTY 😍 so to keep the progress going, I have been sticking with the sea kelp for the potassium. Occasionally adding phosphorus with the bud explosion PK Booster. With much smaller doses in comparison, each time. There are definitely signs of nitrogen excess, with the clawing on many leaves. There are also extremely purple stems on the leaves. As I don't know what the seed was, I can't tell whether it is normal for the strain it is, or a nutrient issue, light stress, etc. (If you have any ideas, I'd appreciate them!) This one was planted in coco, perlite, and worm castings. Due to this being practically the first time I've used this mix without adding the peat based "light mix". I had not realised how quickly the pots will dry out, especially during the high water consumption of the flowering stage. I realise that I need to be treating it as pure coco. This can be fantastic, for example, if you have just one pot/plant and can provide all the waterings and monitoring continually and regularly. This tends to make you use more nutrients than necessary, as personally I find it difficult to use just plain water. I think many of us still can't help the feeling that we should be adding things to every watering. Therefore, when the frequency of the waterings increases, we are still adding nutrients EVERY time. Which is an overall increase in nutrients, too. For my part, I'm cutting the amount of nutrients per watering. I feel like nutrients are a bit of a crutch to growers. I'm still getting used to the coco and the waterings, but I am really enjoying it. If you don't check your plants multiple times a day, it may not be the best choice of substrate. For me, I'd much rather the pots dry quickly because it reduces the chances of mould and mildew, which I'm always concerned about. 30.5.25: I watered with 4L of plain dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.1. Harvest was great.. by far grew the biggest and the best. My favourite of the bunch.. Smokes really clean and gave me a little more than 2 ozs which i was greatful for as its an autoflower. Afghan Mass XXL definitley top quality seed and strain!

10.8 - Hard to believe we are in week 7 of flowering!? We've come so far! And I have no clue how far we have to go. Just watching closely for the leaves to start yellowing and the trichomes to cloud up. 10.10 - Going through a heat wave, flower tent crept up over 32C during the past two days. Probably not an issue for this lady. Let me know how close you think I am to harvest! I still see new whites coming in every day and the buds are still visibly plumping.

Germination and Preparation The Do-Si-Dos seeds from WeedseedExpress arrived well-packaged in a discreet envelope with bubble wrap and a branded shopping bag. The seeds look promising—large, with beautiful marbling. I started by soaking the seeds in water with a pH of 5.8. After just a few hours, one seed already sank to the bottom, not a good initial sign. Despite this, I kept all three seeds in the germination process, and all of them developed roots. The seed that initially sank seems to be doing fine, so I’m giving it a fair chance. The seeds are now placed in Jiffy pellets with a pH of 6.0. The temperature is maintained at around 24°C (75°F).
