So this plant was a dream, stayed so lush and healthy throughout, grew tallish, strong really bobbly, swollen calyx structure to the buds, really sparkly with crystals, just lovely. Smell is fruity and pungent, impressive yield, just great.

Harvest day - I save my harvest post for the yield results so I have one more to follow. Beautiful grow though and really impressed with the yield and results. I typically only grow indoors, this is my first full outdoor grow with a photo actually. It definitely changed how I view growing seeing the plants react outdoors. Also I’m in newly legal NY state and we would not be here today if it wasn’t for people like Jack Herer fighting for us at the most difficult times to do it. Jack was born in Buffalo, NY so this grow was a grow to pay homage to a man that led the way. This strain has also won the 2nd most cannabis cups behind only Skunk #1 a strain well deserving of the Jack Herer name.

Disaster struck. Lost a whole main cola on Blueberry. My best forensic investigation of the crime scene has determined that one of the many squirrels in my backyard jumped from an overhang. So upset but the rest of it looks happy KT1 getting very frosty and smelling great. OG tall as ever, into flower but taking her sweet time. I watered her three times this week with 1.2 liters of rainwater, and on the last occasion, I did also provide it with nutrients. At the beginning of the week the runoff water indicates that the pH level might be a bit high as 7.1. At the end of the week I've managed to lower the pH of the water, and now it receives water with a pH of 5.8. The runoff was 1800-1900 ppm, and 7 ph, so I will continue to lower the ph, and adjust nutrients too. Overall, she seems to be doing well, and I have no complaints.

Start of week 4, the blueberries had major bud growth during week 3 and they filled in nicely. There are a few signs of deficiency in the larger fan leaves, but overall I'm very happy with how the blueberries are growing. The Super Lemon Haze is showing signs of deficiencies, she's also hungrier than the blueberries, she got an extra 2 liters of nutes at 1/4 mute strength, the last two weeks. She may require full strength nutes in the extra feeding, to help with the deficiencies. Still, bud site development is coming along nicely on the SLH.

Watered 50 Gal fresh plain PHed water, ppm was around 2100 so if the 50 gal doesn’t dilute it enough then I will vac out the remaining water and rinse out the totes to get the salt/sandy particles off the bottom. I noticed the 2 mars 1600 leds are not getting light evenly to all the canopy so for my next crop I will be getting 2-6’ light rails and stagger the lights as they move, at 5-15 watts each they should be more efficient than getting 2 more 630watt leds. Also next crop I will be downsizing my scrog to a 7’ x 7’ giving me a 1’ perimeter for working & admiring 🙏🤤
