Hello. It's been hot this week. I'm about 4 days from flush and I'll try to flush for 2 weeks. I've seen some fungus gnats, but I try to run a very healthy greenhouse. I've seen 3 different types of spiders helping me out this year. 2 different types of jumping spiders, several harvesters (Daddy long legs) and a bunch of small web spiders. I think a nest of web spiders hatched near by, their webs are about the size of your palm. And of course Paper Wasps. I allow to live in the greenhouse. (check out week 5 for more on that). >I going to make my own seeds this year. I want my females to be about 3 weeks ahead of the male on flowering. The male is under lights and checked every couple of days for flower sacks, NO preflowers sacks too. As i have said before that's a male Dr. Atomic Northern Lights. Going to be crossed with my Amnesia Lemon, Burmberry and Skunkberry. What I want is the Burmberry to have more solid buds. > Amnesia lemon has not had any powdery mildew this year nor has her sister had any. I've gotten some on the other 2 strains. I'm trying frequency changed water " White Wash" works great, knocks the pm right out. I'll see if I'll use it again I'll be able to tell on the smoke and taste test when it done. That's all for now. Woche 5 – Struktur beginnt Die Laughing Buddha wurde diese Woche getoppt und geht jetzt in die nächste Phase. Das Topping fällt bei mir immer sehr mini aus um der Pflanze nicht mehr Stress zuzumuten. Außerdem gab’s ein leichtes Topdressing mit Bio Grow (1 g/L), um sie für das kommende Wachstum zu pushen. Die kleine Lampe wurde durch die Spider Farmer SF1000D ersetzt – jetzt gibt’s deutlich mehr Power von oben. Jetzt heißt es: erholen, verzweigen und Struktur aufbauen

Hey everyone :-). Today we have flowering day 30 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. This week they continued to develop very well 😍. The two babies in front will probably stay in their small size, which is not a problem because the small tent is intended for such test purposes 😀. Nevertheless I will do Scrog again next time 👍🤪. The flowers have started to swell and the resin is starting to spread 😍. A new water heater was installed and the tent was cleaned. The water was changed every 12-15 days. Otherwise there is nothing to report this week. Babies are getting tall and stretched, looks beautiful and still no issue, I must adjust properly the ph since my pen is not working anymore but still there’s no sign of any problem. Hope to end by beginning of June!

I will give a small back story but the real story here will be told from the plants perspective thru music. The most fitting song for the week will be edited down to the most relevant part and I will keep it under 1 min the best I can. I want it to be fast moving and entertaining not long and stupid and irritating. So....this was a cut I was experimenting with cuz I didnt need it and may have even been trying to kill it just a little. I'll spare the longwinded story. Too cold, too dry, light burn, neglect, over watering, misdiagnosis, nutrient burn, unsalvageable material, scissors, 1 yellowing leaf with just a little bit of green left sparked my interest. Thus begins the legend of the 1 Leaf Wonder....

Well CDG#4 had gotten so bushy it was messing up the netting and it was getting very hard to tuck due to all the growth. So I had planned on doing the 1st major defoliation a week after I flip but decided to do it early or risk something happening to my girl. So I did it Thursday night after Thanksgiving dinner. Damn did she protest the next few days. It's Sunday night and she has bounced back 200%. Just like they like to do. So flipping her to flower tonight. Nov 27th. Just replaced her water with the flower nutes. Also go my new cogs and parts in so I finished the light upgrade. It's pvc & alum. Angle so it's super ghetto. But it works and works awesome. 376 watts on high. Measured at the outlet. 8 citizen1048 cogs 3500 full spectrum. These have huge as heat fins. And at $18 each fin it's by far the most expensive part of the build. I've got 8 of them.

First week of heavier feeding, added Calmag & Bubblezym V2 and the day after they were very happy with it. Nice second week of flowering 🌸

Week 8 Flower Flush flush flush 💦🚽💦🚽💦 It's extremely important to flush for at least 14 days when using synthetic nutes, or any bottled nutes in my opinion. The aim is to make her cannibalize (fade) as much as possible before she's chopped. By doing this, she's using up her stored nutrients, causing the leaves to eventually die. The better the flush the cleaner the smoke 👌💨 even when in an organic set up, the plant needs to be nicely faded before being harvested. Otherwise she's still full of nutrients. I still feel I'll be able to get an even better flush when I eventually make the switch to RO water, as my tap water holds a ppm value of approx 150. It's not too much, but 0 is always better. She was taken down on Day 57 flower, after a 16 Day flush. I didn't want to take her any further as she was quite stressed being so close to the light. So to avoid getting seeds I waited until she had a beautiful fade before giving her the chop ✂️ I always take my girls down about 30mins before the light turns on so there is minimal chlorophyll production in the plant. This is to ensure the best smell, taste and overall burn after drying and curing. A subtle but very sweet-ish tropical fruit skin kind of smell to her. Her buds are super dense and covered in trichomes. I trimmed off all fan leaves and then each branch was hung in my drying box and placed in a cool area. She was dry after 6 days and ready to be dry trimmed and jarred for curing. I'll post those pics with the harvest update! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

Starting week 5 now. Still just watering with rain water. Girls still doing exceptionally well. Still no deficiencies and 2 of outer plants now trying to out grow center plant. Trichromes starting to form. Good leaf colors and room really starting to fill up with bud sites.
