Hey guys :-) We come to the end of the diary and thus to the penultimate update before the Smoke Report. As always, the lady was hung upside down to dry. At temperatures of 18-21 degrees and 54-60 % humidity. After 14 days they were neatly hand trimmed and placed in jars for remote harvesting. Report: I am very happy to write this report. The lady's overall growth was perfect from start to finish. And I don't just mean perfect, I've never seen such a beautiful variety with such beautiful flowers 😍. She had no problems with training ( topping ) and was very easy to grow. The yield was above average, which plays a minor role. In the end, the best yield and the most beautiful appearance of the buds mean nothing if the taste doesn't match. And here is exactly the miracle where all 3 features not only fit but are perfect. Now we come to the third and most important feature the taste :-). It not only smells incredibly delicious but tastes just as delicious ☺️😍. In the smell you can clearly see the choco notes as if you were opening a pack of chocolate. In the taste, this tone comes into its own a little more easily, but the notes of cheescake and fruit are all the stronger. It really tastes extremely delicious and has a very strong terpene profile 💚. I absolutely love it and will be making more phenotypes of this strain. Clearly deserves 10 out of 10 stars and a huge compliment to the Amsterdam Genetics Team 🙏🏻💚. The smoke report with the finished flower pictures will follow shortly. About a day into week 3 . Growing very strong and fast. Transplanted into the 5gal bags at night . Over week 3 they exploded. They wanted the room .. the 5gal bags made that happen. Amazing results with just foxfarm ocean forest soil.

3/14 Random hot day here, lights on temps ran upto 88 for about a half hour, when I got here I increased fan speed and got temps stabilized at 78. Thankfully I run lights on at night. 3/15 Flushed and hand fed plants tonight mold and hermie check complete. TB and BC really started to fatten up. Used 16oz can to illustrate current growth. (label hidden, not intentionally trying to advertise, can remove pics if not in compliance) 3/19 GSC cola starting to fatten up, some of the hairs on all but GSC are starting to yellow. 3/20 BC main cola is 75% cloudy, no signs of ambers. Breeder says 10 weeks cumulative life span but i think she will run 80 to 90. TB still a lot of clear probably 85 to 95 days, GG is a wild card sue to her structure, and GSC buds aee swelling. Cold damp weather ahead. Carefullysprayed leaves only down with sm90 as preventative measure. Tomorrow starts week 11

Se sueltan amarras de LST y se deja de tejer en la malla. Ramas presentan crecimiento del 100% durante la semana. Se sube un par de cms la malla. Defoliación selectiva en día 14. Riego por medio con fertilizantes. Riegos abundantes solo con agua. Pistilos comienzan a ser más notorios. Leve olor. Poda de bajos en una semana más. Ventilador en mínimo durante la noche. Al máximo durante el día.

Las 4 nenas del scrog iniciaron con el ciclo 12/12 el día 05/11/2021: están siendo alimentadas con advanced nutrients(dosis indicadas en la foto de la tabla). Las 2 nenas en macetas de 30LT iniciaron el ciclo 12/12 el día 26/12/2021: por el momento están siendo alimentadas con advanced nutrients(dosis indicadas en la foto de la tabla)

Week 2 (16/03/20) had abit of yellow turn up on the leaf. Took it as nutrient deficiency and topped up on A&B abit more. Now starting to look healthier. Started to tie the babys down to try and make a nice even canopy. Will upload week 3 next week😁👍

Flowerday50: I‘m really happy with the bud growth. I think the naturalgreenrootin leave spray did his job really well, I see more healthy plants this time. Struggleing a bit with the humidity (55%) but it is what it is. 2-2.5 more weeks, smell is crazy right now

Hey! At last the day of the harvest arrived. Before that, I stopped watering the plant 4 days ago, and turned off the lights 2 days ago. As for questionable techniques, I adhere to the principle - if it doesn’t get worse, why not try?😄 So, I put the harvested crop in a dark ventilated box, for about 10 days, I will observe. p.s. I invite everyone to the next update of the diary - I will sum up, remember the interesting moments of the cycle, and of course I will try the finished product, see you! 😍 Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦

These bad boys are cranking and getting close. Monitoring trichs and signs to harvest. All 5 seem to be close but will definitely finish up at different times. Took them out for some fresh air. Last pic shows you the variation. I’m estimating maybe 550-650 grams of dry. Did some light defoliation and added support spaced colas evenly.

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

An here we are. At the end of another cycle. The end of another year, and what a year it was. For Sunshine and me personally, it was a tough year, with our families sick on multiple occasions, life-threatening. We are very thankful for many things but most of all that all our parents are healthy again. We wish your families are as fortunate in the coming year. So we end this Gorilla's life with a swift cut of the scissors, after thanking her again for the companionship, the well-needed distraction, and all the love she has given me already. I sometimes read that people won't go near their plants when they are angry or sad. Please do go to your plants when you are sad or angry! They are millions of years old. They have been healers of animals and humans since they were around. Our emotions can not taint something so pure as the spirit of this plant. She will heal us, give her life for us, sacrifice herself for our healing. She is all-powerful and all-knowing, there is nothing we mere humans can do, except disrespect her powers. Bask in her glowing light, enjoy her soothing energy, her creative spark when you are in need of love, just don't smoke her at that time, for she will soothe you bit not give her treasures, she will seduce you. Next to thanking Santa Maria for her healing, we would like to thank our friends here, all who shared their kind words, advice, and attention. I had made a video to share my thanks on video, but every time I got very emotional. You guys have no idea how tough this year was. The gorilla is real easy to clean and sticky and cristally. Its amazingly great to smoke!
