Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Flowering Week 6 – Fading Leaves, Persistent Flies The sixth week of flowering brought a mix of progress and persistent problems. The whitefly issue unfortunately hasn’t gone away. I replaced both yellow sticky traps at the end of the week, and within minutes, two new whiteflies were already spotted on the fresh left trap. The old one had four additional flies on the back. This pest pressure remains a concern, but I’ve decided to hold off on further neem oil sprays for now, given how far along we are in flowering. I’ll keep monitoring closely. Nutrient-wise, I stayed cautious this week due to ongoing signs of overfeeding. Leaf tips are still showing yellowing and some burn, especially on the lower leaves. Many leaves have pronounced yellow spots and curled tips — a clear sign of excess nutrients earlier on. To reduce stress, I watered with plain pH-adjusted water (5.5–6.0). Total watering volume was approximately 29 liters This week I also did a second round of lollipopping, focusing on removing all small popcorn buds and lower growth under the net that wouldn’t develop well. Despite the nutrient stress and the ongoing whitefly presence, the plants are still developing well. Buds are getting chunkier, trichome production is visibly increasing, and the overall structure is solid. Still, I’ll be keeping a close eye on both leaf health and pest activity in the coming days. ⸻ TL;DR – Week 6: • New whiteflies still showing up – 7 total seen this week. Both sticky traps replaced. • Additional lollipopping done: removed popcorn buds and shaded growth under SCROG. • Leaf symptoms (tip burn, spotting) persist – watered with plain pH water, once with half HESI dose. • Watered 3x this week: 9.5 L (pH only) • Light stayed at intensity level 7

Being not expert with autos I can't complain about 190g in 3 months. I'm smoking and trying a bit , it's still a bit fresh so the taste is still developing and I will update this comment when weed it's cured. The high for the moment is light but nice, it's take your mind and not your body, very relaxing and smooth 👽👽

(alright guys so what happened here was that I started flushing too early and took advise from other canngrower and instantly added again all nutes, that's why I left her a lil longer until week 14 when I started to flush again, we are going to show you very well what we did, since it was our first time we were unsure if flushing at week 11 was alright but then we decided at week 12 that she could stay longer and she did) You might say we wasted some nutes but in terms of reality we did not, because we have a full bottle of 3.7gal mix with flora nova grow and flora nova bloom in the other, measuring ppm always to make sure we got the correct amount, otherwise we add more water or more nutes depending on the plant needs but we never waste away all precious nutes are precious resources, in this part of Latin America is really hard to find anything good, so we got to bring everything from Europe or United States that's why we doing the best we can with the money we got. Sorry guys been lagging on posting because got a lot other stuff going on n I figured this plant would’ve been chopped by now but I must say she’s been filling out quite nicely..I lowered the light hours to try n see if thatll he’ll ripen her a bit faster as I’m looking to replace her with another plant

Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. What type of deficiency is this? Thanks in advance for the help. Happy growing, BM 4TwenTee *****Update on LIGHT STRESS:***** Okay I think I got this figured out. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

Day 64. Girls are just brilliant !!! Smell, view - pure joy ! Both fades nicely and i would love to push them two more weeks, but i think i gave last watering and this Wednesday they are chopped, but maybe ... ;))) Day 66. Last light and last photoshoot, nothing to add, they are - Beauties !!! Smell is driving me nuts ;))) Even with carbon filters you can easy smell them 10-20 meters away. Had to order more powerfull and bigger ones ;))) All remaining updates will be in harvest week. 24 hours of darkness and Chop Day !!! P.S. sorry for off-focus, my cam is still faulty ... Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can’t raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn’t be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I’ll go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I’m feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let’s me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I’ve been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she’d respond if I went scissor happy. I also can’t say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can’t tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!

Repotted into 20L pots. Accidentally snapped a stem while using plant bends but she will recover nicely so not to worry. Again not enough pictures/videos in early veg unfortunately. EC also upped slightly.

In my experience, mango is a bit hard to to achieve the best looking and tasty smoking buds. I had to do many extra stuff at the end, gave a lot of stress to plants. Fortunately, everything worked out so well, the stress doesn't interfere with the taste much. It smoked very good, hit heavy indica with tropical kush taste. Lastly, Within a control environment with proper knowledge, I did all of these in my whole plant cycle : LST, HST, chiropractic, stem splitting, extreme cold stress, and total darkness.

Well, it’s underway... I can’t wait to see everyone’s diaries coming along at the same time, especially now I’ve found some others in the competition with the same strain. So to start off, I popped the seeds into lukewarm water until they all stuck out a taproot. This process approximately took 24 hours. After that, I placed the seeds straight into a 6.0ph damp mixture of coco coir with perlite, mixed with a low dose of monster bud mix, supplied by Zamnesia. Then I placed the pots under the LED light for one night and 4/5 girls have put their heads up. I’m going to give all 5 seeds about 2-3 weeks in small pots to reveal which plant has the strongest genetics, followed by the best being potted into the competition pot provided by Zamnesia. The plans are showing 3 different height the tallest one was the one that I did less training on and the other two I did fairly the same amount of training I believe that one of them it's not growing very fast compared to The other two because they're showing some form of sign of nitrogen deficiency so i will increase the nitrogen for the next week the heights are like this: 30 inch 22 inch 14.25 inch The shortest plant seems to be stretching now a little bit more comparative to two days ago before increasing the feed of nitrogen I don't think I will use this type of soil again just because I don't see the plants responding as well as the time that I use soil with 30% of Coco in it definitely that combination the plans and The Roots seem to thrive very good with it now I'm using soilless Pro mix pH and I'm not too in love with it. Also the plans have a very strong cheese skunk smell not overpowering just really nice. Day 45 today I feed my plants solution a little bit heavy on the nitrogen today in order to try to flush out any build-up salt that could be causing a lockout or simply just i haven't water enough because I don't like pouring too much water on to them to avoid actually run out ( is always a lot of work and very messy). Hab heute (31.1) die Apple Fritter aus dem Zelt geschmissen. Kollege ht sich gefreut, hat leider gespargelt, hab sie noch für ihn umgetopft auf 20L. Wird ihr denke ich sehr gut tun wen sie die nächsten Tage gut behandelt wird. Die Apple Fritter geht dafür gut Steil. Hat wie die anderen gute Stickstoffmängel aber die hab ich hoffentlich gelöst bekommen. Jetzt wo auch mehr Platz im Zelt ist wirds denke mal :)
