Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! These Runtz girls are showing their potential, and we’re dialing in every little detail to ensure they thrive. Let’s dive deep into everything that happened this week! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Moving to the TrolMaster Ecosystem – A Game Changer Big move this week—our Runtz girls officially transitioned into the TrolMaster Ecosystem, and let me tell you, they are absolutely loving it! Hello Diary, The second week of flowering is over and as you can see from the photos, Medusa is developing incredibly fast. The flowers are filling up really nicely, taking on an already beautiful scent that overwhelms me when I open the Farm's door. All in all, both plants are beautiful, although they differ in structure, the flowers are almost identical on both plants. It's unbelievable to me that it's only the fifth week since the beginning of the vegetation, they are really developing very quickly. They stagnated in height growth, only a few centimeters this week, so they reached their maximum height of about 50 cm. This requires more frequent watering, so I increased the amount when watering and the time interval between each watering decreased. The conditions are good, the temperature is around 25 degrees while the humidity is around 45%. Here's what it looked like last week. 22/02/2023. - Day 29. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, lowered the pH. at 6.0 and I watered both plants evenly with that amount. 26/02/2023. - Day 33. Watering. This time I added Bigger Flowers and Thicker Flowers from the Bio Flowering Booster palette. I also removed a couple of leaves at the very bottom of the plant to make watering easier. 28/02/2023. - Day 35. Photographing and measuring plants. Hello everybody!🙏🏿🌸 the girls recovered well after the topping , with no grow stops and feeling pretty good! ( 2 of them even got 4 new main stems ) Looking forward for the first trimming and flower phase. Moisture is pretty high, I noticed water forming under some pressed leaves. -They getting 1,25,l 2x per week - The roots start to grow out at the bottom of the pot Fan running on full power and they hearing classic music most of the time Day 20 -each Lady got 1,25l - pulled the baby leaves at the bottom -replaced them in the tent - placed van on a higher point " Cant wait for start of next week and flower phase🌸🙏🏿" Day 21 - noticed water on the side of the tent - leaves got greener after watering - some leaves got little burns on the edges so i adjusted the light

I defoliated all her big leaves never done that before…she took it quite well. I fed her some Fox Farm Tiger Bloom on the first sign of flowering so that should increase her flowering abundance…so far so good!

We’re officially in the first week of flowering, and the stretch has already started! 🌿 The plant without LST has shot up quickly, growing tall and strong. However, I noticed a few rusty spots on the leaves, which might be a calcium or magnesium deficiency. To help, I’ve slightly increased the CalMag and Bloom nutrients for that plant. 🌱 Other than that, everything seems to be going well, and I’m happy with the overall progress. It’s exciting to see them enter this new phase, and I can’t wait to see how the buds begin to form! 😁✨

First time growing so this week went well i'd say. Everything seems to be on time and looking well so we will see how the further weeks play out. Very excited to see the progress.

9.2.25: The plants had a good watering, they're all still drinking a lot. Which is great, as that means growth, which, at this stage, we desperately need! I went ahead and gave all the plants a thorough watering each with: 2ltrs of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.5 with:- ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid I don't know how this scrog net is going to work out. I think the squares are too big. It's elasticated, which I like. However, I'm extremely cautious with watering and moving the net. It's only a matter of time before I break more branches. It's such a hassle with it in there, honestly. I can't get in the tent properly to even check the weight of pots, as it's all weaved through, and again, I will snap branches. I did have a free net with the tent, which I think was smaller squares. I think I will use some other training next run. It's really not my kind of setup. I'm too interested in moving things and inspecting the plants constantly. The net is driving me up the wall. 😣 I'm considering removing it and trying something else, but it's also a bit too late for oldest plants.9.2.25: Gave the plants another good soak. I used 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. It contained the following nutrients; ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid ♡ 0.5g of Ecothrive Biosys. The plants are undergoing explosive growth at this stage, which I'm thrilled by! Purple Lemonade is turning purplish hues. Pink Mist has so many bud sites and is looking very healthy. Do-sì-dos is growing vigorously and looking promising, especially considering all my unfortunate mishaps! 😅 Watermelon also has considerable growth. However, my training has made a mess out of the structure. Which I consider another valuable take away. Bubble

She is very tall 80cm. This plant might be a monster with some fat buds and long flowering like haze genetic. The main collar will be very fat once fully coverbin buds

Moving along into flower nicely, spent a day and change inside hiding from the rain and wind from the hurricane remnant. Back outside now.
