GMO (Garlic mushroom onion) was slow to flower but came on strong weeks 8 and 9 to produce some dense heavy sticky buds. The dry weight of the plant material is unsure, but I’ll report the weight of various bubble microns when dry. Pictures of the dry bubble and maybe a melt shot impending! To dry, I decided to microplane into pizza boxes lined with parchment. It’s been fun growing along with everyone on grow diaries. Awesome

I stopped feeding last Friday, and they’ll be on plain water until harvest. I’m not convinced by the lack of proper experimental evidence behind flushing, but I wanted to try it myself since so many people report a difference. I’m planning to harvest in about 7–10 days, aiming for a less sedative effect, while still preserving terpene production.

Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. The buds will be swelling over the next 2 weeks, getting heavier, and more resin too. The plants look a little wilty and feel light, so I'll water them as soon as I'm done here. It's nutrient twice and water once at this stage, and they get water this time. This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned

Fed only distilled water every 3-5days. Lowered the lights down to 14 in from the tops...stopped all training. Pretty much just letting them grow without bothering them. Just keeping an eye on the temps n humidity daily. Easy relaxing grow.

The flowering now really has kicked in and the first trichomes are appearing all around the flower crowns. The plants start to exude an intoxicating sweet smell...I LOVE IT! There’s still a lot to learn. Just when I thought things were back in the sweet spot, moderate signs of nutrient burn started to appear. Several older leaves are showing the typical symptoms, so I’m cutting back on feeding and switching to pH’d water for the next couple of weeks until they stabilise and it’s time to flip. I’m also hoping the move into the 11L pots encourages more lateral growth, because what I have right now can’t really be called a canopy yet 😅. The goal is to fill things out properly before installing the net and thinking about 12/12. For now, it’s about restraint and letting them rebalance. This week have been all about making sure the bud sights get enough light and enough water. They drink rapidly now compared to the first 10 week of its stage. Very happy with the result i didnt expect to do so well with that many bud. So i am happy with this still and still as excited as i were in the start of the grow. I learned to be more patients with plants. I am planning on harvesting in week 17-18. This will be bombass weed i can see and smell it. Smells like a candy shop every time i open the tent :D
