- WEEK 8 - ----- Day 50 ----- Woo hoo. End is in sight and the plants are still PACKING the pounds on. Big Bertha is 11 inches long, 2 inches wide. The hidden massive Gertha is 8 inches in circumference in the middle in just bud alone and isn't even the largest part of this 8 inch long nug... Fed 1150ppm 13L 6.4pH 5-15+ days left. 2-4 days till I start looking into trichome finish period. Forgot to take a regular full shot and shots of tropicanna glookies. oh well. Later tonight if I remember. I stopped bud candy cause I'm using a lot more molasses and its literally a sugar in itself so why put in bud candy which is just sugars... seems redundant. ----- Day 51 ----- Easy day of watching. Some nice bud shots today. The whole basement smells of weed candy. Back right Tropicanna is pineapple gummy bear, front right is just gummy bear. Wedding Cake is like sweet weed, you get the regular smell of pot but instead of skunky its sweet but that Tropicanna is just alllll candy no weed smell at all. I did the first 60x shot today. 5% cloudy 95% clear on the Tropicanna. Long ways to go. I'll be doing the Wedding Cake later tonight, got side tracked. ----- Day 52 ----- Fed 1200ppm 6.4ph 12 Liters Tropicanna Glookies is going full blown purple. Should be covered in dark purple coloration within the week. Wedding Cake is just fat. Super fat large nugs. Easy day. Forgot to take trichome pics of Wedding Cake will do that later today probably. Well, the largest bud is 1 foot in circumference now... rofl ----- Day 53 ----- Easy day. Fed some water, they're getting thirsty again. I'm going to do a 13L feeding , then next day 5L water. So that's what I did today. I'll be dropping the Kool Bloom Powder & CaliMagic by day 56 and only feed 1/2 strength molasses only. Will pick the buds off as they finish, not gonna do 1 big chop unless it manages to turn out that way. Colors are going wild. Will check Wedding Cake & Tropicanna trichomes before lights out will update pics then. ----- Day 54 ----- 1300ppm 13L 6.4ph fed Here's some pics. Wedding Cake is nowhere near ready by the trichomes. Barely any cloudy, no amber. ----- Day 55 ----- Tropicanna really turning purple now starting to infect the leaves at top of canopy. Can't wait for what Day 63 holds for all these ladies. Not going to check trichomes till probably day 58 Easy day, last fert feed with chemical nutrients tomorrow, after that its just molasses. ----- Day 56 ----- Didnt even bother with ppm/pH. Molasses. roughly 30-50ml in 13-15 Liters. Smoked a tester of the Tropicana Glookies (Sativa) God daaaamn. Shits fire. Extremely strong. Very Cerebral and its not even at its peak yet... I've chosen Tuesday as Harvest day for both Tropicana Glookies plants (they're clones of each other) A single Wedding Cake testing nug is drying right now, I'll judge when it gets harvested based on the high, and if not sufficiently near my level i'll give it 2 days before drying another nug and trying again. I want heavy ass couch-lock. 6 days for Tropicana. Probably 8 for Wedding Cake. Will send samples off to Canvas Labs for testing like I've done in the past and will be making both edibles and bubble hash and will post those here as they happen. Once thats done I will see if I can restart veg mode in this grow, and if so I will keep this going until the plants die (and just make side diaries for each individual plant variety grow). Ok, so day 46, i see a lot of “hairs” turning dark/brown/yellow, so i gave it fresh water no nutes. But it is only the top buds, so maybe i will feed 1-2 times more before flushing. Thats for lsd-25. blueberries, on the other hand needs more time. Day 47: very beautiful colours, and the sweetest smell ❤️

Commencing week 3/Day 15 on November 7th* My 🍋 🍰 (Lemon Cake) & 🌻💣 (Flower Bomb) cross stock/stash has been transferred into foam cups with Pro-Mix. Light water with spring water and misting and they look like happy babies under the same lights in my parlor/living room they have been under since being sown. After transplanting the personal stock; I moved the germination tray and dome along with the remaining GZs, BHs, 818s, and RD into the basement aka 'grow area' to acclimate: as this will be their new home. This basement is my hydroponic grow area and has a much lower ambient temperature - which is great for flowering - but can be tricky with vegging depending on how this winter 2018 treats us New Englanders. We shall see. Also the humidity is harder to control but I believe this year I am better prepared to manage optimally. So now in order to follow along I must explain this. I have separated the seeds doc from my own and the feminized ones I have paid for. The stats reflected in the diary that you will now see Will Follow the hydro setup but I will continue to explain in the comment section the soil grow up stairs stats. Day 15 my personal stock will remain upstairs underneath the 600 watt umbrella Hood that is dialed down to 250 Watts. (Which is shared with house plants). The lighting shedule here is 12/12. the intention here is to basically treat them as houseplants and be happy with whatever I get while I take note of phenotype variation and maybe hopefully I'll find a keeper or two 😄 They are now in one quart size foam cups of Pro-mix. the ambient temperature is 75 degrees and the humidity stays around 55. Day 15 my paid for/professionally bred seedlings were acclimated to their new environment in the basement for a little while and then transplanted into their new outfits: 3.5 gallon deep water culture (DWC) buckets with 6 inch net pots, lava rock medium and regular 2 inch airstones. These plants are under a predominantly T5 lighting with the exception of two being under T5 and a diamond series LED with flowering Spectrum turned completely off and vegging Spectrum dial down to only 50 Watts. The lighting plan here is to keep them under 24 hours for just a few days. Day18 the Gorillaz are beastly little things. They are growing the fastest and largest. The Boss and the Raspberry are close behind the GZ and tied for second place. The 818's still seem to be runt-like. Otherwise all in the hydro looks healthy. Also last night I put timers on so the plants are getting 16/8 (in the form of 8hrs on followed by 4hrs off. This happens 2x per 24hr day. Reason being that I've read the rate of photosynthesis peaks at 6hrs and then descends) lastly I've been PHing daily down stairs only making minor adjustments and keeping the PPM between 550-600 ppms Day18 the Parlor stock is still doing well also. I've noticed this so far as differences:. The leafs are smaller and darker then the basement strains. And there seems to be more stem growth, or maybe stretch. Otherwise these plants are rivals the others in size. Except for the 2 🍋 🍰 seedling that popped open almost a week after the others. Day 21Nov21 - the PH is staying nice around 5.8 for 3 days now with no minor adjustments. Removed all mini plant stakes (ie paperclips etc lol), little baby seedlings no longer need help staying propped up. Root hairs are poking out in every direction of Root Riot cubes, (see video) excited because once those roots hit the waterrrrrrrr 💣boom explosive growth! As far as growth goes all three GZ still in lead. I might even have one early starting purple💜 🦍 baby (see pic of GZ2 DAY 21) *This is day 15 from seeds being sown on Oct 22nd, not popped open and or tap root showing etc.

I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the main stem growing any taller and repotted them into 4L pots, once they show roots I'll flip them over to flower. They've all outgrown their mutations but the apple fritter has a slight varigation.

i harvested the top part of my grapefruit plant as i checked the trychones and they were 20% amber the lower half had mostly cloudy but no amber ro im going to give it a last feed then flush in about 5 days for 7 days should bd ok then .. Ive raised thr grapefruit off the ground to stop fluids mixing between them as one gonna have a few more feeds where the other is on flush My other plant the bushy banana blaze is foing ok had a good 2-3 weeks i rekkon till i even think about harvest

The buds have become noticeably denser compared to last week, with an impressive amount of resin forming. Trichomes are mostly milky now, with a few still clear - no amber ones yet. 🔸 The smell is evolving too: still that strong musty "forgotten laundry" funk, but now with a distinct sweet-spicy berry twist, almost like overripe blackberries. Very pungent! 🔸 Unfortunately, the humidity is still too high, but better than last week (currently 63%), which could become a problem. Today I finally turned on the dehumidifier and increased airflow using all clip fans at max setting. The dehumidifier now maintains a constant relative humidity of 50-60%, which I am very satisfied with. It does make it 2-3 degrees warmer in the tent, but I can live with that. 🔸Now give them 1-2 weeks of overdrive from AN and then only water. Great germination for this lady, on first week of veg, she's a cracker already, I will be growing this one along side the wedding cheesecake, will be chucking her in to a 20L pot closer to flower 🌼 happy days 👌 happy growing and stay green ✌️ 💚 👌

Zhampagne - Compound Genetics Day 84 🚿 She was watered twice this week, with 3L of RO tap water, with defined nutrients, mixed in order and then pHd to 6.3. No alterations in feeding this week as she is still bulking 💪🏻 ✂️ She has been working hard on bulking her flower again this week, and her flower is huge! I'd say she'll be ready for harvest in the next couple of weeks! No work required on her this week, as her internodal spacing and low leaf count has made her super easy to manage! 🙌🏻 🌸 Her flower has grown so quick, you can almost see the finished product! It's so cosmic looking, with shades of deep green contrasted with the white pistils and hints of dark purple on her sugar leaves - she's spectacular!! Her aroma is also present, very menthol sweet with a hint of biscotti - I can easily say that this one of the best smells I have ever experienced in plants!! 🌸🌸🌸

Bloom week # 1 , had to dial the nutrients back a bit but I think I’ve got it dialed in now , explosive growth now with the heat pump and Co2 are in a sealed room . Lots of new shoots , going to be a very full canopy . Did some cleanup in the bloom room last night and lollipoped the Zombie Kush , will finish the under canopy cleanup this weekend

Finally flipped and HOLY MOLY is it awesome to start seeing the flowers coming in for the first time on your first grow. Super delayed flip to flower and I am manually switching the lights/opening tent every day due to prioritized spending. BIG HUMIDITY PROBLEM. As I have still not hooked up an outtake fan for the tent I don't see my girls surviving past the next couple weeks so hopefully I can get that figured out. I'll open it up to 95% RH by morning and it sits around 60% even with an open tent. Other than that, I'm happy with the bud sites gained from my first ever grow. Just feeling my way through Topping, Fim, SCROG, and LST was fun a rewarding for sure. Just have to make sure they reach the finish line. TUES: Cleaned tent floor and walls with disinfectant wipes, seemed to get rid of the smell so far. Still worried about the humidity in the closed tent during the dark period. Need a duct fan hardcore before the buds start coming in. The first sight of trichs already sent me into a Powdery Mildew panic. 😱 THURS: Humidity break. Down in the 45% range and have been able to keep it in the 80s with a huge bowl of dried pasta in the tent lmao no coffee whitener or rice on hand 😒 Defoliation of light blockers and bunch ups to improve the airflow in the canopy. I'm hoping the UV lights in my LED set up are enough to keep mildew at bay and can get the dark period RH% down before buds fatten and there is risk for rot.

Feeding every 4-6 hours, no plain water until final flush 4. Clone Auto en early stages of vega I think it is enough to begin and we will see how it will react to my madness
