End of week 5 - Night 41 Added a couple videos, one from the side of the buds and one from the back (LST) things are going well for this plant now, it may only be 15-18cm but its flowering stronger than my other plants. the smell is just getting more pure and strong every day :) and its getting frostier too :D so excited! I have to grab myself a magnifying glass of sorts on monday to try and estimate when harvest will be :o

Mega Power plant auto grew great. I ran her a bit long and she foxtailed on me. I was aiming for more of a good night kinda smoke. Hopefully with the relaxing qualities of this strain, plus the extra ripeness I may have a winner. I won't find out likely for about 2 months. Between dry time, and others ahead of her with my schedule I am getting them done as fast as I can. Very frosty flowers. Has a sweet earthy fruity smell. I have a harvest video that would not upload. So we are still recovering from light stress. The stress is leaving as shown in the new growth on the top. Some might say this is nitrogen burn.but it cannot be as it's organic, micro dosed alaska fish emulsion. This is my first rodeo as I've been gardening for 20 years now. The only thing new to me is the LED lights. Hopefully those two phenos turn out to be male. Because I just don't see them being very vigorous for the duration of the grow.

The grow cycle went smoothly, I did not update this diary as much as before, because I realised that I enjoy more the whole growing process than the documentation part.

In dieser Woche wurde die Düngemenge Hesi Coco auf 4ml/l erhöht. Der EC Wert steht somit auf 1.0 Ich habe die Ladies in dieser Woche 1 mal austrocknen lassen und dann mit der erhöhten Menge Dünger stark gegossen (aber nicht geflusht). Das Wachstum hält sich in Grenzen.... ca. 1,5 cm pro Tag, das ist nicht sehr viel aber ok wenn Sie jetzt hoffentlich noch 1 Woche etwas weiter wächst. Da es draußen immer noch scheisse kalt ist, keine aktive Zuluft sondern nur aktive Abluft nach draußen. Temperatur zwischen 18-24 Grad. Luftfeuchtigkeit könnte ein bisschen besser sein... ich werde aber noch nicht nervös. RLF zwischen 38und 45 %. Die ersten Blüten treiben aus und ich werde bald noch ein bisschen mehr füttern. Blätter sehen gesund aus, keine Mangelerscheinungen. Die Lichtmenge der HID Lampe wurde von 500 Watt auf 530 Watt erhöht.

Most growers run 12/12 — and while that’s great for many strains, we’ve chosen 11/13 for a specific reason: 🌒 Shortening the light period can help trigger earlier flowering and more aggressive hormonal shifts, particularly in sativa-dominant or haze genetics like these. 🌘 In nature, light hours gradually decrease, and this slightly shorter photoperiod mimics late-season sun, signaling to the plant that it’s time to reproduce. In our experience, this encourages a quicker transition into flower, sometimes with denser stacking and better resin development down the line. The trade-off? Slightly less daily photosynthesis, but with the right lighting power and nutrition, it more than balances out. ⸻ Nutrient Shift – From Start to Top As we flip into flower, we’ve also transitioned our nutrient formula to support the shift in energy: • Removed: • Aptus Start Booster – previously used to support early-stage root development and vegetative vigor. • Introduced: • Aptus Top Booster – same application rate (0.25 ml/L), but designed to stimulate early flower development, improve transition timing, and lay the groundwork for bloom stacking. Why this change? Because the hormonal shift has begun. We’re no longer supporting root initiation, now we’re priming the plant for floral identity, helping her internal systems prepare for the stretch, calyx development, and bloom site stacking. Our base feed remains: • Regulator – 0.25 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml/L • Top Booster – 0.25 ml/L ⸻ Growth & Structure Update These girls are branching like mad, spreading their wings and showing incredible vegetative structure just before stretch kicks in. The psychosis looks like it's stopped growing right at it limit for the space that it is in... hopefully it doesn't grow anymore than 4 inches from now. All plants are doing great tbh and the space is getting limited for maintenance now but after week five I won't need be inside the room until around harvest time !!

Plants left pretty much unattended the entire week. pH spiked up to 6.5 during this time, might have to start looking at the pH every couple of days and correcting accordingly. So far, so good, leafs looking a little lime green, but it's been a long time since my last hydro grow, so I'll play it conservative and wait before I start increasing individual nutrients.

Not much to update. Buds stacking nicely.

I'm happy with the way she's turning out.. bud sites everywhere! Starting to smell skunky, but nothing overwhelming!

Buds should be dried at 20 degrees in the dark at 40% humidity

Forgot to update last week. Have multiple dairies going at once. I love running pyramid Seeds genetics, never once have i been let down! Week 4 the end of last day, and growth this last 7-10 days has been HUGE to say the least.

The honeydew fallout from the spotted lanternflys in the maple tree above have gotten out of hand. It's almost a constant mist. The only thing I could think to do beside moving them like an ancient Egyptian was adding a protective canopy of some sort. I wanted to get the clear poly weave but this green one was half price so went with it instead. With the way I have it oriented, it doesn't really block out that much direct sun too. In the morning and afternoon the angle of the sun is able to shine right on the plants. It's kind of a win win because should decrease my chances of mold later down the road towards harvest time if it does decide to rain a bunch. I tried washing the plants once this week with some light soap and water with a little baking soda mixed in. I rinsed with cone setting with hose right after and the plants were praying next day but i didn't have canopy up yet so they got hit again. I spotted several pale green assassin bugs on my plants so now Im a little nervous about washing the plants again because I want to keep them around. They are nymphs right now I may try to collect the ones i see become cleaning the plants one last time. Hanging that canopy was one of the more frustrating things I've done in a while. I wasn't sure If or how it would work but I has some medium gauge synthetic rope I tied to the eyelets and eventual 4 tree limbs. I had to bounce back and forth to get it tension climbing my fruit trees and 8 foot ladder. I originally disassembled an unused tomato trellis i built to use some of the lumber to build a post to tie off on in one corner but it ended up being at the wrong angle relative to the tarp and I started to get worried if a storm ripped it out of the ground. So I opted to used only the surrounding trees. After getting it all tension I realized that it was to far to one side leaving two of the plants almost exposed, so I had to come back the next day and re adjust but now I have it in a pretty good spot. I survived a decent storm already this week. Just hope it lasts. Overall making outside feel slightly leas stressful and anticipating more of a good harvest rather than just an experiment with my first outdoor grown.

Curta semana de floración de la famosa critical, la verdad que la variedad va creciendo bien, la veo fuerte más allá alguna caga...da que habré hecho x eso lagunas hojas amarillas y algunos errores más de novato, es mi primer indoor así q pegas, muchas, como x ej el "exceso" de nutrientes q marcan las hojas, como tanbm la "falta de nutrientes" q marcan las hojas( no todas las hojas ni todas las variedades), esty un poco confuso con ese tema, no me excedo en los ml del producto, hay riegos de agua de x medio tanbm 🤷🏻‍♂️ es obvió que esto me pasaría, pero siempre con la buena onda y con la positiva... 🙌🏻👍🏻 Se las ve fuerte y en nada veremos qué tal sale todo... 2 of the 5 coco plants are doing good but 3 others were looking awful and got behind. It was a bit unexpected. I've never had such unhealthy plants before. The peat side is doing good The runoff PH on some plants was 5.2. Adding way too much phophoric acid to get to 5.5 (Plagron recommendation) Well, fuck their recommendations. looking objectively, they are so dark green that the EC of 2 is probably also unnecessarily high. After a few waterings they are back to normal PH and EC, growing well again and getting back on track! Now I will not go above 1.5 or 1.6 anymore. === update I got some of those white crawling bugs. They came up after watering. I hit them with Gnatrol WDG and BAC vitality (as root drench) and they died. They only live in the air-pots. After the nuke I had to flush out the pots with 4 liters of nutrient solution because the PH came down to 5.

Bisher läuft es glaube recht gut … Die kleinen wachsen brav … Habe mal 2 weitere Nutrients hinzugefügt und Versuche den VPD Wert irgendwie konstant zuhalten 🙈👍 Dank 4 Blumat Classic pro Topf reicht ab und zu bisschen sprühen aus dem Befeuchter… heute das erste mal die kleine Pflanze abgedeckt und ganz leicht von oben die trockene Erde mit den neuen Nutrients zusätzlich befeuchtet. Mal schauen was sie so bewirken …
