FBA2502 Plants 1-6 Week 7 May 11– 17 FLOWER 3 Nutrients : Micro 25 ml Gro 10 ml Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/11 PH 6.56, PPM 1560, temp 69 2ltr each 5/12 PH 6.31, PPM 1120, temp 68 1 ltr each 5/14 PH 6.66, PPM 1280, temp 70 1 ltr each 5/15 PH 6.66, PPM 850, temp 72 1 ltr each 5/11 Defoliation, feed, pics & videos I made 4 gallons, used 3 to water then poured the runoff back into the rest in the bucket. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. Welcome to week 1 of my New Diary to Rule Them All!!! Here's the line up: 2 - CBD Medi Kush by Spliff Seeds 3 - DinaMed CBD+ by DinaFem 1 - Critical+ by DinaFem 3 - Cream & Cheese CBD by Seedsman 7 - Cherry Blossom CBD Hemp by Elevator Supply Co The 2 CBD Medi Kush plants and 2 of the DinaMed CBD+'s were all started from seed at the same time. All others are clones taken from cuttings from the plants I currently have in flower (the flowering plants are in the video). So the cuttings and seedlings were in my humidity for roughly a month. The first round of cuttings didn't do so well, so I took some more cuttings later when the plants were further into flower. A couple of the cuttings I took further into flower look amazingly good now, tons of nodes, branches, etc. Looking like a little bush. Once all surviving clones/seedlings were healthy enough I transplanted from dixie cups to small pots (I guess around 1 litre). They were transplanted into soil I had been composting and turning for 3-4 weeks. They really responded well to the transplanting and the new soil. Noticeable growth in 48 hours. My plan this grow is to go organic (or as organic as possible). While the soil was composting I added old fan leaves to the mix as well as Recharge, Mr B's Green Trees 'Growth', and Jobe's Organic granular fertilizer. I know, I know, everyone says don't use time release nutes with cannabis. BUT, The Rev said it was fine in his "True Living Organics" book. He actually recommends putting spikes in the flowering pots prior to transplant (I'm planning on trying that too). Recharge and Mr B's Green Trees don't claim to be organic specifically for whatever reason, but the ingredients include pretty much everything The Rev recommends adding to composting soil. Plus I love Recharge, that stuff is great! Organic or not I'll be using Recharge along the way. Here's the setup... First of all, I'll let you know my grow area is in my attic. The previous owners finished the attic with walls lights and even carpeting, but for some reason kept the folding attic stairs. Its pretty a pretty good space, we divide the attic in half. One side for my plants, they other for attic type storage. I have 2 2x4 tents and a larger flowering area (10x12'ish). One of the tents I use for drying only, the other is where I have these babies growing. The babies are currently under a single Viparspectra V300 300W LED. I'm having really good results with Viparspectra LED's. Bang for the buck, Viparspectra is hard to beat. I have a 2nd 300W Viparspectra which is a R300 (more reds) which is better for flowering. I may stick the R300 in the tent as well at some point, but for now the single V300 is doing a great job. In the flowering area I'm running 1000W HPS. The HPS has been kicking ass with the plants in flower now and I'm expecting more of the same with these girls when they are ready for the big time. Side note: I'm running a separate diary for the Spliff Seeds CBD Medi Kush. In that diary I'm just going to focus on the CBD Medi Kush specifically. But I did start the CBD Medi Kush and DinaMed CBD+ seeds at exactly the same time. So, in this diary I will do some comparisons and contrasts between the 2 strains as they grow. So far the DinaMed is taller, but the CBD Medi Kush has beautifully stacked node structure. This looks like its going to be a win-win. I'm also planning on doing an autoflower challenge soon. I want to try 2 plants in the flower room under 12/12 1000W HPS from seed to harvest and 2 other plants in my veg tent under 18/6 300W LED then see what the results are. I have the seeds picked out that I plan on using, but I'll keep that quiet for now in case I change my mind. Please follow and comment away!!! 4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I took care of some badly needed defoliation in each of the back sides .. I was able to see some really good clone material to use on the lower backside of each of the plants. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

This plant definitely could have used a little longer in veg but the bigger plants were ready to flip it will still be a great plant it just needs a long veg to reach full potential. The plant is nice it has a skunk smell and the leaves are growing well and good color. The plant is starting to get some strech going on. Not sure if it’s the cold weather but they don’t seem to be flipping to flower as fast as my last grow. The leaves are starting to be perked up all the time and it looks really healthy

RUNNING OUT OF ROOM IN THE 8X8 TENT SO I PUT ALL THE PHOTOPERIODS IN THE 5X5 WITH A TSW2000. SOME FAN LEAVES ARE BIGGER THAN MY HAND NOW. SORRY TO EVERYONE WHO TRIES TALKING TO ME....I STILL CANT TALK TO ANYONE BECAUSE I TRIED CHANGING MY EMAIL ON HERE AND IT MESSED EVERYTHING UP. I CANT LIKE ANYTHING OR COMMENT ON ANYTHING. Day 43 week 8 has started and as you can see I am still training as she is stretching into flower.. I'm harvesting the smoothie today and that will make much more room for her to spread out.. so far she's been growing great and I look forward to the end result.. The ladies are coming along beautifully. I did a flush last week and switched the nutrients. I also did a little defoliation and the heads are starting to develop nicely.

So this was a clone I took from the mother plant that had a pigment mutation. I just found the evidence that the whole plant but one half a leaf is the mutation. I thought I was feeding her heavy. I'm she has just been eating great. Drinking her little potter bone dry in 24 hours. I am really curious to see how the bud looks when it gets totally done. Everything is going great. I just keep hst the branches to keep them out of the light.
