Welcome to my Gorilla Cookies Diary sponsored by Pure Instinto & Mars-Hydro. Flower Days 25-37 Days 71-83 wks 11-12 Plant is getting nice and fat. Buds are started to swell real nice. Still a about a week to go before she enters Ripening. Trichomes are 60-40 cloudy/clear. Ambers about 15%. Has been nice watching her develop into a lovely little plant. She is little, at just 53cm, she grew very little in her stretch, as did all of my fems. 1 grew 5cm in her whole pre flower, a dom sativa too. But, back to this girl. She has a lovely structure with a sweet smell, her buds pop with bright orange pistils, she still has a good bit of stumble, so, I reckon she's got about a week left in putting on mass. Diet/Defoliation She was on a healthy but low dose of feed never exceeding 650ppm with both Short Flowering and PK booster powder from Green House Feeding. I've decided to drop their booster for 3 of Atamis finishers with a touch of Plagron Zym & Silic Rock the Finishers ppm falls inthe range of 350-430ppm and then I add short flowering to give a boost for N, which brings the ppm up to 550-600 & PHs of 5.9-6.2, I've ordered Raw NPK & Micro nutrients to have more control over my feeds. For terpine/taste profile I went with the best product on the market, Terpinator "The OG" feeds off this are very high I feel, 380-410ppm PH 6.1. Very light defoliation has been done, as she really had already a low leaf-calyx ratio. So, I'm happy overall with her progress, all a little slow, but, she's getting there. I reckon 9 weeks total in Flowering but, as soon as I see 90-95% cloudy she'll be harvested. I won't be waiting for her to turn mostly amber. (As the weed degradation kicks in) I've been learning bit and extras with every grow, and they just keep getting better and better, the quality of her look already speaks to my improvements. Still a long way to go. But, I feel I for sure can reach beyond Dispen weed you get from a store, or local dealer. Lights: SP 3000 & IR/UV45 are been used to great affect this round, they're doing 8 plants in a 50x100cm2 space as opposed to the 11 I did in a space of 100cm2. Can already see much improvement in the bud. Glad I decided to retry this light in its more desirable coverage conditions. The IR/UV45 has stepped up my game so much, I really can't praise this product enough. (IF YOU'RE GROWING FEMS, AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF DLI, and don't implement this "1-2hrs extra flowering for all fems, without risk of reveg" then, well you really are behind in the times. And, its not as if its a new concept, Far Reds have been used by knowledgeable growers for decades to increase the flowering time and therefore your DLI. The UV-A is a really nice addition also. My bud as at least gotten 50-70% more resin, and on the Trich front, just look for yourself at my last harvests. Thanks to both my sponsors from MarsHydro & Pure Instinto. 🗓️ Veg – Week 3 Complete This week marked a small but important milestone in the grow: ✔️ Plants were topped ✔️ Lower growth removed (light lollipopping) ✔️ Transplanted into the final 15L fabric pots – root development was much further along than expected. A very pleasant surprise! 📌 First time using: Great White Mycorrhiza – transplanting went incredibly smooth, and the plants showed no signs of stress. Definitely planning to use this again.

Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. May4: nice spring day so plants were outside in the afternoon. Some direct sun but also protected in small greenhouse. Light watering with some nutrients. I’m using Monster Maxx this year. I used a free sample of it last year making compost teas and it seemed to work great. Early to use any nutes but I think it is okay. This stuff has regular N fertilizer (nitrate, urea, and ammonia) but also two bacteria strains that have been shown to work. I was looking at last year’s roots today and they are the densest and most intricate I’ve seen, so I think this stuff works as advertised. Will still use compost teas later this season but for now this should do fine. Prepped most of the soil. Cannabis gets the Grade A+ soil, and tomatoes and peppers get last years cannabis soil and some fresh compost. May 9: weather is great so decided to transplant into the final container. Culled second seedling that was slower and had asymmetrical leaves. May 10: still misting leaves to provide moisture. So far so good.

For first two plants Used glass of water + seed sew directly to soil once tap root ~6mm. For the second two plants I used GOW + Paper towel method. Substrate is 2/3 fox farm ocean forest +1/3 happy frog top. For the second two plants used 2/3 bio flower 365 soil + 1/3 happy frog top. (due to my plants being auto flowers the all-purpose 365 soil likely would have been a less hot alternative). All baby janes were potted in final 3-gallon fabric pots. Didnt plan to do diary at start so apologies for some lack of main character development.

Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. Feels still a bit unreal, but it’s real! Thank you for reading my diary! Thanks to all the people who worked on legalizing cannabis in Germany, especially to the „Deutscher Hanfverband (DHV)“! Day 7 of flowering & so far we’re off to a good start. They’ve grown 5” since last week so that’s almost an 1” a day. So far I’m still watering every other day with 1/2 gallon of water each-6.3 ph & that seems to be fine. I might have to start watering everyday here pretty soon though or I’ll have to increase the amount of water I give them each time I water. I’m having fun, I hope they are too.

no problems at all, as usual if things are dialed in but just as long as it is. i did not change water yet, i fill it up every morning until water reaches the plastic pot. The water is ph corrected 5.5-6.5 somewhere around that with the same nutes but in lower concentration so it adds up to 1000ppm

Day 63 of the orange buds one was harvested early due to going hermie.. Possibly due to the fact they wer seriously underwatered a few weeks ago or that my 600w hps was flicking on and off for a few days or a combo of both... But anyways 2 oranges buds still going strong.. Until next week ✌️

Day 64-70: -Plants are looking good -good growth -3l every 2

Day 56, both ladies growing very well and the buds are getting frosty and large. The seed 2 plant is growing faster than seed 1 as the buds are bigger.
