It's happening! It's going to be a high of 32C/90F and so very sunny, so why not train them today? They're both 22 days from seed as of training start. #2 got FIMmed: So I was planning on topping one but ended up choosing to FIM it instead because it's lower stress. I have no idea what will happen now. I've never done either before. I chose #2 because it seems to be having an easier time producing leaves so far. I have a video of the cut. I used a pair of bonsai shears. I was really second guessing that I actually had to cut the leaves? I missed one, and it just felt weird to go back in and cut healthy growth, even though I'd already took off most of the newest leaves. I am not convinced I did this correctly because I don't understand what happens with the tiny new node I didn't cut. We will see. #1 got LST'd: With LST, I maybe should have done it sooner. The issue is the leaves are wide enough that they would be touching the soil if I really bent it like I was planning. I even undid it and tried the other direction just to see that it was even wider across. I propped a leaf on the tie and will have to adjust it again tomorrow once the crown has righted itself. I also read that it's not good to keep them in ties once they've gone into flower for autos because it stresses them, but with two plants I had LST'd, removing the ties just resulted in them eventually straightening the stems back out. So I'll not do that again for this one. I'm also a bit obsessive about measuring my plants, and that's harder with LSTing. I have a ribbon tape measure I use to measure the main stem length instead of the actual height of the plant.

No complaints ladies starting to show they true colors beautiful strong smell opening the tent its like a funk can't put my finger on it yet lol but it smells great 😄

the plants are not too leafy but still need a bit defoliation around week 3 and 6 of flower, depending on how u grow this ofcourse next time i would bend them more in the net. anyway the buds are rockhard even at the bottom where there was no light.

26.05 Cleaned the Tank and changed the water. Beside that nothing special to say about that grow - everything is just beautiful and developing super well. 27.05 Removed some more Fanleaves to provide the lower buds with more light. It's the middle of the blooming stage, since they should be ready within 70-80 days and are actually in day 32 after the light schedule was changed.

Day 48: Just finished my video from seed ordering to flowering. Mexican & CBD are in size 0.8L pot, while Green is in a 2L pot. Green was the first to shoot up so I put her in a larger pot but bent her stem under the soil which stunted her growth for a few days until her stem toughened up. CBD is now the tallest. Mexican was a runt to start with.

Trichomes still ok 👍 keep going 💪

Some pronounced curling on some of the leaves of one plant to keep an eye on but other than that nothing major. Could be, and I feel most likely, from the accident with the fan heater as the lights are a good distance away. Don't think it's stopping them much as the frost has really started to spread over the buds

I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. Can’t say I’m not disappointed, I can say it was probably caused by wrong nutrition and it’s good to say that I have the opportunity to re run it and either way on the next run in 2 weeks or so is watermelon candy back to back one trimmed topped etc and one not so I can see if it actually makes a difference as I’ve done this on its own and not in a visual to see together so will be good to do! But stay tuned she’s still a great smelling flower! Smells like a nice Cali I smoked a while back part of the paris packs and she’s frosting over already as she’s setting herself to finalise!
