Thanks again Short Stuff Tha Shiznit this one should get real nice. For sure. Tha Shiznit is an Auto strain of the highest possible quality. The Urban Dictionary describes the phrase, ‘Tha Shiznit’ as ‘The greatest, the best ever, simply the shit…’ and this autoflowering strain matches up to that description. Tha Shiznit is a complex hybrid of Amnesia kush, Diesel, Master Kush and Jack Herer so you have some serious genetic quality in the mix.  Shiznit produces medium to large, plants which can easily surpass 1m indoor. She has larger internodal spacing with chunky buds forming at each internode. She will generally have a thick central stem and a dominant main cola, large fan leaves and thick clustered buds. This plant is extremely resinous as you would expect for a strain with so much Kush heritage and in a percentage of plants you can expect to see some pink and purple coloration.  Tha Shiznit gives off a classic old school skunky flavour/fruity and some phenotypes express a unique strawberry smell. When smoked you get an intensely strong flavour on the inhale with the fruity aromas coming through on the exhale.  This strain was tested at Spannabis 2014 and recorded THC levels of 20.6% which for an autoflower strain is quite incredible. These high levels of THC mean Tha Shiznit is one of our most potent straisn and produces a powerful cerebral high that keeps you chatty and motivated.  Tha Shiznit is a very straight forward strain which can handle plenty of nutrients and requires little attention. If grown with some care she can easily produce 60g+ per plant. 

Merry Christmas Everyone ! Flo +50 : I see snow everywhere ^^ small buds have 100% milky trichomes but the big one still have translucid trichomes so i guess i have to wait another week ( or 2 ) before start flushing.

This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots. This strain is very resistant of beginner mistakes. And very productive with no training or topping. So with a little training it's can be very good.

Removing any yellowing bottom leaves from all plants. Blue Afghan has started greening at the top and buds are developing nicely. The Mac N Jack and the cherry garseeya are competing for fastest flowering, buds are gonna be massive and I have a feeling the Blue Afghan will catch up nicely.

We successfully completed week 8 and things are starting to get interesting. The buds have grown significantly in size over the last days and the smell has gotten much stronger. I think I also need a new air filter… The leaves did some coloring in the past week which makes this beauty look even more handsome. I optimized the air intake of my tent this week by replacing my one 100mm tube with two 130mm 3d printed light traps so breathing is much easier now and the vent can run a bit less fast.

Fast drying method with dehumidifier at 21C° for 3 days and dry trimming, even the sugar leaves are smokable and full with amber crystals, no harshness at all. District odours.

Another week of trying to keep my hands off her to let this beauty do her thing. This adventure in growing is really becoming a lesson of letting these amazing plants just grow. I have been tempted to defoliate her many times but she is better on her own. Maybe next grow I'll lollipop one, but so far I am thrilled with what I have. Maybe another 2 weeks.

We're almost there, those buds look delicious and above all they have a very strong smell, a sweet and fruity smell!

previously, all my seedlings have almost stretched. this time i put the cm led lights 2 inches away from the seedling, and it seems to have induced self-fimming and divided into 5 or more branches. despite looking at many timelapse videos of germinating seedlings, i have not seen behavior similar to that of my little girl. besides that, it was a pretty uneventful week. i mixed and changed nutrients once testing the doser - still feeding at 1ec, pH 5.9. I had one leak, i think the hpa nozzle was shooting water from the side as i was not sitting correctly on the grommet - i must figure a way around this. i did not build the garden master controller yet with high-pressure sensors, hopefully soon.

Topped on wk Seeing good growth at 3ml A & B, Cal mag every other day directly injected into buckets. added 1ml of bloom pk once for root health. Some days I run 1 ballast at 400w while other at 600w to ensure a controlled stretch of growth For vertical scrog. Some of the other strains aren't looking as good as Poddy

This variety is extremely productive with an incredible flower / leaf ratio despite its large size. SIMPLE TO GROW. BUT I GOT MINIMAL RESULTS. I THINK I GROW AUTOS BEST IN TENT. I DIDN'T GET THEM TO BECOME BIG. THEY STAYED PRETTY SMALL. AROUND 10-12 INCHES TALL AT MOST. WASN'T RESISTANT TO CATEPILLARS UNFORTUNATELY. IT'S ONLY END OF JULY. IM IN SOCAL. ITS GONNA BE A HOT LONG SUMMER. IM SURE I CAN SQUEEZE IN ANOTHER CYCLE OF AUTOS. I'LL SET SOME OUT BEGINNING OF AUG. I HAVE ANOTHER 5 PACK, I MIGHT AS WELL GROW ANOTHER BATCH.
