Day 28 Veg Day 1 Flowering: Hi growmies. Here we are at the start of flowering for these happy healthy little ladies from Zamnesia seeds. Girl scout cookies #1 has now had to have pegs to hold her limbs in place as she keeps heading for the light but I want a more squat plant so will keep her lower this way until stretch has about ended. This should keep the main canopy uniform and lower than they want to grow naturally. It is a manageable size so far but is filling the pot out more each day. #2 is a little smaller in general and is also dealing with a repair from a major split on the 5th node bend. She has made sure it survived but I still need to watch her for any pathogens creeping in. Amnesia haze #1 has gone crazy in the last week and her f.i.m has really brushed her out to fill her pot with so many potential mains. She will need a little defol along the way now flowering has begun but inam hoping to keep as many of those fat workhorse fan leaves in the game. #2 has now lost the rectangular look and has also been held down with tent pegs in various locations to promote many mains. She is a nice growing lady with no signs of any issues. #3 was left a more natural pattern but will definitely have to have some stripping out done as she is so full of growth tips, hidden by so many big fan leaves another potential monster in the making in think. Now we are going into the stretch periods , I need to keep on top of the training to best exploit the space I have to use as I am now fitting another Mars light into the fun zone. (Diary will begin soon !!). A lot of activity this week with harvests on other strains and new seeds going in too. I also have 2 100L living organic soil beds cooking for the next run . She was super easy to grow. After figuring out she loved to feed, I began mixing her own nutrients separately and within a week had any deficiencies in check. She kept to a regular cycle of regular feed, light feed, then straight ph’d water. This kept her healthy all throughout. No signs of disease or pests, she performed Like a champ and ended up giving me a little over 6 oz of dense gassy buds. She took a full 10 weeks, and I probably could have given her a few more days, but she is already a very potent smoke, something that is great in the day time for me. For the price of these beans, $45 for 5 feminized seeds, I would highly recommend the 34 street seed Pink Kush strain 🇨🇦👊❤️

At this point I have 15 gal pots ready for the coco açaí to be transplanted into being inoculated with microbes allowing them to colonize a few weeks before the transplant. This weeks lst and hst techniques have been applied and will be implemented threw out the grow.

You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. Plus they fit in my tent just as snug as my last ones and that's a big thing for me, I don't like dim corners. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine. Resin is increasing and looks like bud sites are ready to start putting on some bulk. Issue with low ph drift reaching 5.2 so I decreased 50ppm with distilled water without calmag to soften the water and counter the drift. After decreasing ppm, ph drift continues, so I flushed for 2 days with distilled water and added back nutrients at half strength to increase to 800 ppm over time.

12w1d (85d) - Any day now! Started using Fish Sh!t to start the process of flushing her out. I read the journal article and, really, no one has a clue if flushing is as beneficial or not. Just do whatever…why not?

They have been in there 15 gallon pots for a week now, promix hp , gaia green all purpose 4-4-4 3 tbsp per gallon . I was bringing them inside at night because temps were 12° celcious . I left them outside lastnight. Briefly dropped to 14° for 2 hours.. plants seem to be fine. They smell good too!

Training > topping, defoliation, and LST, using a cage for the first time, liked a lot to model a even canopy. Girls wore grown in 15l fabric pots, I choose a higher pot so is not wide, my idea was to grow three, felt that 25l pots still ideal, the girls net bigger and have more room for the roots. She was constant feed > Watering 1 = Base Nutes + Recharge . > Watering 2 = Boosters. > Preventive Cal Mag every 15days +- . Based on my feeling, and the leafs color I released some nutes or added so this is just an Idea on my schedule, no expressive or relevant burning. — — — My LED started to fail in mid cycle, so the light intensity started to vary, and i feel the matrix is not working and full potencial anymore. At first was hard to control the RH but in a few weeks i have got a hang of it, and all went ok besides my LED. Liked a lot this cycle, was flawless, simple and rewarding, only downfall was the weight, but everything was new, the tent, the pots size, the nutrient line, so on, so i’m satisfied. Weight is compensated over quality, none the less she was not heavy flushed, without the cure she was already tasting amazing, butter smooth, and white ash. When you open the jar a very pungent sweet, berry like smell comes out mixed with a pleasant cheese cake sour end. Potency is above average, 3 hits are what I can take, a bit more and the fun is over and the experience becomes too strong for me. The effect is just perfect for a night smoke, to me is instant, I feel mainly on the body, just want to lay and relax. Just perfect for our needs home. Smoke is clean and easy to smoke, you feel the joy of the usual insense smell around, very strong, stealth smoking is not a option, taste is sweet and fruity, easy to overdo. —— UPDATE 1 Vaping is a joy, the effects are more controlled as you have the temps to do that. The terpenes profile is very pronunced with the Volcano and the Davinci IQ, Pine berryes is what i taste. At this point buds are curing woth boveda 62 for 1 1/2 weeks, then I will change the humidity pack to a dryer one.
