This week she has been bulking those nuggets peppered all over, I am hoping she can be healthy enough to swell those Calyxes, because she was stressed few times during her growth and the last one is the change from hps to leds... She had to adapt to those intense leds... Found spider mites on one plants next to her but they are not interested in her, still found few on her and did a careful inspection/eradication but only 4 were found... I think she stink too much for them lol that gassy fuel from the swamp is not on their list! Only water this week she was given. I am trying not to rub those sugar leaves for a sniff too often!🙄😜 It seems the less I touched them the better they are😁, so I use a wooden stick now when I need to move leaves or buds. She is becoming one of my favorite plant, she is fussy yes but very special smell and look, I am so pleased I have made cuttings this time in case and if her high is as good as her smell she will be the first mother plant I will try to keep!

I have installed door netting and recently left open all day and night now so they can condition over night in colder temps. Constant feed seems to produce big plants. Cost more that's for sure. We will see if it pays off in the long run. I have to say that the smells that are coming out of my tent is fire. So berry lemonade kush and ⛽ couldn't of asked for anything more. Can't wait to see what my weight is going to be off my first 4. I'm guessing close to 3 to 3.5 lbs. Next week I will have some trimmed up with some pictures.

Wir starten in Woche 4

Men, I don't know if was the nutrients, pots, new light or the second time. The size is rly big than the first time. The Torpedo double the size of the first time. Some old leaves are drying, taking an orange, by the other, same on the tip are taking a little effect. Maybe is 'cause by overnutrition. This week over the vegetative stage, and the smell will be more stronger since now.

Borked the time tracking on the previous diary weeks, both are still going strong. Grapefruit is developing a lot of new internode fan leaves, but she's too late into bloom now to defoliate etc. and don't want to stress the GG XL either. Latest GG XL photos are in Week 5. Microgreens are also coming up fast. 17/07: Forgot to take Day 42 photos for both girls, my apologies as my wrists have been giving me hell but will get some more up soon. I've been keeping with the same watering schedule, some bud sites are being shaded by fan leaves so I'm trying to VERY carefully bend them down to prop up the little bud sites better. I've rubbed my fingers on some of the fan leaves to get rid of whatever weird white dust is ending up on my leaves, probably just debris from the air and the fan might need a cleaning soon but holy shit my fingers smell strong like Pomegranate and fruits. It's getting quite addictive to smell the bud sites and rub that resin of her fan leaves, I wish I could describe it better but damn it smells good. If the resin is any indication of the final smoke I know that the Grapefruit is gonna be dank. Can't wait till drying + harvest time :)) 18/07: Plucked off some lower burnt leaves that were really old, snipped off two more big fan leaves shading new bud sites and removed the stumps from old leaves rather making those closely cut down stubs instead so no bug invaders can get a free home. :P Humidity has been ridiculously high today >~65% and dropping now in the evening after the rain has stopped to <~60%, I added some Sodium Bicarbonate in plastic jars around the tent to help pull out water from the air. (18/07: Seems to be helping, I'm seeing about a ~2-5% drop overnight and this morning, usually the humidity in the morning before+after rain is ~60-65%) 20/07: The paper ref regarding RH and Bicarb. of Soda: W.-Y. Kuu et al. / International Journal of Pharmaceutics 166 (1998) 167–175 / PII: S0378-5173(98)00049-0 - I don't know how or why but keeping temps at ~21-23C drops the RH down to a stable mid-low 50's range. Thank fuck now I don't have to drop tonnes of money on a huge dehumidifier... Occam's razor baby :) 21/07: Had to move the light, fan, carbon filter and literally everything. Some minor shit for the cover broke on top of the CaCl -RH% and the bicarb got knocked over. Wiped, sprayed down and cleaned out the fan filter as well. What a fucking start to the day... 31/07: GG XL is in Week 7 now, so getting well into flower, growing at an exponential rate and starting to give off a very subtle smell, Grapefruit smells quite noticeable now too. 03/08: GG XL ending week 7, getting massive. ~77-78CM now. Had to defoliate the Grapefruit since leaf miners were still assaulting her, hopefully this helps get more light and airflow into the bud sites, been having humidity issues but can't do much.

5/6/25 beautiful dang plant. Nice stretchy indica structure. She will produce very nicely. Excited to see how the bud structure is later in her life

Got this far, don't want to risk moldy weed.. damn I'm gonna get bored while drying/curing not having a plant or diary to occupy the time. Day 77- currently flushing the girls. GC isn't ready for it, but she isn't in charge here. She should have stuck with WG when she extended a helping hand. Since falling behind, WG has thrown up a peace sign to GC as to say "see ya sucker". It's my favorite bud by far on WG. Bitch has got an attitude 🤣. RES sitting at 87ppm @5.9. Yellowing has started.. going to have to check trics more often so I get that sweet spot I'm looking for. ======================================================================================================== Day 78- these girls are starting to stink! Come on WG... ripen up so we can get this over with.. lowered lights power a bit today. RES climbed from 87 to 137. Drained 2gal, added 2gal RO. down to 38ppm. Forgot to mention the ice probe has been unplugged for over a week now. Been putting a 3/4 full 1L frozen bottle in the RES to chill. Rotate out every 12hr with a fresh. At lights on, and 12hr later. Full bottle got Temps too low for my liking. ======================================================================================================== Day 79- tick tock.. tick tock.. come on WG.. she's showing a little fade on her leaves. Seeing more of a calcium difficiency on her fans than fading honestly. Trichomes taking their time ripening as well. I'm SURE this strain ambers up.. taking their time for me though.. dont know how long I feel comfy flushing hydro though.. I did notice a few exploded trichomes up top, which has me thinking I need to go ahead and chop within the next couple days. If I notice any more ruptured anywhere else I haven't poked it with the scope.. I'm hanging the bitch that night. May give her 24hr dark period, since I've tried some other bro-science and it seemed to help. *edit* felt bad starving WG and she's not more amber coated. Gave her a bit of nutrition tonight. GHE aggressive ripen. M-2.8mL/g G-2.8mL/g B-4.5ml/g and 5mL calmag (using RO). Came out high @ 867 so I pulled 2L and dumped 2L RO in. Sitting at 613 @ 5.9. ======================================================================================================== Day 80- well, the 3 days starving the girls kicked their metabolism back in gear. I want more amber before chop chop. They quit eating and were drinking MUCH less signaling the end. Was down to topping off once a day, maybe a liter to a liter and a half. Since feeding yesterday, they've started eating and drinking like they were on week 10 again. Topped off 3.5L in the last 16hrs. TDS dropping with water level, even more when topped off with straight RO. I'm not giving em any more nutes. Last push for some extra weight before the end. ALLOT more frosty today than yesterday as well. ======================================================================================================== Day 81- Started flushing again. Maybe starting their metabolism again will help ripen these trics. If not, they're getting chopped @ day 84. Don't want to let em go too long and regret it. I may have f'd em up feeding again after the 3 days starving. Time will tell ======================================================================================================== Day 83- still waiting... 💤 Going to order some bubble bags. Freezing all GC and trim/larf from WG for some bubble hash.
