This week i did topping, defoliation, and wireing hehe and notices that from one branch spot 3 branches coming out (mutant branch)... :) As days goin im just spreading her and pulling wires every day. Week 6 flower, half way there! Buds are starting to fill in now and getting some decent frost. A couple of tops are getting more light than others, and fattening a bit more and looking real nice. It looks like there is some purple starting to come out at the tops. Also spotted some discolouration on a few leaves closest to the light, so I turned the one light down to 60-75%, no need to push it at this point and burn her up! She will go as fast as the soil and environmental conditions will allow her to. Hand watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17, otherwise water drip is running on same schedule. Just using straight tap water that sits in a 30 gallon reservoir with a submergible water pump running 24/7 breaking surface and aerating water. Water comes out the tap @ 7ph and less than 15ppm. So I don’t do nothing to it, I drink it:) Thanks for the view 🤜 Have a great week!

So this was my First Grow ! I am happy with the results- yes it didn’t yield alot only 40grams (1 plant). The buds arent so dense maybe cause of the strain or maybe the light - the overall color of the flowers is very stunning. The purple hue is simply special and unique. During the grow the temperature was getting too high sometimes reaching 30 celcius :/ this could be the result that affected the yield - in this grow I didn’t gave the plant alot of nutrients since I didn’t want to over feed and ruin my first grow. Also during drying I decided to switch on my dehumidifier and caused the temperature in my room to increase around 27 celcius and humidity down to 45% ( yes its alot ). And so it caused the buds to dry quickly ( yes its bad ) another step i Did is Curing , there is a picture of the jar. I am keeping the humidity in the jar around 55% to 65% keeping it in a dark place. And so Yes - For sure there is room for improvement. Overall i enjoyed growing this strain and definitely i will be growing it again in the future. 💜💨

What up fam. Weekly update on these girls. During thus past week I found some dreadful catapillers in some of my flowers. It's never something you want to find but it's definitely part of the challenge growing outdoors. I started to harvest some for some fresh frozen so once I get them all done in the next couple weeks I'll know what my total is going to be. All in all Happy Growing.

Started flushing and increased water to 6l per plant. I think I may be harvesting next week some time. Plants are still looking great. I have the top colas tied outward to make sort of a bowl so the distance is between 16-24 inches from all the colas to the light. I should have done this from the start and it probably would have made larger buds.

Week 11 (03/28/22 - 04/03/22)

Crazy week. Weather has changed went to be more rainy and colder. Some days were even close to 6 celsius degrees in the night. We have got more like cloudy some days with some hours of sun but nothing significantly strong light. She does well, getting dense and the smell is very strong!!!!!! Like sweet and citrus and like absolutely I feel in my mouth tho....very very very nice!!!!!! Looking also good maturing she is quite big so i surrounded her from one side with rubbis bag to not be be able to see by my neighbours... obviously not a tomato plant even if she is placed between.... 🤪 She will make it more rain less sun but she is okay. I also checked the trichomes nice maturing they look milky but apparently they need to mature and the pistils are white anyways I go after the trichomes I think she grew more a bit as well. I am happy ;)

Another good run and another home run on this strain. Just everything about it is amazing. The smell, the look, the taste the high, all amazing. The scrog came out nicely and produced a fair amount of bud. One thing I would like to mention is I only flushed for one day. The dry time in the tent was 15 days as it was quite humid here but a nice slow dry is alright with me!!! This harvest report is after 2 weeks of daily burping. So about a month, maybe little more from harvest. I can say I definately agree with the old timers that the flsuh is not important its the dry and cure. She is super smooth and tastes great already with little cure. The ash is also nice and white!! skip the flush but slow down drying is my thoughts for the future. after 2 weeks of burping in the big jar I move them to 20ish gram jars for the remainder of their curing time. As far as weight goes, I was a little off on my guess, I think I guessed 122 but 92 isnt all that bad. The tent harvest was mid 500's but a couple of the other strains from a different breeder really slacked on the weight so overall I'm happy. More and most imortant is all the flower in the tent is top notch thats for sure. Thanks for following peeps, on to the next run!!!! PS. Barneys genetics is damn amazing! 😈

Dessert Runtz bred by Exotic Genetics, came out unbelievable! Probably some of the stickiest stinkiest bud I have ever grown the plant gave me no issues at all the entire grow honestly, highly recommend trying their genetics! There is not much to tell this week :) A few came to the flowering tent, 2 are still in the vegi phase for 2 days and then come last to the flowering tent :-) The Blue Cheese and the Kosher Tangie Kush smell very good and how they should 😍👍 It will be difficult to choose 2 mums :-). Week 9 of flowering! Franky is faaaading....faaading....faaading.(Shoutouts to Toro y Moi) Uhm....I think we at the end now. I've only been giving water and picking yellow dead leafs. Most strains look really really ripe, and I don't like overripe stuff. So even if a few might look like they could go longer, Imma end this with the next upload in a few days.
