Day 49 - lookin good..... been bending her, trimmin abit, messin with the water solution..... ph and ppm have been all over the place..... lol she's been transitioning from grow to flower, and once she settles into night mode, the solution and growing should stabilize...... the new fan is cool... tents working properly now, neg pressure, drawing in air behind the floor fan, blown around the bottom, and cpu extractor fan pushing the air out the top of the tent, straight into the filter..... really nice way to run a little tent, low airflow........ keeps the impurities out of the buds..... the stalks have all tuffened up since trimmin, and pretty strong now.... should hold the full weight that's about to occur all over the place...... i've simplified the nutrients, they were gettin alittle confusing, so started doin nuets differently, .... so, just making my own nuet solutions, nothing fancy just base amount of normal elements .... should be a pretty good christmas ...... Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of veg. The Hulk got repotted last week. It's doing good. Waiting for the branches to get longer so I can train it. The pot is a little light so I'll water as soon as I'm done posting. OK. Be Cool. Chuck.

As I did the flushing in day 70 I was watching the trichomes and on day 87 I could see 25-35% amber so I decided to cut it. I cut the whole plant on the base and hang the whole plant to dry. For this reason I will update my findings later when it gets dry and trimmed about yield and numbers. So far really happy with the results. It will probably be the champs of this run yielding nicely 👍🏼.

Really coming on now. Some buds might have light damage :( really putting on weight now though. Pepe is very uniform but getting smooshed into door. For later. Watching trics now but all looks on schedule. Starting to get excited now. Thanks for looking ☮️

The pound cake auto is really taking off. I’m happy I didn’t top the plant and just let it do its thing. It’s gonna have big long bugs all over the whole plant is just gonna be nugs. Not sure what I did with this plant but I got the roots perfect this time and it’s showing it the growth of the plant

Switching them into flower after 8 weeks of veg. Going to get some nutrients this week as well. I decided to downsize and keep the biggest strongest plants and adopting out the rest.

The “glue” comes from so much resin, that your fingers will literally be stuck together while trimming. All is good. Plant is starting to turn yellow and the trichomes are getting cloudy. I think I have another 2 weeks until time to chop. Very excited with this one.

Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Day 29: Soil moisture seems fine. No need to add water yet. Day 30: Nothing spectacular to report. Soil still sufficiently moist. Day 31: Nothing remarkable to report Day 32: Houston, we have a problem! Added another gallon of water pH 6.5 with nutrients. I was surprised that the soil held moisture for so long. Felt very wrong. I raised the light. With the growth, it was only about 10 inches above the canopy. It is now closer to 20 inches above the plant. What is that leaf tip turning brown? Day 33: Nothing remarkable to report Day 34: No photograph Day 35: Adding 10 TBL of Nectar for the Gods One Shot to soil. Began training. I think this would be considered LST. One tent peg gives support at the bend. One tent pen is holding it bent over.
